I love Workfront for its ease of use, which simplifies organizing and scheduling tasks efficiently. It is a great collaborative tool and helps achieve our strategic objectives.  It allows you to work faster and more efficient with your team. I love that it implements multiple platforms.

We really love the product but the customer could be better and more responsive to our needs.  Overall, we workfront has been a game changer for our team.

It has help streamlined multiple projects that have aimed to produce cost savings.  The projects lived on different platforms.  This tool help streamline all the projects.

What I dislike about Workfront is that its flexibility can make the system feel complex at first. New users often need training to understand navigation, custom forms, and reporting.

One of the standout features of Adobe Workfront is its ability to centralize project management across diverse teams. Workfront is helping us solve several challenges related to project visibility, collaboration, and workload management. Some steep learning curve can make it feel a little bit complex. Admin setup and maintenance can me more time intensive and the UI can get cluttered and a little bit confusing.

**What do you like best about Workfront?**

As a designer working on client projects, Adobe Workfront has made task management and collaboration much easier. I really liked how organized everything felt – from setting up timelines to assigning deliverables. The UI is clean and it's quite intuitive once you get the hang of it. It’s great to have all feedback, files, and deadlines in one place without switching between tools.

**What do you dislike about Workfront?**

Sometimes the loading time can be a bit slow, especially when switching between tasks or dashboards. Also, for first-time users, it can feel slightly overwhelming because there are a lot of features to explore. But once you’re familiar with it, the experience gets much better.

**What problems is Workfront solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used Workfront while managing a client design project, and it helped keep everyone on the same page – from timelines to revision feedback. It cut down the back-and-forth on emails and made the entire creative process more efficient. As a designer, having clarity on what’s expected and by when is super helpful, and Workfront delivered that smoothly.

**What do you like best about Workfront?**

- Custom report option: Regardless which industry you are using Workfront, it allows user to create the custom report and give custom filter options to get the desired outcome.
- You must be working in an environment that has multiple ongoing projects. Workfront assembles the data for each of those in a standard format, that makes it easy for you to navigate.
- All the updates/Changes reflect realtime, be it change in the project hours, project dates, exemptions. You also have an option to upload the documents as a proof of change.
- I use it in integration with Salesforce. There is so much flexibility and access to realtime data, no hiccups.
- Your access is defined based on your role. So you do not have a lot of options to play with if your role doesn't need it.
- Easy access to know and understand the utilizaiton of hours overall and under each project.

**What do you dislike about Workfront?**

- I use it in integration with Salesforce. There are certain clients/Accounts in Salesforce who fall under a parent entity. Workfront would show you only the Parent entity name, hence when you need some data or create a report for the child account, you need to create the filter every time you access a child account.

**What problems is Workfront solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Helping me to get a utilization report based on my custom filters. 
- Allows us to see Project wise hours allocation and how much time left to utilize those. 

This helps us to plan the remaining time effectively and efficiently.

One of the biggest hurdles is the steep learning curve—most of my coworkers had a difficult time starting out. Once they had time into Workfront, they were navigating it flawlessly. Additionally, when managing large-scale projects with complex dependencies, the platform can experience noticeable performance issues, including lag and slower load times. These drawbacks can impact efficiency, especially for teams working under tight deadlines. That said, with proper training and system optimization, many of these issues can be mitigated.

Time Management & Event Planning/Project Management are the main two problems that Workfront is helping with our organization. These two areas are the backbone of our organization and they cripple us each year.

The dislike about Workfront is Number of features like it will take extra time to configure the platform properly and to find the specific feature you need. For small Business industries Ease of Integration a small change in one system can break the entire connection and debugging is not always user friendly.

The features I value most in the Workfront app are its automated daily report generation and customizable custom fields, which I consider the most essential aspects of the platform.

Workfront allows duplicate subject line. No notification when we create duplicate case with the same subject line. This led to multiple case with same subject line.

Workfront solved our telecom order management problems by automating complex workflows, reducing manual errors, and providing real-time visibility into order status. This leads to faster order processing, better coordination among teams. **What do you like best about Workfront?**

I very much like the collaborative features of Workfront. It’s very easy to have multiple people added to a project and assign different permissions such as reviewer only or approver. It’s also great I’m able to pinpoint changes that I need to make so that they automatically connect to the note making it clear what I’m noting.

**What do you dislike about Workfront?**

The UI could be a bit more user friendly. When first using it, it’s a little bit confusing on how to start your first request. I’m not sure if this was maybe an admin issue with not setting up but there are folders that are listed “DO NOT USE” that are used by the design team but intended for users to use. Would be nice to be able to setup folders that only specific groups can access.

