Workfront has a lot of ability to set technical deadlines with detailed predecessors, assignment details, resource management, and more - both at a task and project level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Workfront? It’s extremely laggy and buggy for larger teams and the overall usability is super poor. It seems we are constantly dealing with some sort of Workfront issue. We were also told we could do X Y Z with this product, yet there never any answers on how we can make those solutions possible for our team. Support is slow and mostly unhelpful. I’ve spent my entire career working in project management systems and Workfront is in my bottom 5 every time, especially considering the pricing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Everything else is Workfront is difficult to maneuver -- learning the product takes months to master, there are so many levels of the documents, tasks, and folders to search from when looking for assets, the tickets are also required to be converted for our team and we're confused when looking for which or what. I am happy with how straightforward it is to monitor my work hours, and it also motivates me to reach out to our account services team in situations where jobs have not been added to the system. It can be annoying when comments and updates are confined to a specific task, as it may require a lot of clicking around to locate a particular conversation.
