What do you like best about OneUp Sales?

OneUp is particularly helpful for helping the team balance outreach with delivering sales results. It keeps everyone focused on the right activities throughout the day. Using it as a training tool has also been invaluable for identifying where we need to improve or fill skill gaps. It has made our processes much leaner and helped us work better together. What problems is OneUp Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves the problem of motivation dipping during the quieter periods. The competition side of the platform isn't just for show; it genuinely builds a bit of a buzz in the office. Having everyone’s progress visible keeps us all sharp and makes the daily grind feel more like a team effort. It is a much more natural way to stay on top of our targets than just looking at a static spreadsheet.

We are also using it as a training tool, which has been a bit of a game-changer for identifying skill gaps. It highlights exactly where we might be falling short—whether that is in the initial approach or closing the deal—so we can fix those issues early.
