**What do you like best about Gamify?**

While I do not have experience using Gamify as an admin, Gamify was an incredibly fun gamification tool for a user. Connecting in your own videos for when you get a sale and having a TV channel that was easily accessible to track live sales and team stats was great.  The interface was fun and easy as well.

**What do you dislike about Gamify?**

The only thing I noticed was that the rewards page was never set up. I was told the prizes were difficult to set up in terms of gaining points and that it was hard to scale. Again, not something I interacted with directly though!

**What problems is Gamify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gamify allowed our SDR team to have daily and weekly competitions for several metrics. It definitely impacted all metrics including calls dialed, cadence health, and bookings.
