I like the notifications in Plecto, as we use them every time someone makes a sale, playing a song and sending notifications on Slack. I also like the competition module, which we use in sales and SDR. The dashboards are another feature I like, as we use them for different monitoring purposes. I think I missed some tool tips, so that's why I'm reaching out to support, especially when working with data sources and combining formulas from two different data sources. Making sure they have the same unique ID can be a bit tricky. Also, the integration part can be difficult sometimes. When we need to make SQL databases for a data source, that's difficult.
