# Which sales gamification software makes sense for a small B2B team that lives in HubSpot and wants leaderboards and spiff tracking without buying a separate platform?

Hey G2 community, which sales gamification software makes sense for a small B2B team that lives in HubSpot and wants leaderboards and spiff tracking without buying a separate platform? The tricky part when digging through sales gamification software reviews is that most of the category was built Salesforce-first, so HubSpot teams often end up buying what amounts to a second platform plus a consulting project. The HubSpot story turns out to be worth checking product by product rather than assuming.

Spinify: One of the few with HubSpot named as a native integration alongside Salesforce, and 41% of its reviewers are small business. Users call it easy to use and engaging, with the learning curve being the main early friction.

Plecto: 60% of reviewers are small business, and its pitch is 175+ integrations feeding real-time dashboards with gamification on top, with HubSpot as a documented native data source. Reviewers warn that setup and data integration take real effort, so budget admin time even on a small team.

SalesScreen: Small and mid-market teams make up most of its reviewer base, and the reward shop covers the spiff side without a separate incentives tool. It has a native HubSpot integration that syncs deals and activities as KPIs, though review commentary is still mostly Salesforce-side, so probe the sync depth in a demo.

For small teams that went through this exact evaluation, did the HubSpot sync cover custom deal properties and pipelines, or just the standard objects? And how are you handling spiff payouts, inside the tool or still in a spreadsheet?

For a small HubSpot-first team, I'd start with Spinify. HubSpot being a native integration rather than an afterthought, plus a reviewer base that's mostly small business already, feels like the closer match before even getting into spiff mechanics.

LevelEleven is Salesforce and CRM-focused generally, but for a small B2B team living specifically in HubSpot, check its native HubSpot integration depth directly since leaderboard tools vary a lot in how tightly they connect without needing a separate platform bolted on.

The spiff half of your question is the one I'd work through first, and it's less about payout mechanics than about crediting rules. A leaderboard needs one number per rep. Real spiffs hit split deals, an SDR and an AE on the same logo, a deal that closes in one month and churns in the next, and a manual discount that changes the payout basis. Whatever the tool can't express, someone maintains in a spreadsheet next to it, and now you have two sources of truth on the same contest. SalesScreen's reward shop covering the spiff side in-platform is useful precisely because it keeps the payout attached to the same record that produced the standing.

The HubSpot-first gap in this category is real, I think most tools were clearly built with Salesforce in mind and HubSpot support came later, and you can usually tell.
