"Not great for small, forward-thinking, highly motivated sales teams"

What do you like best?

The narrative-based challenges are pretty neat and innovative. Good UI. Dashboards and reports were clean, native to other experiences, and easy. There was a points and badges system that, in theory, was OK (see below for "dislike")

What do you dislike?

The fact was that most of us were just busy. We all work hard, we are all self-motivated, and we all know what to do in order to achieve effective sales outputs. This was essentially a distraction. It was an easy way to spend time *not* selling. It became a system among systems, and unnecessary piece of the sales stack. The points and badges system turned into a shaming machine, too.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Think about your sales team first. If it's a small, tight, nimble group, there are likely other forms of gamification that can be implemented without the extra technology. I suppose if you're already a Callidus user there is some benefit, but as a standalone system it quickly ended up a dust collector.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

This never really hit any high notes. Gamification, as we realized, is a cool concept, but more easily and better formed through small internal ideas/incentives (which is also much cheaper).

"CallidusCloud Changed the Way I Compete in Sales"

What do you like best?

Not only is it simple to use, but the ability to compete against myself and against my team, so easily tracked, has caused me to climb the leaderboards. Maximize sales productivity, exceed sales goals, and reduce costs with a solution that efficiently manages incentive compensation from sales order to payment.

What do you dislike?

The webinar feature leaves much to be desired as the video quality and screen share capabilities can get a bit glitchy.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our team is now competing in more ways than just the traditional numbers.

"Very Good"

What do you like best?

CallidusCloud is very good CRM. We can track reports daily, weekly and monthly. To analyses the states of that lead.

What do you dislike?

We cant sent mask mailling that is the disadvantage.

"Sales Gamification "

What do you like best?

Potential to increase engagement in sales, teaming and training.

What do you dislike?

Hard to determine who is an industry leader in sales gamification.

Good MySalesGame Overview and Demo videos available at calliduscloud.com and youtube.

Breaking high- level objectives down into smaller tasks - weekly or daily. Encourage competition. Product is not implemented - basing review off of demos.

"Callidus Commission Tracking"

What do you like best?

Good breakdown of BI and SF data. Not real time but close enough.

What do you dislike?

It did not sync with the Sterling quoting / tracking system in SF.

Forecast, current quota attainment and gaps to reach targets.

"Clunky"
