**What do you like best about Bitrix24?**

The way Bitrix24 helps me track each project is very good and the best thing is that it provides me with the features I need, I like its user interface, and its chat is really useful, this platform is very complete with everything in sight, but still without getting confused. Bitrix24 has been very useful for our team, allowing us to quickly review and address the details of our current and future sales. 

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

It only bothers me a little that it has an annoying notification system, usually it is usually quite good, it has served us for what we really need it, to follow-up projects and efficiently, without a doubt Bitrix24 is recommended

In the free version there are a number of peculiarities that are quite good, I have always recommended using the trial version before starting to use it, a sample that demonstrates the quality of the software, is based on the cloud and on the Android and iOS systems , as well as it provides us with a built-in disk storage, the storage of files is something specific for my company so it has been of great assistance and reinforcement.

**What do you like best about Bitrix24?**

Bitrix24 software being cloud-based platform, its easy to use and its accessible at all times and everywhere without restrictions. Also this software has an excellent customization features such as charts which helps in provision of accounting insights to all of pur clients. Also this software is the best user-customer collaboration by simplifying communication regime at all levels.Britix24 software is an amazing time tracking as well as workflow tracking and reporting at all times enhancing software's efficiency. Also its the best inventory and well as online translations tracking system and also this platform is so flexible and one can navigate several programs within a single workplace .This platform is great.

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

We don't have much negative comments regarding this software but we could raise few concerns, low speed sometimes its not easy to log in to the system which lowers it's effectiveness and also its pricing regime its really high affecting small and normal business.

We like this software very much, because it is a CRM application that allows us to manage and control multiple tasks in a simple and intuitive way, we can also generate reports and share documents, we have even been able to create web pages without the need of design or programming knowledge. We are also comfortable because we can master our five big areas. Which are composed of Communication, Tasks and Projects, CRM, Contact Center, Sites and Online Stores

What we sometimes dislike is that Bitrix24 has very expensive prices that if a small company, would like to use this software would be complicated by the high price it offers. I like all its features, its good design, it is very fluid, it helps keep orders without delay, it allows us to comment on the information that is published about our University, the options to send follow-up to employees are very good and it works correctly, since I can see how they are doing their homework, I can also interact with customers, it is an excellent platform.

Sometimes it becomes a bit slow, and communicating with support is a bit difficult, since it takes a long time to solve a problem and, on the other hand, it lacks functions, you must add more options to make it more complete.

I like that it is an easy-to-use software of good design, I like that the notifications are almost impossible to ignore, which guarantees the timely response of the most urgent tasks, the assignment of tasks is done through the user's assignment. This is really good

What I do not like about this service is the support that they offer. It seems to me that it should definitely be improved, however I have to emphasize that it is a very good service and it does not really need that much help.

**What do you like best about Bitrix24?**

It is an excellent tool for organizing tasks associated with each department, allowing easy access from one to another and organizing events and meetings whose invitations are perfectly distributed and assigned to a general calendar. I consider this to be what I like most about Bitrix24, as it allows intra-company communication to flow easily.

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

The price is one of its major disadvantages. Although it is not as expensive as other tools and is definitely more eye-catching and youthful, the price remains an important factor when deciding.

**Recommendations to others considering Bitrix24:**

My best recommendation would be to evaluate the price. Although Bitrix has incredible functionalities compared to its competitors and its implementation is relatively easy (it should be implemented by someone with knowledge in gamification, organizational charts, and computing), its price may be excessive for the use that some companies would give it.

The most important thing to highlight, from my point of view, is the ability to adapt a completely business and formal environment to a jovial one, where our young people and new hires feel excited to belong and perform like their peers and coworkers. I like that it offers many work tools to contribute to social communication, this network is very good and dynamic, I like the options you have to make calls to customers, send emails and other things, perform simple tasks, it is ideal for small Business. , and you can also perform multiple tasks at the same time, that's great.

There are some functions that must be added, plus customer service is very difficult to communicate and they can spend hours trying to communicate with them, at first when I started using Bitrix it was a bit confusing and difficult, but then when I started operating and it was great.

It has a free trial version, I started like this and then I bought the paid version and I am very grateful for the benefits that Bitrix offers me, if you use it, make sure you make the most of it and don't leave. so I recommend them.

**What do you like best about Bitrix24?**

I really like this system because it has a host of features and functions that fit the rhythm of my company, it facilitates the administrative processes of projects, has allowed the increase in communication and the integration of my team.

