Workfront is my most tantamount project management tool that I've used for it's complete project visibility and transparency. I love how am able to track team members with their task with who is doing what at each particular for easier assignment of task with easier delegation and setting deadlines for task which keeps me on the loop for every actions which helps to adjust timelines to mitigate project risks before they escalate. You need someone with Fusion experience to help navigate the Fusion automation. The learning curve is really steep to get very good at Workfront, although it's easy for a novice to do basic tasks. The initial setup was very difficult due to its complexity, requiring us to hire an external consulting team and experts full time, taking six months to a year to have our first project pilot.