**What problems is Workfront solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’re having a lot less time of having to physically sitting down and working with graphic designers on simple projects. We don’t have to go to them directly and they don’t have to find us when done working on a project. We’re also saving paper from having to print so many editions and viewing them directly on the computer.

it has to be a certain level of licensing and access point so not all levels are applicable so might need to budget for larger employee groups or companies.

What I liked most about Workfront is the Ability to centralize projects , tasks in one workplace . it is much easier to track progress and collaborate with cross- functional teams and ensure accountability .Visibility provided both at  team and executive levels helped with decision- making and prioritization.

It is kind of unituitive and complex for new users. It is a great tool but sometimes it looks like you need a dedicated - admin just to keep things running smoothly . The learning curve is steep and setting up workflows or reports can require a lot of upfront time . However, it remains  a great tool.

**What problems is Workfront solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workfront helps bring clarity and structure to our projects. It’s improved cross-team collaboration, made task tracking more transparent, and streamlined approvals and feedback loops. Having a centralized platform reduces confusion, minimizes email overload, and keeps everyone aligned on deadlines and responsibilities. **What do you like best about Workfront?**

Workfront is an all in one tool for project management. It has tools for project planning, document management, reporting, forecasting, resource planning, timesheet logging, and custom dashboards. You can create templates for projects, track work requests, approve documents, and communicate with the project team effortlessly. Unlike Microsoft Project, you can do everything in the one software and don't need to link and sync numerous other small bits.

**What do you dislike about Workfront?**

Workfront is great for EITHER project management OR project finance tracking. When you try to make it do both, it really struggles. If you take steps to make the finances accurate, you mess up the project plan structure. If your focus is project planning, the finances need custom workarounds to work and it's frustrating. Also the gantt view is terrible, the tasks are scrunched up. The columns take too much space. And the timeline doe not always line up with the task. Also there is no way to setup to get notification when a project, task, or issue goes over budget and you have to actively be tracking the project to notice.

It's solving the problem of managing all company project details in one tool. The workers use it to get assigned work and log time. The sales team uses it to manage sales opportunities. The project management team uses it to track finances, resourcing and timeline. The business team uses it for strategic planning from finance and status reports and dashboards.

It has a lot of organizational potential. The fields are very flexible and the option to update percentages of advancement makes it so it feels more accurate.

It looks very plain. Other services have so much more color it feels like an extra layer of organization. Report pulling was complex and I never really grasped it.

Workfront would allow me to have all my work in one place with all relevant information in one place. It would allow me to update in real time so it would be visible my progress.

The concept of Budget Pool and Work Projects! It was somewhat new to me when we moved to this platform, but now I can't imagine how any company can survive without this type approach with its active project

**What do you dislike about Workfront?**

Maybe its my organisation, but switching workfront between devices- cell and laptop isn't easy and usage of the workfront app too isn't good experience. It feels bounded if someone needs to work on workfront, then laptop is must.

Helps me centralise my teams' work queues, gets me direct access to open and closed bugdet pools which in a way provides great overview of any account.

I really like how Workfront helps keep everything in one place—tasks, timelines, updates, and documents. It’s especially helpful when multiple teams are involved, and I can easily see who’s working on what. The automated notifications and dashboards save time and keep everyone on track.

The interface isn’t the most intuitive at first. It took me a while to get comfortable with all the features, and sometimes it still feels like too many clicks to do simple things. Also, the mobile experience could be better—it’s a bit clunky when you're trying to check updates on the go.

Workfront helps solve the problem of scattered communication and unclear task ownership. Before, it was hard to track who was doing what or when things were due, especially across different teams. The only thing I didn’t like was that sometimes it was really slow. This could have been because a lot of users were on it but it would glitch out every now and then.

What I like best about Adobe Workfront is how it brings structure and transparency to even the most complex projects. 

The ability to create custom workflows, assign tasks with clear deadlines and track progress in real time has significantly improved our team’s productivity. The integration with Adobe Creative Cloud and other enterprise tools makes it easy to keep all work centralized, which reduces duplication and miscommunication.

I especially appreciate the reporting and dashboard features. They allow me to quickly assess project health and share insights with leadership without having to chase down updates. The user interface is intuitive and once you get used to it, managing large-scale campaigns becomes much more efficient.

Additionally, the interface, though robust, can occasionally feel cluttered, especially when managing a large number of tasks or projects. 

