What do you like best about ClearCompany?

What I like most about ClearCompany is how intuitive the platform is for both HR and hiring leaders. The workflows are easy to set up, adjust, and maintain, which made adoption smooth across our teams. It truly simplifies the recruiting and onboarding process without feeling overly complicated or technical. The implementation support was responsive and flexible, and even when we moved quickly, the system kept up. Overall, ClearCompany has made our processes more streamlined and user-friendly, which is exactly what we were hoping for. The biggest upsides of using ClearCompany are the intuitive workflows and the ease of adoption for both HR and hiring managers. The platform simplifies recruiting processes without adding extra complexity, and the transition from candidate to onboarding feels seamless. We appreciated how configurable the system is without needing heavy technical support, and the visibility into hiring progress has helped leaders stay informed and engaged. The only downside for us was that a few configuration pieces didn’t land exactly as expected on the first pass, and some features required clarification once we were already in the build process. We also moved faster than the standard implementation timeline, so a little of that was on us. Overall, the issues were minor and resolved quickly, but worth noting. The best thing about ClearCompany is how simple it is to use. Even if someone is new to the platform, they can figure things out pretty quickly. The workflows are clean, the layout makes sense, and it takes a lot of the manual work out of hiring and onboarding. It feels like everything you need is right where you expect it to be. Some areas could definitely be improved. A few features feel a little outdated, and some parts of the system aren’t as customizable as we’d like. Setting up integrations sometimes takes longer than expected, and certain reports require extra support to customize. None of these are deal-breakers, but they do slow things down occasionally. What do you like best about ClearCompany?

We have been using Clear Company for a few years now and implementation was very easy. Posting positions is so easy and I am a big fan of the job and email templates to save time. We have a great relationship and speak regularly with our account support not just during implementation. Our last provider did not keep up with us at all but with Clear Company we keep in touch and they reach out about updates to the software and how we might be able to utilize given the way we do things. What do you like best about ClearCompany?

I have been in the HR field for my entire career. Having used multiple applicant tracking tools throughout my career. I came across ClearCompany in a previous company and have successfully transitioned to their product utilizing the full suite. This is a user-friendly platform that does not require an HR degree to use whole heartedly. From the most Senior HR professional to the entry level employee, the seamless application allows all users to excel on this platform. If a situation arises, I never have to wait for an answer. What do you like best about ClearCompany?

I like the vision that was sold to us with ClearCompany, especially with AI being implemented and the promise of easy use and access to dashboards. The implementation is not great and doesn't seem well-supported. I feel like ClearCompany oversells their features because just having items on a roadmap doesn't mean they exist yet.
