**What do you like best about Workfront?**

It's nice to collate comments on a tagged file, although that's certainly not unique to Workfront. The ability to "resolve" comments and check them off is helpful for circling back and making sure that all comments have been addressed before proceeding, and the automated email reminders to clients are helpful for nudging them to approve/comment. 

**What do you dislike about Workfront?**

The site can get cumbersome, and it can be difficult to find files that I'm either an administrator on or were requested to approve. I also have issues with resolving comments, and it's inconsistently available when I log in to files. Additionally, my account sometimes will not allow me to upload proofs for comment, which is the only reason I use it.

**What problems is Workfront solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it for signoffs on large graphic batch files. It's helpful for multiple reviewers to be able to see each others' comments, and to create threads for the same issue instead of all separately making the same comment.

**What do you like best about Workfront?**

SaaS reporting is great. Individual modules offer great flexibility. I love to be educated about necessary or late tasks. The user interface is very easy to get around. The support appears great - I'm not an administrator, though I've created some calls on the support group and also the specialists appear to be extremely competent.

**What do you dislike about Workfront?**

The use of applications is very problematic on mobile devices

**Recommendations to others considering Workfront:**

I suggest utilizing Workfront to configure the perfect solution. It's a great tool to control advanced projects and individual portfolios in regards to checking costs and performance.

We needed a means to control the replication procedure, that often manufactured a few sketches, and also ProofHQ supplied us with room to monitor and also control the meditation process.

**What do you like best about Workfront?**

This tool brings accountability and management of projects across spread out teams. Being able to see the evolution of a document and comment for all to see is key. Although I don't use the project templates and workflows as much as others in the organization, one can see that these help standardize workflows and allow each team to come in projects where necessary.

**What do you dislike about Workfront?**

The updates (comments) posted by people in a project are often hard to follow in date order. Likewise, where documents are stored, they can seemingly get out of order. I find myself always having to scroll up and down to ensure that I have found the latest updates or documents posted by people, since they sometimes aren't always at the top. Also, some user notifications can be unreliable in arriving to email.

**What problems is Workfront solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gone are the days when you have to contact someone to ask for the right project status or files. Likewise, you don't have to depend on file shares or emails to find the right files past or current. You can just go directly to the ticket and see the evolution of the files to find and download the needed files. I've benefitted from more visibility into seeing how the greater team works together to publish content assets. It also saves time in finding status and files.

**What do you like best about Workfront?**

It’s proofing tool is user-friendly and easy to navigate for first-time users, to apply comments and review as a team remotely. Great for transparency.

**What do you dislike about Workfront?**

It’s a little clunky. Would like to be able to see hours assigned to a specific sub task without having to make multiple clicks to the parent task or tabbing. Would be really effective if it was on timesheet for budgeting purposes (how many hours left/over/under). Search tool should bring the parent task up top on search results instead of all the documents associated and then having to dig through to find the parent task. Wish I could check off comments in the proofing tool (like I can in acrobat) to mark as completed.

**What problems is Workfront solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is really great for online collaboration and sharing files remotely. Transparency is also a perk: comments cannot be deleted or edited. So people are responsible for the comments they’ve made/information relayed. No more “I never told you that!”... “well you did here in this proof comment at 3:26 yesterday...” etc haha

It is great for approval flow relating to typical company workflows.

It is complex to start up and also based off the cloud, so it is not very easy to set up for on premises.

I would consider it for complex workflows, whereas simple documentation approvals should go through SharePoint or Confluence.

**What do you like best about Workfront?**

Workfront provides a lot of capabilities when it comes to managing projects. You can store individual projects with multiple tasks and subtasks for various team members to complete. You can also assign hours and set predecessors in a series of tasks so that when one task is finished, the next subsequent one can be completed immediately (changing the due dates as needed). Workfront also can store your PTO days so you won't be assigned a project on your day off, holidays or weekends.

**What do you dislike about Workfront?**

What I like least about Workfront is the interface. It could definitely use an update and better layout for easier use. There are also some requirements that can be a little more time-consuming. One example of this is having to click a button to say you're working on the task, rather than just working on it and clicking complete. Those are just some small things that I think would benefit from a new update.

