It saved me so much time that was otherwise spent away from my family writing up estimates and proposals. I was constantly under bidding and losing on more jobs than I was getting ahead and being profitable. I was on the verge of closing until I got ahold of this software and instantly turned things around. **What do you dislike about Handoff?** Not many dislikes to be said. Overall it’s a solid platform. I wish there was an easier way to manually approve proposals that I was given verbal consent and if it was able to give a take off of materials that would be awesome. But they are constantly improving the user interface, so I’m sure those things will eventually be implemented. **What problems is Handoff solving and how is that benefiting you?** It pulls material costs from Lowes so it saves me having to price out all my materials. It also gives me the local labor rates for each specific task that is involved in the renovations that I’m doing. It helped me give accurate competitive proposals that are dead on for my area. I’m currently at a 80% closing rate for this year so far which is vast improvement over previous years. And it took care of the technical writing aspect of proposals which is something I struggled with. ### 9. Our team loves the ability to see where certain costs for materials are coming from (Home Depot, Lowe's, etc.) **What do you dislike about Handoff?** Only two downsides - I wish we could use an e-mail/password (instead of a phone number and a code) to log on. Additionally, I wish we could change the area of the estimate after we create it. But both are easy able to be worked around. **What problems is Handoff solving and how is that benefiting you?** Limiting the time spent working with subcontractors on pricing - we can now set the budgets and send it to the subcontractors.
