Ambition provides real time visibility to the gamification of the metrics. Our consultants can see their rank for the day, it brings the mundane, repetitive efforts to life. We get incredible feedback on it from so many people. It implores the consultants to push harder to get points on the board as no one wants to lose. That’s what our culture is built on.. competition. External competition: there are hundreds of thousands of reps with other 3PLs out there vying for the same business we are. Internal competition: good healthy competition to beat your colleague in the seat next to you. I feel like the folks that hate to lose thrive in this environment. Right off the bat we received plenty of feedback that Ambition was the most fun and most competitive way to do it. Ambition has definitely has been instrumental to our continued success the last 12 months. Everyone seems to have found themselves running way harder, as again, no one wants to be last. Ambition brings so much more energy, camaraderie, or laser focus from all involved.