**What problems is Workfront solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workfront has really helped us organize projects in meaningful ways. We are better able to organize our tasks and group similar ones within the same project for better organization. There are also several filter capabilities to view past projects, active ones or incomplete assignments. Despite some excess functionality requirements, Workfront really does help us save on time by easily assigning project tasks to team members and creates an easy flow for everyone to follow.

**What do you like best about Workfront?**

You're able to utilize the Workfront DAM's robust features to customize the platform to your own needs. You can create and populate metadata forms that help other users locate assets easily.

**What do you dislike about Workfront?**

It does glitch more frequently than other asset management platforms I use. My connection between Workfront and the Workfront DAM gets interrupted often, which means I have to take extra steps to push my assets from one place to the other. It's also dependent upon users to properly input data.

**Recommendations to others considering Workfront:**

Be prepared to invest a lot of time upfront to customize the platform to your needs.

**What problems is Workfront solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've completely revolutionized the way we store and retrieve assets using the Workfront DAM. They're much more easy to search and download, and the metadata forms can help us find everything we need to know without having to reach out to project owners. It's drastically reduced the amount of time we spend at the beginning of projects, especially when we need to use assets from previous campaigns.

**What do you like best about Workfront?**

They offer extended panels where the changes are reflected in real time on the projects that are carried out in a continuous period of time, in the development departments of an organization, being a quite significant quality that represents this software mostly, because we can acquire incredible results in the development of the labor personnel, at wonderful levels, allowing all participants in the area, to appreciate the technological advances that have been achieved so far, being one of my most salient points about the general features that supports Workfront, without excluding its ability to communicate throughout a large organization, which helps in improving the administration of work in progress.

**What do you dislike about Workfront?**

One of the main negative factors that affect the great functionality of this software is its Enterprise plans, which maintain different prices and extremely high compared to other services with similar functions, which could meet the requirements of each job, because these versions maintain high prices, which develops that companies with an environment in literally low performance, can not afford to pay these monthly requirements imposed by this system, for the support in certain digital platforms, which is a quality harmful in quality and price uneven.

One of the main reasons for which I would recommend this software, for any of the companies dedicated to the multiple fields of work existing, in the labor area, we can emphasize that it is because this platform is able to assure, that each one of the registered users to its system, can be in constant communication with the rest of its equipment and with all the company at general level, including so that these individuals carry out a correct administration in each one of the activities that are made frequently in the work like a company, obtaining therefore an order to great enterprise scale, obtaining with success its purposes to fulfill.

**What problems is Workfront solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently we can describe that Workfront is being executed in most of the digital installations of our company's platform, because it has presented incredible resources that meet our requirements, covering the needs that we present later, responding to an imminent administration of proper use of all the tasks we perform daily, or those that are pending to be executed, mentioning that in the same way, we implement it to make constant follow-ups of each one of the projects of high importance that are planned in the organization, without excluding this system integrated to the outstanding areas to the commercial sales that we promote, due to the management of the activities already created.

**What do you like best about Workfront?**

I use Workfront daily with one of my largest clients. It's great for keeping a large team of virtual or other workers on track with projects -- as long as somebody is in charge of managing it well. It's a good tool for seeing where a project is on track or falling behind, again, as long as it is managed well.

**What do you dislike about Workfront?**

The user interface is only OK, not great, and has a fairly steep learning curve from my experience. It can also generate a tremendous amount of email, much of minimal or no use. It has multiple settings to control this from happening. But adjusting the dials and tuning things until it's "just right" can take longer than it should.

**What problems is Workfront solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it to manage a large number of projects that are being developed simultaneously by a large network of workers, whether they are full time employees, contractors, or vendors, and no matter where they are located in the world. Many of the members of my team are in India, with many others in multiple time zones in America, Europe and elsewhere. Workfront helps manage these projects and to keep them on schedule. It works well when you have one person, or a small group of likeminded individuals, managing the system at the high level. If you have too many managers set up with too much responsibility for each one, you can run into trouble.

Milestone and status tracking product with professional interface loaded with great features and very simple to customize. 
Workfront provides the effective management ability to the user to be able to manage multiple things. The tool can effectively manage resources, portfolio, capacity and also issue management.For the business operations Automation, Workfront is the product to look for, even on sharing different files among the team members.

