Subskribe is both easy to use and highly customizable thanks to its modern API-driven architecture. Our company operates a complex ecosystem of multiple business units serving different markets and spanning multiple CRMs and billing workflows. Subskribe is one of the few platforms that would technically enable us to implement a single subscription management solution across all of them - integrating seamlessly through custom API integrations. Subskribe has a strong engine but is still early on some UI quality of life automations and nice to haves. Things like being able to multi-select and alter records or being able to upload external singed paper in place of docusign just aren't there yet. What i like best about Pandadoc is its ease of use and clean interface which makes creating and sending documents very simple. The ease of implementation was impressive because we were able to start using it without a long training period. I also appreciate the strong customer support which is responsive and helpful whenever we have questions. The platform offers a great number of features from templates to automated workflows and the ease of integration with CRM and payment tools make our process smooth. One downside is that some advanced features can feel slightly overwhelming at first. The pricing can also be a bit high for small teams, especially if you want access to premium features. What do you dislike about Autodesk Construction Cloud?

I am not satisfied with the design of the field tool in Build, as I find it lacking in user friendliness. From my perspective, there is a lot of potential for improvement, particularly in making the tool easier to use. It is clear that ACC was originally intended for engineers, and now there is an attempt to adapt it for construction or installation workers with the field tool in Build. However, the current design and layout still fall short of what is needed. I strongly believe that working closely with a user experience (UX) group could help make the field tool more intuitive and accessible for those who will actually be using it on the job. What do you like best about Handoff?

Handoff is a tool I didn't know how much I would love until I started using it every single day for multiple projects. This software is built for the residential contractor, but all of my work is commercial and it works just as well. A lot of AI completely removes the human aspect and ability to contribute in an autonomous way. With Handoff, I can proactively work with the software to generate desired outcomes and shape my estimates the way I used to do them in an excel spreadsheet.

Handoff saves time, provides access to professional templates, and for me, has been a great education tool. When creating cost analysis reports or scope of work documents, it's unusually thought provoking. It has challenged me to be aware of every cost, big and small, that a task or scope of work requires.

Paired with the manual input from performing my takeoffs, I know I am providing clients accurate, competitive pricing with as little or as much detail as I feel necessary.

One of the cooler, less utilized components of Handoff, is what I call the "digital library." It possesses the unique ability to function like a warehouse for data. I can upload unique quotes & create specific pricing catalogs that are easy to access and implement into my proposals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Handoff?

Even though this is true of any system you want to use consistently and accurately, I still dislike the amount of work on the back end involved. It takes forever, but it's definitely worth it.

Handoff is not always as attentive to details as I would like it to be. It does miss details or miscalculate quantities when reviewing drawings. However, this perfectly exemplifies the need for human diligence and review regardless of how brilliant and automated technology becomes.

The biggest flaw with handoff is the inability to edit some aspects of the templates. I wish I could format things differently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how easy it is to use. My proposals always look like I spent the whole day on them. I do wish I didnt use my free design when I first started, before I got to know the platform, because I would have given them one of our more standard options, but they do have paid services available for that. There's very little that I find limiting. if i had to point out one thing, it would be that some of the reporting features could be more advanced, especially for deeper analysis across multiple contract types. Before fynk, managing contracts and approvals across Andy.do was a fragmented process email chains, spreadsheets, and manual follow up were slowing everything down. fynk centralize all our agreements, providers clarity on statuses and automates reminders so nothing slips through the cracks.

What do you like best about QuoteWerks?

It's an awesome tool for quoting and overall bookkeeping. I like that it keeps my vendor pricing in one place every time my team or I prepare a quote. Since we can copy older quotes and adjust them, it basically becomes our brand template, so it cuts time for both us and the customer to pay for the product we sell, since we are working with networks, we sell many VOIP phones, and we have our most sold models, so with QuoteWerks it's came to a point that even my kids knew how to do a quote.