I really liked its policy and learning system, since it seemed to us a very integral and dynamic method of versatile systems. Its price is perfect, it is more I think it is low for all the things that this system has. For example the process of task management that is unique until now. Well I have not seen similar system like Bitrix24.

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

When I started using this system after the training one does not cease to be surprised at the amount of functions that the system possesses, in which you can lose yourself if you are not aware of what you are doing, in my opinion this is a factor that allows distraction and it is not convenient in the execution of the work. Report this situation to the technical support team to see if it was possible that they could somehow hide the functions that are not used in order to eliminate any distraction.

I recommend this system because I can say that it has given many benefits to my company, becoming a key piece in each of the sales, productivity, control and analysis processes that we manage. It provides easy-to-understand reports in order to quickly speed up decision-making time.

It is very useful because it allows you to manage tasks and projects in the workgroup, it is very easy when sharing files, your online support is permanent and the best your storage service is excellent. Its interface is simple, which facilitates all activity, its online support is permanent and very effective indeed was a good acquisition in our company we are pleased.

To say that I dislike something of Britrix24 would not be the indicated since they are more their qualities than defects, certain things that to my taste they would have to improve like for example: it could be a little confusing for the functions of management of projects, something that happens to us All the time is that the service is deactivated which can delay the work in the company.

I recommend Bitrix24 as it is compatible with all mobile devices, whether Android or iOS. We loved bitrix24 because with it you can make a very organized appointment schedule, which is quite practical as it allows us to always keep up with appointments. Bitrix24 is also very good at communicating with our potential customers from the CRM center. 

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

We have found the task automation function bitrix24 not very convenient since it does not allow us to carry out our tasks in an organized way, and we are rather disappointed that the function is not customizable. Its monitoring and alerting system is sometimes not activated, making us lose time when carrying out manual follow-ups of our work.

We recommend quite bitrix24 to keep communications in excellent condition since the platform has a contact center suitable for any type of company, which allows us to enter our email, and manage widgets online, telephony, forms of websites, return of calls and open channels, all in one practical and simple tool that will be very useful for communications in your projects.

**What do you like best about Bitrix24?**

I like this system because it offers us a complete and wide vision of the functions that this software can do, thanks to its automation system, it allows us to manage each task as easy as possible. It also allows me to manage my daily work train and be able to import the information from my database that is in the cloud. It allows me to be able to update my marketing campaigns.

I love Bitrix24 a lot because it has been a lot of support and allowing us to help organize each process of the projects we are carrying in a timely manner, in a practical way that other systems cannot do. The calendars that this system has, has helped us a lot, because it has allowed us to optimize the times in our business.

It even allows us to chat to call each of our clients, thanks to its interface that is very easy to use.

One of the things that I do not like is their prices, which for a small company is expensive. Of the rest I have no complaint.

**What do you like best about Bitrix24?**

Bitrix24 is an excellent tool for organizing day-to-day activities by following flowcharts of activities and processes for each department. This organization is made easy as it is possible to maintain private user groups for each department, each activity, and meeting. The calendar allows for optimizing activities according to the achievement of objectives, sending invitations or meeting invites to all employees. Likewise, the general chat promotes intra-company communication, helping to improve the work environment.

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

There are few things I don't like about Bitrix, however, the main one is that its platform is not very user-friendly. It requires a dedicated induction for users who have never used software of this type. Therefore, it is necessary to set aside time for the induction. 
Apart from that, sometimes it is complicated to organize teams from scratch quickly. To do it accurately, it must be done with care and patience.

The main recommendation I can provide to users planning to use Bitrix to its fullest potential is to dedicate time, effort, and if necessary, money to proper training to adequately use each of its features, including users and administrators on the platform.

The greatest benefit I see in using Bitrix24, apart from the ability to tailor the organization of activities and workflows to each service or department according to their needs, is that the use of chats in an informal manner (despite being for intra-company use) enhances communication skills and the overall sense of well-being within the company.

Bitrix24 is an excellent communication platform with a nice interface that optimizes Broad communication between the client and the company, this is a product that automates and organizes the flow of work and projects efficiently and safely. It's very fast

It would be nice if there was an option that would allow the client to evaluate us like this we could improve our losses a lot, the interface is nice but simple like the graphics in general that are basic. These details make its cost very high

I recommend it with blindfolded eyes, it is a very good product that is evolving constantly, it is very easy to deepen and without doubt will facilitate the organization of your activities and projects

I am able to quickly Video Conference with others in my company.   I also enjoy the file sharing option and chat feature in "real time"

sometimes it takes a few tries to connect using the video call option.

