What do you like best about SetSail?

What do you like best about SetSail?

As an AE SetSail helps me keep the focus on my progress for the metrics my sales management team is looking for on a weekly basis which creates a sense of alignment in the team. I would also add that when making deals in SFDC it helps populate the contacts in the deal, saving me a fair amount of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SetSail?

For what I use it for there isn't really much to critique as I don't set the integrations or the metrics on how the metrics are measured and the contest are won so for me its a pretty straight forward interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SetSail?

SetSail has helped us incentivize the right sales motions for our sales team, allowing us to drive awareness around what actions are most important for them to take in their role. Their contests enable us to be nimble - we can do quarterly, monthly, or weekly contests and adjust points values to optimize our sales strategy. The contest leaderboards have made it very easy as Managers to get a snapshot into the volume of activity, see who is excelling, and leverage that intel toward sales coaching. What do you dislike about SetSail?

The product could use more self-service customization. I want to adjust point values myself, change the color coding of specific signals so it's visually easier to track, and have the flexibility to save views. What do you like best about SetSail?

Set sail gives teams a sense of competition and visibility on KPIs that are harder to track on a large scale with our individual sales tools. I like that it allows us to push each other to succeed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish there were a feature or chrome widget that could suggest what you could do to improve your metrics, clever little tips or comparisons with your peers to get the best out of you week to week.
