What do you like best about NinjaOne?

I love NinjaOne's Customer Support. Any software our company deals with always has excellent customer service. If we are down, we want to be able to call on a trusted support team to get them resolved quickly, which Ninja has always strived with.

Their tools are by far the best in the game, making site navigation smooth and easy for our clients to manage.

Implementation is super easy as the MSI doesn't prompt the user for anything and allows for a smooth onboarding.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

What do you like best about LogRocket?

Being able to review the headers and body of network requests and responses easily from the main pane has helped cut down on debugging time immensely. It was easy to add into our tech stack after the initial setup, and it's intuitive enough for non-technical users on our team to get value out of as well. What do you dislike about LogRocket?

Technical management has had poor insight into errors on a large scale, as well as trends of these over time. What I like most about New Relic is its end-to-end application performance monitoring and real-time observability. Real-time monitoring of applications, infrastructure, and services. Distributed tracing for identifying bottlenecks across microservices. Custom dashboards and alerts for proactive monitoring. Detailed error analytics and performance insights. The most valuable feature is distributed tracing. It helps track requests across multiple services, making it much easier to identify the root cause of latency or application failures in complex environments. The biggest benefit is faster troubleshooting. I've been impressed by Sentry's AI-assisted issue grouping and root cause analysis, which reduces duplicate alerts and helps prioritize the issues that actually matter. The customizable alerting keeps notification noise under control, and integrations with GitHub, Slack, and CI/CD tools make it easy to move from detection to resolution without switching between multiple platforms. What do you like best about Datadog?

A lot to consider about Datadog: mainly, it is used to monitor a wide range of applications and infrastructure. Application monitoring for container-based, server-based, and web-based applications. Also, it reduces the human effort for checking the exact error.

It is easy to use and supports different kinds of platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP. Installation is very easy. Datadog provides all the required documents for integrating the agent. We can use the predefined dashboard templates many times, which is a lifesaver if we have repeated monitoring services.

Large-scale monitoring services and tracking are very easy, and the UI is clean, and we can find every service and access the running process via UI as well.! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Datadog?

There are only a few things that I was not satisfied with Datadog, those are.

Cost is somewhat high; we have to pay even we utilize the resources or not.

And the main con is the customer support; they only deal via email, and we have to dump the log data into their storage. They first analyse the logs and come back to us; it will typically take 24-36 hours, which has an impact on the clients. Also, they only come on a call on production issues. I use Better Stack for monitoring my website's downtimes at https://xocat.online. I like how it's free and easy to use. The tool that helps me monitor my website's downtimes is the most valuable to me because it lets me know if something's wrong with my website. Additionally, I find it particularly valuable that when my website is down, my users can simply go to https://status.xocat.online to check if something is down. What do you dislike about Better Stack?

I don't like how I can't really customize status.xocat.online, so that could be improved. Additionally, the seamless setup for new clusters allows us to easily create documentation with our different EKS setup. The main areas of improvement are pricing and transparency, ease of onboarding for new users, and more intuitive dashboard customization. The automatic discovery of applications, services, infrastructure, and their dependencies is especially valuable, as it quickly builds a clear picture of how the environment is connected. I also appreciate the combination of real-time monitoring, distributed tracing, and infrastructure metrics in one interface. This makes it easier to move from a high-level alert to the specific service, request, or infrastructure component causing the issue.