Not much to dislike about the tool, its just the user. If the user is capable to manipulate the software nothing else.

**What do you like best about Workfront?**

Very few bugs and worked as advertised. I liked how their is a mobile app for team members that use it while traveling. Very convenient and our team can remain efficient wherever they are

**What do you dislike about Workfront?**

I used it when it was ProofHQ and they phased that out and implemented a new proofing software that was quite a bit more expensive. I ended up leaving and using a different proofing software that was much cheaper and had the same tools. I really liked the ProofHQ/Workfront interface but we just couldnt afford what they charged after they went away from ProofHQ

**Recommendations to others considering Workfront:**

I'd also look into Review Studio if you are a small organization that doesnt need the full, robust offering of Workfront. Workfront is great but they didnt have a minimalist package that offered few "bells and whistles" for a lower price, so we went to ReviewStudio instead.

Very few issues with the software. Support team was great which helped our team dive in and get acquainted with it very easily.

**What do you like best about Workfront?**

I like that there is one file that everyone can add comments to, rather than having to collect feedback from multilpe versions of a file. I also appreciate the visibility of the edits, comments and other changes, and the option to email all or some reviewers regarding their contributions. I especially like that all tracking is visible within the project so I don' thave to track down emails about the project - they're all there for me in my project.

**What do you dislike about Workfront?**

I wish it was clearer in the platform that project participants can edit the file within the platform. Often, even when I explain it in the invitation, my participants don't make their comments in the file - instead, they either comment via the system or email me directly. A "Make Edits Here" button would be really helpful so they can be directed to the file where they can make their comments.

**What problems is Workfront solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Especially during the pandemic, where our group is working from home, it is easy to share a file and ask multiple people (5-8 is typical for us) for edits/comments. They can do it as they have the time and I can keep track of who has completed their task and who I might need to remind.

Workfront has been the pillar in our organization of managing projects and monitoring their progress from scratch. One thing I really like in this  platform is that We are able to collaborate with our colleagues from different locations for easy implementation of our programs.

Nothing at all I can confirm to dislike in this tool. It may be challenging to beginners in terms of operation but with time the user gets used to it.

Great PM tool for scheduling long term and short term projects. One should definitely  use it to schedule and do project management using WorkFront. this gives ease in managing the projects and understanding the deadlines and timelines.

The productivity of your business increases significantly because Workfront analyzes and studies the best strategies for each phase of your projects. Each team member has his or her task assigned in a logical way and obtains better results after the project has been executed and delivered. The program features Saas and cloud web implementations, as well as any smartphone operating system. The task management features multiple applications, a progress percentage tracking, a spreadsheet view and allows to manage recurring tasks

**What do you dislike about Workfront?**

Workfront does not have a free version or a free trial, which limits people from being able to test the software to see if it is to their liking. There are features that are not available such as video conferencing. The new update still has limitations in terms of new tools. The program may be too comprehensive and that may be a drawback as there is much to learn about the program.

**Recommendations to others considering Workfront:**

Since the price is a bit high for many users, they should make a free version available that has fewer features. For more dynamic projects more integrations are needed and this is something that Workfront should improve

**What problems is Workfront solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The productivity of our projects has increased and our customers can see it. The information has been collected in a simple way. The different areas of our business have been trained with the webinar available and have learned more than enough. We make use of the mobile application because it contains most of the functions of the web version and they are shown in the same way. Thanks to workfront the workload is now one of our strengths because we can manage the task of each worker.

First i love the reporting capability and easy implementation of Workfront and its management ability.
Workfront allows the user to perform some adjustments on different features for effective enhancement of its services.
Easy planning and collaboration impact to different projects its quite productive and it keeps everything and everyone on the right place doing the right thing.
The time and expense tracking with Workfront is great, and it provides an easy environment for different projects sharing.

Workfront is not a one time use software but a full-time use platform since it makes it easy to manage daily projects. It enables us to schedule tasks with ease so that other employees can easily access them from anywhere anytime. I appreciate how Workflow is a robust system for enterprise use. The workflows, templates, and calendars are easy to understand at all levels. The drag and drops make things easy to shift and change as we go. The biggest benefit is having our team's work and workflow standardized and stored in one place.