Instant Message is a must because I work remotely and we use it as our Company Intranet so I am able to stay current on company events and happenings.

**What do you like best about Bitrix24?**

I started using Bitrix24 in January 2017. I was newly appointed as Sales Manager and the CRM they were using lacked critical functions. I needed a CRM that I could implement myself, but rich in functionalities and affordable. In March I was operational. Over the next 2 years I was envied by other managers for the way my team used the reporting capabilities.

The mobile app was limited in functionalities

Try it! It is amazing value for money! And try using it with Sales, Marketing, PMO, HR, Implementation depsrtments- it will show bigger benefits

Bitrix24 we like because it offers automation tools so that task management is as uncomplicated as possible. It allows to better manage the daily work flow, and the import of customer databases. In addition, its function of creating drip campaigns is excellent; It adds a lot of practicality to the marketing flow.

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

The bitrix24 platform has several shortcomings, such as newsletter management, which can not be stored in external memory. Its management of market research is quite limited for digital workplace, and does not allow tracking of sales milestones. Nor has a committee management function integrated, in the case of companies with a large number of staff.

**What do you like best about Bitrix24?**

What I enjoy about Bitrix24 is I can track and manage the actions of this disease payment procedure of Upel University employees and their health care services. I can oversee the workflow of these duties of Password, Receipt of files, Settlement of Claim and Payment of providers. For each one of those procedures, I will assign jobs, set up calendars, feed and also check medical contacts. The program is simple to use, its interface is quite appealing for insurance analysts along with its own service coordinators, it's been the main alternative to maximize our support and actions with our policyholders.

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**


Bitrix offers you an entirely free standard bundle, as you create and manage the jobs, start the constraints of the amount of consumers as well as other plugins, which leads one to get another bundle. The personal cost is somewhat high, making it hard for individual clients to acquire the support and the job done may be dropped when leaving the machine or using it together with limitations. You also need to have personnel with an understanding of those servers, as you must handle the processing and storage of the information yourself.

I liked the organizational aspect of Bitrix24. As a project manager, I was able to have my own page for every different project and I could sort all my communication there.

I didn't like some of the graphics, they felt cheap and like I couldn't trust the program. It also didn't feel very secure so I would have to store all my information also on my computer just in case. The worst part, however, was the nonstop notifications within the app.

If you're a product manager, this tool was really helpful. The hardest part was the internal implementation and getting my coworkers to use it.

We really like its price, of only $ 39 per month, and its perfect orientation to the Webmail application. We also like your CRM tool, because it allows us to take full control of our potential customers.

What we most dislike about Bitrix24 is its slowness to make time reports, and its integrated calendar, which does not allow scheduling events properly. The website allows you to change customizable themes, but these are often confused with the letters on the page because they are white, and that makes it quite confusing to work with it sometimes.

**What do you like best about Bitrix24?**

This platform has many features for managing projects and sending tasks to employees within companies, it has great characteristics. We can access it from different platforms, which is a great advantage. It can be accessed through the website, mobile applications, and desktop applications for Windows, Mac, and even the Linux platform. That is something really interesting and the biggest advantage I can observe.

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

Its price is quite high and there are many people who do not have the necessary money for the subscription.

**Recommendations to others considering Bitrix24:**

I recommend the use of this platform in small and large companies, as it is used as a tracker to monitor and make business decisions about the time needed for a specific task. It provides motivation for continuous improvement and increases the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. Workers cannot have excuses for not delivering tasks since everything is stored in the cloud, and in this way, the administrator will always have access to everything.

**What problems is Bitrix24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using Bitrix24 for internal communication and basic task management. It has been a great experience and very helpful for me, especially with many features. I will surely continue using it to track each project very efficiently. I use this application almost daily. This is one of the essential applications for every work team.

**What do you like best about Bitrix24?**

We have analyzed each of the software that refers to the organization of work flows and pending work and allow us to point out that Bitrix24 is one of the best since we were able to organize our projects in a timely manner, to organize our work through a calendar that works start and end dates of each eventuality acquired, it is very practical, dynamic, effective to perform these kinds of tasks within our company, their costs to be able to acquire are flexible for each micro and macro company.

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

We identify that there are few shortcomings that this product has, but one of them is that when it is opened through Android mobile devices, (Cellular) it is slow and it is difficult to manipulate it by this means, they must add more contents so that be complete and effective for the administrator of each company that acquired this software.

