<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">I’m currently looking into <a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/conversation-intelligence">conversation intelligence tools</a> to help our team capture, analyze, and learn from customer interactions, primarily across sales and support calls. We're aiming to improve coaching, pipeline visibility, and win rates, so I’d love some input from folks who’ve tried these kinds of platforms firsthand.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Here are a few options that consistently show up on G2:</p><ol>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/gong/reviews"><strong>Gong</strong></a><strong>:</strong> Known as one of the leaders in the space. It promises deep insights and deal tracking, but does it justify the investment for mid-sized teams?</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/salesforce-salesforce-sales-cloud/reviews"><strong>Salesforce Sales Cloud</strong></a><strong>:</strong> Not just CRM, there’s a conversation intelligence component here too. Curious how it performs compared to more specialized tools.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/fathom-video/reviews"><strong>Fathom</strong></a><strong>:</strong> Free Zoom call summaries sound great. Is it reliable and detailed enough to support real coaching and decision-making?</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/hubspot-sales-hub/reviews"><strong>HubSpot Sales Hub</strong></a><strong>:</strong> HubSpot users, how’s the built-in call tracking and AI performance when it comes to coaching reps?</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/fireflies-ai/reviews"><strong>Fireflies.ai</strong></a><strong>:</strong> Love the idea of AI note-taking and summaries. How accurate is it, and how well does it fit into existing workflows?</li>
</ol><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Would appreciate any honest feedback or comparisons, especially if you’ve tried more than one of these. Which tool actually helped your team improve the way you sell or support?</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"></p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"></p>

&lt;p&gt;One thing I’m curious about: how often do reps actually listen back to their calls? Would love to know if any of these tools made post-call learning a real habit, not just a checkbox.&lt;/p&gt;
