What do you like best about SmartWinnr?

Knowledge sharing is easy and quick. All our reps have different schedule hence, training was difficult but I set up a clear path for each topic in one platform. The dashboard analytics tells me at once who has completed, who is stuck and who needs a reminder to complete the content. It's easy to use in terms of UI and UX, even for first time users Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SmartWinnr?

What problems is SmartWinnr solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prior to SmartWinnr, we chased emails, excel sheets and scattered forms to track attendance and scores. Even the trainer had to share knowledge on emails, PDFs, many different versions use confusing at times. Even travel made training hard, as for new product launch, group training was not possible and we had to repeat the same session many times. Now with SmartWinnr, reps learn at their own pace and I still get a structured flow with automatic tracking and certifications/recertifications. The dashboard is really easy to get reports for a review or audit happens quickly. Most importantly, trainers spend less time coordinating and more time improving content.
