"AI orchestration with Drag-and-Drop development tool"
What do you like best about Tines?

I understand that it is a AI orchestration platform for security and IT teams but it is widely used as a drag and drop automation development solution within our organization. it integrates with a variety of solutions and other applications.

Without waiting for custom code or third-party plugins using API the tool provides flexibility, paired with a visual canvas that turns complex logic into intuitive stories and helps day-to-day security operations. It

The automation team gets the right support even after a the solution is built on multiple development initiatives Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tines?

I understand it has less capabilities on the AI automation and integration parts as the tool takes a lot of time to process the information and it is a lot slow so we need to improve on that part.

Secondary concern is regrading the tool cost around the cost and the learning curve for high-level logic needs to be taught to every developers while using the solution Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Automation, Minimal Coding Required"
What do you like best about Tines?

I use Tines as an automation platform to streamline and manage repetitive workflows, especially in security and operations. The visual workflow builder makes it really easy to design and understand automation, even for complex processes. I don’t need to rely heavily on coding, which speeds things up a lot. It's one of the main reasons Tines is so useful to me. It turns complex automation into something you can actually see and understand at a glance, instead of digging through scripts or code. You're looking at a flow of actions with each step clearly connected. The initial setup was quite straightforward. We didn’t need heavy deployment or a long onboarding process since it’s cloud-based. Most of the effort was about configuring integration rather than installing anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tines?

There are a few things where I feel Tines could improve. Sometimes when the workflow becomes very complex, managing and navigating them can get a bit overwhelming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless SOC Automation with Powerful AI Features"
What do you like best about Tines?

I like how Tines helps us automate various SOC processes such as creating tickets in Jira for alerts and automatically updating Jira with probable solutions using the AI features. Tines University is a good place to learn about Tines and its features from basic to advanced, and it's free of cost. This makes it easy for anyone new to Tines to learn and get certified. The AI features are handy for workflow creations and they help us build workflows quickly. They also assist us in understanding many features if we are stuck, including help with formulas and actions. The initial setup was easy, just a few clicks, and we had our tenants ready. We could easily manage the tenants, users, and workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tines?

Testing individual steps can be challenging sometimes and it doesn't have the RAG feature. When trying to debug in Tines, especially with complex workflows, navigating through events of each action becomes difficult and mapping the flow event for action is challenging. "Easy to Use, Powerful AI Agent Features"
What do you like best about Tines?

Tines is really easy to use. I also appreciate how quickly they rolled out AI features, and it’s been genuinely useful for our organization. In particular, we’ve gotten a lot of value from the AI Agent features and the AI-powered formula generation.

Tines also has a great support team. We typically hear back within a few hours, and they’re receptive to feature requests, which makes a big difference.

Integrations with tools like Crowdstrike, Jira, Qualys, GCP, AWS, etc., work beautifully and have been smooth to set up and use.

I have never had any issues with performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tines?

None at the moment, but I’d like to share some feedback: Tines’ AI formula generation doesn’t work sometimems. Story Copilot also has a few minor bugs, and I’m hoping it improves in the future.

Also would like to have a RAG feature in Tines AI Agent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Tines:A Game-Changer for Security Automation with Cutting-Edge AI"
What do you like best about Tines?

Tines is a powerhouse for security automation. We use it to bridge Microsoft Graph with threat intel sources like VirusTotal and AbuseIPDB for automated alerting. The UI/UX is incredibly polished, making it one of the most user-friendly no-code/low-code tools I’ve worked with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tines?

There is room for improvement in the AI formula assistant, as it doesn't always hit the mark. The Story Copilot could also use some polishing to iron out small bugs. I'm looking forward to more advanced AI features, specifically a RAG implementation for the Agent action. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Scalable Document Review That Smooths and Standardizes Our Workflow"
What do you like best about Tines?

It has definitely improved my workflow by offering scalable ways to review and compare documents, which makes the whole process smoother and more consistent overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tines?

Tines is starting to push into AI with copilots like Workbench, but it still feels like competitors are moving faster when it comes to AI-generated automation. What I’m looking for is natural-language input that can generate a complete workflow end to end, AI-assisted optimization for workflows that already exist, and smarter recommendations that learn from past usage patterns. "Reliable Automation for Refined Daily Operations"
What do you like best about Tines?

The most useful feature of Tines is converting manual work into structured workflows. I have also found it very useful when performing tasks on an event basis - triggered instantly and do not require constant checking. The platform provides enough control to customize the logic whilst being visually organized (visually) and allows me to easily manage multiple processes. It is also very easy to integrate with my existing systems, therefore I can extend functionality without having to build out from scratch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tines?

Another way that Tines can enhance its capabilities is by improving upon how large &/or complicated workflows are handled, as they may require additional work to always stay properly organized.. The more time spent determining organization of actions for clear understanding, the greater understanding of the platform's flexibility. With experience using Tines, designing large &/or complicated workflows becomes simple & efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revolutionized Our IT Automation Process"
What do you like best about Tines?

I love how easy and flexible Tines is to use. The no-code builder allows non-developers like me to automate complex processes quickly. It integrates with any API, so I can connect AWS, GCP, CrowdStrike, Splunk, and Jira without needing custom connectors. The AI features like Story Co-pilot are genuinely helpful for building and troubleshooting. Setup was super easy, taking less than 10 minutes. The drag-and-drop interface is a game-changer, letting anyone on my team build workflows without coding knowledge. It speeds up processes significantly and empowers team access. The Tines Co-pilot even helps write regex to parse data just by describing my needs. I also appreciate the pre-built SOAR actions for security-focused tasks and how it connects tools seamlessly. Overall, Tines saved us considerable development time compared to building solutions internally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tines?

3 main pain points: 1. Large workflows get messy — 50+ step stories are hard to debug/trace. Needs better high-level visual map. 2. Error messages — Sometimes too generic. “Action failed” without saying which API field broke. 3. Version control — No native git-like diffs. Hard to track changes when multiple people edit a story. "Flexible Automation with Room for Improvement"
What do you like best about Tines?

I like using Tines for automating routine and repetitive workflows across different tools and processes. It really helps in eliminating the need for manual tasks, which can be time-consuming and prone to errors. What I appreciate most is how easy it is to manage the workflow. I also enjoy the flexibility in designing workflows, as it allows us to tailor automations exactly to our business needs instead of adjusting our processes to fit a rigid system. Furthermore, the initial setup of Tines was fairly straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tines?

While Tines is very powerful, there are a few areas which could be improved. For complex workflows, the interface can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming, and debugging issues isn't always as intuitive as it could be. Tines could improve by offering a more intuitive interface for complex workflows and clearer, more detailed debugging tools to quickly identify and resolve issues. "Effortless SOAR Automation with a Friendly UI"
What do you like best about Tines?

I use Tines as a SOAR platform for security-related automation. I really appreciate its no-code platform and friendly user interface, which makes it easy to build and deploy automation quickly without getting bogged down in complexity. It's great for scaling automation and adapting to changing project needs. The intuitive workflows allow me to collaborate effectively with non-technical stakeholders, and it helps me focus on high-priority tasks rather than getting stuck on technical details. The initial setup was easy, thanks to its user-friendly interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tines?

Performance can be improved. Tines workflow has time limits; it would have been better if that could be removed. Tines doesn't work well with a large amount of data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