I've also noticed that the system can lag slightly when dealing with very large datasets or extensive reports. 

That said, once you get familiar with the platform, these challenges become manageable, and the overall benefits far outweigh the drawbacks.

Adobe Workfront is solving several key problems for our team. 

The biggest being lack of visibility, scattered communication and inefficient workflow management. Before Workfront, project updates were spread across emails, spreadsheets and chat threads, making it difficult to track progress or accountability. With Workfront, everything is centralized - from task assignments and timelines to document sharing and feedback loops.

It also solves the challenge of resource allocation by allowing us to clearly see who is overloaded and who has bandwidth, which has helped balance workloads more effectively.

Another major benefit is the ability to create standardized workflows and templates, which ensures consistency across projects and reduces time spent on manual setup.

Overall, Workfront has streamlined our processes, improved team alignment and helped us deliver work faster and with fewer errors. It saves us time, improves transparency, and empowers better decision-making.

Workfront comes with a learning curve, and that could be a bit challenging with respect. adoption amongst the team members. Moreover, it has got many options to customize the platform, experience, and approval systems, but those can be a bit difficult and time-consuming to implement.

Our marketing team is spread across 23 countries, and each team has its own respective regional marketing strategies/communication, etc., going on. Workfront helps orchestrate and organize tasks, resources, and projects (marketing operations and administrations). Each regional marketing team follows the global approval workflows (templatized) along with a bit of regional customization built into the approval workflows. Workfront allows us to easily customize the approval workflows, manage tasks, projects, and resources.

There is no need to look further; you have everything you need!! My team and I have plans to use it even more to help with the project management tool research!

It really helped automate our workflow, improved Communication and helped multiple departments collaborate on many of our jobs. What I love best about it is the accountability. We can pull how many jobs each of our designer output as well as our departments.

Like any complex digital tool, the set up and onboarding process was in tense and really requires manpower to manage to properly use the tool. It is quite expensive and I dont love the app/mobile usage. Always seems challenging approving edits on my mobile device.

**What do you like best about Workfront?**

The ability of the tool to manage project which suits small as well as big team sizes makes me like this tool a lot! The great user experience is a plus!

**What do you dislike about Workfront?**

If the tool can also provide team velocity related statistics that would’ve been great! Apart from that if there could be more roles for different team members that would’ve been good too

**What problems is Workfront solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing project in my team with all the team members onboarded on the platform and giving them a unified project management platform is being solved for me

**What do you like best about Workfront?**

What I like most about Workfront is how it keeps everything moving without getting in the way. It makes it super easy to organize requests, assign work, and actually keep track of what’s getting done. The custom forms and auto-routing are a huge win, it gives me more time to focus on real work. It just makes the whole process smoother.

**What do you dislike about Workfront?**

What I dislike most is that it can feel a bit heavy when you're just trying to do something simple. There are a lot of clicks to get through certain tasks, and sometimes the interface feels cluttered, especially if you're not the one who built the workflow. It’s powerful, but not always the most intuitive if you're jumping in for quick updates or reviews.

**What problems is Workfront solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workfront helps cut through the mess of scattered messages and random requests. It keeps everything in one place so it’s easier to know what needs to get done, who’s doing it, and when it’s due. It’s saved me from a ton of back-and-forth and makes it way easier to just focus and get things done without all the guessing.

**What do you like best about Workfront?**

What I like best about Workfront is how it brings structure and visibility to complex projects. The ability to create detailed task lists, assign responsibilities, set deadlines, and track progress all in one place keeps our team aligned and on schedule. I also really appreciate the customizable dashboards and reporting features—they make it easy to monitor workload and project status at a glance. It’s a powerful tool for staying organized and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

**What do you dislike about Workfront?**

The biggest challenge with Workfront is the learning curve—especially for new users. The platform is feature-rich, which is great, but it can feel overwhelming at first. It takes time to understand how everything connects, and without proper training, some users may not fully utilize the tool. Also, the interface can feel a bit cluttered at times, and certain actions (like navigating between projects or editing templates) could be more intuitive.

**What problems is Workfront solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workfront helps solve the problem of scattered communication and disorganized project management. Before using it, we relied on a mix of emails, spreadsheets, and chat tools, which often led to missed deadlines and confusion about responsibilities. With Workfront, everything is centralized—project plans, tasks, files, timelines, and team updates are all in one place. This has improved visibility, accountability, and overall team productivity. It also helps leadership track progress in real time and make better-informed decisions.
