The number one reason why I wouldn't recommend Proposify is the lack of signature forwarding functionality (unless you upgrade to the Venti plan with 10+ users). Signature Forwarding is such a basic feature in 2021 (it was in 2006 when EchoSign came out). It happens 50% of the times that someone else other than our champion needs to sign (or countersign) the agreement. With Proposify, they must email us and ask to send the agreement to a different person. Then we need to edit the proposal, add the new contact on the signature fields, and resend it. You can easily lose a potential customer this way in a competitive environment. For a software that is trying to simplify the proposal process, this is a big red flag. Documentation. Expedite depends a lot on the native Salesforce functionality. When having discussions about how things work we were routinely pointed to Salesforce Trailhead docs and training rather than app specific functionality or their best practices. This is good in that they are using native stuff, but tough on those of us new to Salesforce and trying to figure out specifically how their team implemented or would implement something.
Secondly, They have a deployment process that seems very adhoc and doesn't provide a ton of detail about what's being deployed.