We recommend it because it is an extensive software, recognized by all for its high performance, by means of its calendars it has framed to lower the work flow of our company, envisioning in managing more sales in a short time

The solutions have been very pleasant, timely and efficient for our company, it has been easy to use, easy to use because its calendars and reminders make us effectively comply with our work obligations, it is practical to carry out these processes, optimizes our business and it makes it seem more opportune for us, we have advanced in our sales statistics, we are happy to have this product so successful for the world.

It took a long time to get to understand the application. There should be more easier to follow tutorials.

Set up a free account and play around with it for awhile before deciding to switch just to make sure it's right for your agency

I like the potential of it being our own social platform, and the possibility of use.

It is very confusing to use, there is not much help to implement. We have tried several times to put into action, unsuccessfully.

Take advantage of live tutorials that they offer from time to time.

**What do you like best about Bitrix24?**

The ability to scale into different functional areas as companies grow. The product is very extensible, well thought out and lends itself extremely well to smaller growing companies as well as mid-sized established companies.

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

Just too much to chew for smaller shops or start-up companies. Very difficult for small co's to take on even when they can see the advantage of having a tool they can grow in to.

**Recommendations to others considering Bitrix24:**

The same for all software: 1) Make sure you are solving the right problem before making a buying decision. E.g., If your HR team can't seem to figure out how to add value in your company's recruiting process, the problem probably isn't the tool their using... 2) Make sure the tool fits your needs, abilities to implement and support and your budget.

**What problems is Bitrix24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 This is a stellar tool for mid-size companies or smaller shops on the rise and growing. It fits neatly in that space where you have a little money to spend on worthwhile products but not the ludicrous amounts of money you'd have to spend for "enterprise class" tools such as those from Oracle and SAP. That said, for smaller companies or start-ups it is way too complex and has far too great a learning curve. Small shops simply don't have the time and resources to dedicate to learning a tool as feature rich and comprehensive as Bitrix. All in all though, if you are keen to get value for your money, you'd be hard pressed to find more value for money than that offered by Bitrix 24.

**What do you like best about Bitrix24?**

What I like about Bitrix24 is its ease of use, its interface is very attractive and lightweight, and I have the ease of tracking and managing actions, jobs, vendor receipts, files, I really like its platform. It is based on the cloud and the accounting management regime is more flexible, this is an incredible solution, I love the Bitrix24 software is very good for tracking and responding to all online transactions.

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

What I don't like is its high price for the premium system, and I see that the software is still in development, and some interfaces are very complex, that it has all the tools in a single window, they should improve that and simplify it.

**Recommendations to others considering Bitrix24:**

If you are looking for software that helps you organize and increase communication, consider Bitrix24, it is very efficient and easy to use.

Thanks to this software I have been able to organize workflows and new projects, I have many benefits when using this, I manage customer relationships and I simplify everything

**What do you like best about Bitrix24?**

Customer Relationship Management system Bitrix 24 is one of powerful software that you can use for managing your business: deals, projects, circulation of money and etc.
System has web interface, so users don`t need to install software to use  it. 
Users can have access to system from all over the world, if company`s administrator implement this access. Also, users can connect to system by just using their company`s username and password
Users can connect to CRM from any platform, that has a browser and connected to company`s network

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

Usually, CRM needs to be configured for the company`s needs. Company will need to collaborate/talk with developers and during a long time wait for implementing system.
Administrators can install Bitrix 24 CRM in company`s infrastructure by different varieties. All of these has different issues while installing. Even when system is installed and partly configured, serious bugs can appear. So administrator need to be ready for many types of bugs while implementing system in the company.

If company just implement usual pack, there are many restrictions and anyway company will need to order individual pack  of system.

Some people love this program, some people hate and migrate to other software

Bitrix 24 is not the best CRM systems, but developed individually option for organization - one of the best choice

Initially, it has stood out for generating impact in terms of the re-organization of our work flow, it has determined as a priority our organization of our projects through calendars that aim to settle happy terms pending business. It has linked an effort to facilitate our efforts in a timely and safe way, it is an easy-to-use software, it is quick when it is handled, and this tool that has strengthened our company instantly is very cool.

Analyzing this software in the first instance its interface is very simple, basic, the option would be to restructure the graphics to make it more attractive for whoever is using it, it lacks features to be complete in its entirety, when acquiring it we realized that It is expensive compared to other software similar to its functions.

There are many similar software, but this software has excellent tools and functions, where it could bring progress and development to your company, it is easy to use and it is practical for those administrators who are not strong for the system.
