It could have more flexibility in terms of user experience as an admin. More often than not, we have to adapt our competition to the engine as opposed to the engine fitting our competition requirement. Same for intelligence and insights on LPI which is limited to 4 metrics. Good thing is that the team is open to feedback and launching new features and improvements over time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