**What do you dislike about Workfront?**

It requires user training to understand the interface as it's not that intuitive. When we got set up with the product, someone worked with us to a certain point, and then future changes/modifications/customizations cost a fee ($2k for 4 hours, we were told). The product itself is very expensive, so I think ongoing support, including development tweaks, should be included in the purchase of the product.

I would recommend making use of the trial for as long as possible to see if it truly works for their business. And then upon purchasing, I would recommend asking/negotiating part of the custom support (development, set up) to be done a few months after actually using it with the team.

The biggest problem we had is everyone on the team doing things in different ways - in terms of workflow, approvals, archiving, and more. My recommendation before using Workfront is that you already have previous experience managing projects since setting up the platform to make good use of the tools you need to have experience working with this type of software but once you manage to customize it to your needs it is really amazing I would also recommend Workfront for work environments that are demanding or constant work since it is the best software to manage time and easily and makes the flow of work much smoother.

We use Workfront as an alternative tool for creating charts that are very useful for conferences such as gannt charts also as part of the team using Workfront as a project management tool I can say that the tools we have used such as customizable models, budget management and reporting have meant a considerable increase in our workflow.

**What do you like best about Workfront?**

Workfront gathers all the tools in the box and helps to fixate any kind of complexity that company faces and helps to clean the windows online with sweeping method. Tasks regarding information technology can also be completed vigorously with strategies that can be put into use for forging the whole idea. The software can be accurately developed and it's knowledge about the status value can be resonated within the department. The sprint testing with scrum techniques and getting feedback through agile procedure. The history of delivered product with expenditure details and drafts can all be stored with time. Workflows are thoroughly checked and communication among resources and consumer demands can be made.

**What do you dislike about Workfront?**

Downside of workfront that is giving the steep curve landing are that its training sessions are not well elaborated and person has to put an effort into bringing the ultimate conclusion of this application. The new enteries cannot be able to handle all engines efficiently and needs time in understanding. Forcast regarding the skills of employees also cannot be made and this triggers the need of more upgrades.

**What do you like best about Workfront?**

I personally love the customization and user experience that WorkFront offers. We have created many custom forms with hundreds of fields, it has given us the ability to make sure whatever someone wants for a project is accounted for. While some users may not like the user experience I personally love it. The ability to have list of whatever you want with one click and I love how all email notifications take you directly to what needs to be approved/reviewed. 

**What do you dislike about Workfront?**

The major issue that I have is the separation of project/task/document updates. You have to click in multiple spots to find information. If there was one section in the project where a feed of all comments put in that would be helpful to not miss comments that were placed in different sections. 

We also really would like the ability to proof html and urls, at the moment our designers that o upload a jpeg so that it can be proofed. This adds to the time that they are working on the project, especially when there a multiple components in one project. 

**Recommendations to others considering Workfront:**

Be aware of the amount of time that it takes to implement. You will need to sit with someone for two full weeks to get everything that you need from the setup. 

**What problems is Workfront solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our main problem was getting everyone on the same page when it comes to projects, we have solved this by adding more users and making everyone a participant in the projects, we have started this by having more tasks for all users to check off and giving everyone more visibility into projects.

**What do you like best about Workfront?**

This software is basically used by different resource centers inside the company productions for customer and product grading with ongoing planned projects. It is a flexible and open ended application for sorting out the right things that can become a part of project. The research regarding the hypothesis of a certain idea and putting it into further consideration and knowledge to create a whole box of stuff that is analyzed by actions and decisions about budget issues can be put up. By full commitment, it stands up with the three pillars of scrum methodology. Adapting in regards to the new and modern ideas and inspecting bugs is its ability. It shows report through board and time can be properly tracked regarding specific project.

**What do you dislike about Workfront?**

Workfront has some of downsides in log in system when one tries to approach this application. This makes the whole system down before even starting the whole process of functioning and understanding. The program used for computing and networking is traditional and do not use graphical templates and sheets. The financial assistance cannot be guaranteed and invoice dealings with reimbursements cannot be enjoyed.

**What problems is Workfront solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workfront consists of indicators and panels for subtle approach towards the management and trading the actual interface and valuable work with time checking. Tracking the milestones for professional interests can also be done.
