"Workfront for Marketing Ops"

What do you like best?

Much more flexible and data driven then compared to previous project managment tools we've used in the past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The reporting is about 80% of what we need. A lot of time we have to export it to excel and then do the rest. Also the tool is very "click heavy". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Workfront can do a lot but is hard to get used to"

What do you like best?

There is so much that you can do with Workfront that it meets all of your needs, especially when tracking completion of projects and what elements are incomplete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The interface is so complex it took several months for me to finally be comfortable using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Allow adequate time to TRAIN employees where tools are located, and help from the vendor themselves would be extremely valuable from day one. I found that I was missing data input that would have given me better results in the end of a project. If I knew adding certain pieces of info would have helped me get an even better "picture" overall, I would have taken the time to add it in sooner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
