What do you like best about Rallyware?

Rallyware has been an absolute game-changer for our retail partners. Rallyware made it seamless to onboard, train, engage, and enable with daily to-do’s sales associates at scale—something that used to be a huge pain point for years. We chose the platform primarily because of the simplicity of the interface behind which were very robust performance enablement features. Besides that, the analytics are also super insightful, giving us a clear picture of engagement and impact of each and every program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rallyware?

Honestly, the platform is incredibly powerful for our retail use case, but there’s a bit of a learning curve at first (took us about 2 weeks to get fully adapted). Also some reporting features could be more intuitive (nothing dealbreaking, just small annoyances). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rallyware solving and how is that benefiting you?

We work with a lot of retail brands and retail store chains, and one of the biggest challenges they face is making sure their sales associates are set for success: they are properly trained, engaged, and aligned with company goals. With the Rallyware integrations we simply connected store associates performance data to their enablement expeiremnce in Rallyware with and thus saw a 26% increase in sales in the first half year among our retail partners. Rallyware has completely streamlined that process.
