It may be our company solely but the tool has been so over engineered that if the employee who onboarded the platform leaves the company we would be in big trouble! Standards reports are ok but customization of reports could be more user freindly. More so I have found Workfront's customization features very helpful because I was able to set up a notifications routine and alerts according to my preferable periods which allowed me to focus on my work much better and also receive overview business real-time reporting. I like that Workfront features a lot of aids that enabled me to easily make informed decisions and this was made possible by its unlimited customizable template reports and pre-made reports. I also liked Workfront because of its time management characteristic that is presented through the Timesheet management portal. Each week I have to adjust the colums so they fit without having to scroll horizontally. The horizontal scroll is incredibly annoying. Also, the vertical scroll to see each section is annoying. Required approvals let you know when it's time to proceed or if a project is completed. **What do you dislike about Workfront?** Although there is a mobile app, I do not find it works well. I used to have to use Adobe which does not lend itself to proofing or Word Reviewer, which was quite confusing for anyone who needed to maker the edits requested and also did not let you comment on images. I noticed that there is a timeframe in which you can leave comments directly on the document. It is also a huge advantage to see the collaboration in real-time and adding as many reviewers as necessary to provide their feedback.
