What do you like best about PandaDoc?

I use PandaDoc for finalizing contracts and sending change orders, and it has been a game changer for our department. I love the ease of use and appreciate that it's user-friendly, making it simple for our customers to figure out with minimal assistance. The auto-fill feature and the ability to import custom documents are fantastic. I love that I can place fields as needed and easily make changes. What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

I wish there was an easier/more direct way to download the signed document to my computer. I typically have to refresh the page to get the 'download' icon to appear. I particularly like Forma’s browser-based interface. It feels very fluid and clearly improved. Generating and adjusting 3D volumes is intuitive and fast, which saves time for the design team. The “Send to Revit” option is also pretty cool. Another feature I appreciate is how you can present performance data (for example, sun exposure); it makes for visually pleasing client presentations and is especially useful for non-technical stakeholders. I find that, although the interface is very intuitive, it still takes quite a lot of time to learn some of the advanced features. I appreciate how integrating PROS with Salesforce CRM has streamlined contracting, making our lives very easy. I am very happy with the solution and the speed. The corporate profiles are already in, so it's very simple for sales managers to deal with. Once a quote is published, you can modify it and extract all of that back to Salesforce. The success team has been on point, helping us on our journey with weekly virtual meetings and bi-annual in-person check-ins. What I like most about Procore is how detailed and thorough the training is. As a student preparing to graduate, I wanted to stay ahead and make myself more marketable to employers, so I decided to start taking Procore courses early. Even though I just began the classes today, I can already see how valuable they are the videos and descriptions are very comprehensive. Even if you don’t remember every detail, the way the material is presented makes it easy to revisit concepts and quickly refresh your memory.

What stands out to me is the level of detail within the platform it’s impressive and leaves little to no room for human error. The built-in chat feature is also very efficient, providing a quick and easy way to communicate with others in real time. Additionally, the notes section is extremely helpful for clarifying any questions or uncertainties that may come up, ensuring nothing is overlooked.

For me, this is especially beneficial as a student preparing to enter the workforce because it gives me exposure to the tools and systems that are actually used in the industry. What do you like best about Handoff?

Handoff is a tool I didn't know how much I would love until I started using it every single day for multiple projects. This software is built for the residential contractor, but all of my work is commercial and it works just as well. A lot of AI completely removes the human aspect and ability to contribute in an autonomous way. With Handoff, I can proactively work with the software to generate desired outcomes and shape my estimates the way I used to do them in an excel spreadsheet.

Handoff saves time, provides access to professional templates, and for me, has been a great education tool. When creating cost analysis reports or scope of work documents, it's unusually thought provoking. It has challenged me to be aware of every cost, big and small, that a task or scope of work requires.

Paired with the manual input from performing my takeoffs, I know I am providing clients accurate, competitive pricing with as little or as much detail as I feel necessary.

One of the cooler, less utilized components of Handoff, is what I call the "digital library." It possesses the unique ability to function like a warehouse for data. What do you dislike about Handoff?

Even though this is true of any system you want to use consistently and accurately, I still dislike the amount of work on the back end involved. It takes forever, but it's definitely worth it.

Handoff is not always as attentive to details as I would like it to be. It does miss details or miscalculate quantities when reviewing drawings. However, this perfectly exemplifies the need for human diligence and review regardless of how brilliant and automated technology becomes.

It’s easy to integrate with HubSpot, and it brings our sales process, customer experience, and HubSpot workflows together in one place. Our customers and technical partners have commented on how engaging it is, and a few have even asked for more information about Qwilr because they’re considering using it for their own businesses.

The ease of implementation was fantastic, the onboarding, training and designing from Qwilr went really well. The ease of use for the team, customer and myself has also been praised.

Customer support, you cannot fault them. Their replies are super quick, and is almost always fixed in good time.

Not necessarily a dislike, but it would be a nice-to-have to be able to implement more of our brand guidelines in Qwilr. For example, we shouldn’t use rounded-corner boxes and would prefer straight-cut corners. Like I said, this isn’t the end of the world, but it would look better for us. What problems is Qwilr solving and how is that benefiting you?

Only a few minor issues: the tokens stop working every now and then, but it’s usually solved by deleting the integration in HubSpot and then re-integrating it. Another issue is that one of our team members is unable to use Qwilr at all. We do have the work instructions to follow to fix this, but the sales manager has been too busy to find the time to sort it out.
