“Simple ticketing and knowledge base, with rigid tools and dismal search”
What do you like best about Zoho Desk?

There are a few things that I like about Zoho Desk. I can see when another agent is in a ticket. They also allow for fairly customizable views with tickets and metrics. Every time I've used their support team, they got it solved fairly quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Desk?

I do not like how rigid most Desk tools are. We tried to get their Slack integration to send us notifications when ticket SLA times were expiring, but they weren't able to do that. I found where someone had asked for it on a forum seven years ago, with a response from Zoho saying they would look into it - still nothing. I really despise their search feature. Both tickets and knowledge base searches are terrible. We used the Advanced Search feature for a while, but they removed that tool. Finding the correct setting for a specific change is also an issue. It takes me so long to find the toggle or dropdown, that I often forget what I was looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoho Desk solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoho Desk is solving our need for a ticketing system and knowledge base. That allows us to keep institutional knowledge in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

““Daily Use Review of Salesforce Service Cloud in Collections””
What do you like best about Agentforce Service (formerly Salesforce Service Cloud)?

From a collections specialist perspective at iQor, a few things are especially strong. One of the biggest advantages is the unified customer view. Instead of jumping between billing systems, CRM notes, payment history, and contact logs, Service Cloud brings everything into a single case timeline. For collections work, that matters because your effectiveness often depends on how quickly you can understand the customer’s financial situation and past interactions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce Service (formerly Salesforce Service Cloud)?

From a collections specialist point of view at iQor, the frustrations with Salesforce Service Cloud / Agentforce Service usually aren’t about whether it works they’re about how it feels to use under pressure.

One common dislike is how many clicks and layers it can take to do simple things. In collections, speed matters. When you’re trying to log a promise-to-pay, update a disposition, or move to the next account quickly, extra screens and validation steps can feel like they slow the conversation down instead of supporting it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Agentforce Service (formerly Salesforce Service Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?

From a collections specialist perspective at iQor, Salesforce Service Cloud / Agentforce Service is mainly solving the problem of fragmented, messy customer information and slow case handling which is a big deal in collections work. One of the biggest problems it fixes is having customer data scattered across different systems. Before tools like this, you might have billing info in one platform, notes in another, and interaction history somewhere else. Service Cloud pulls that into one place, so when a customer calls about a balance or dispute, you’re not wasting the first few minutes just trying to figure out what’s going on. “Flexible, User-Friendly, and Customizable Cloud ERP Experience with Acumatica”
What do you like best about Acumatica?

After working with Acumatica 2025 R2, the first thing I noticed was how much smoother the overall experience feels. The Modern UI makes everyday tasks more comfortable because the screens are cleaner, load faster, and it's easier to find what I'm looking for without unnecessary clicks. Since I spend most of my day in Purchase Orders, Production, Inventory, and Reports, these small improvements actually save a surprising amount of time.

What impressed me most is that the upgrade isn't just about a new look—it genuinely improves usability. Navigation feels more intuitive, searching for records is quicker, and switching between screens is much more seamless. Even when handling large volumes of transactions or testing customizations, the system feels more responsive than before.

I also appreciate that Acumatica continues to balance powerful customization with ease of use. We can adapt the ERP to business requirements without making future upgrades difficult, which is something I value as someone who works with implementations and testing. Overall, 2025 R2 feels like an upgrade that was designed with everyday users in mind, making routine work faster, simpler, and more enjoyable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Acumatica?

Acumatica 2025 R2 is a solid step forward, and most of the improvements have made everyday work smoother. If I had one suggestion, it would be to continue building on the Modern UI by offering even more personalized and role-based workspaces so users can focus only on the information they need. That would make onboarding new users even easier.

I'd also love to see more ready-to-use dashboards, reports, and automation templates for common business scenarios. Acumatica already offers excellent flexibility, and expanding these out-of-the-box features would help organizations realize value even faster without additional configuration.

Overall, the direction Acumatica is taking is very encouraging. The platform keeps getting better with every release, and I'm excited to see how future versions continue to improve the user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?

Acumatica has really helped us streamline multiple processes that used to be scattered across different tools. For example, tracking project costs, managing production orders, and handling inventory used to take a lot of manual effort and cross-checking. With Acumatica, most of this happens in one place, so I spend less time reconciling data and more time on actual decision-making. It also gives real-time visibility into our operations, which helps me catch issues early and keeps the team more coordinated. Overall, it’s saving time, reducing errors, and making daily work much smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Intuitive UI and Seamless Integrations That Streamline Our Workflow”
What do you like best about Xero?

I really love the clean, intuitive UI/UX of the dashboard; it makes navigating daily accounting tasks incredibly straightforward. Getting started was painless thanks to their highly structured onboarding guides and helpful customer support team. Additionally, its seamless integrations with our bank feeds and third-party payment gateways save us hours of manual data entry every single week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xero?

While the system is generally stable, we occasionally experience sluggish performance and slow loading times when running large, multi-year financial reports. Also, from a pricing perspective, the recent subscription cost increases make it feel like a stretch for very small businesses looking for a strong ROI, especially when certain basic features are locked behind higher tiers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Xero solving and how is that benefiting you?

Xero has completely solved our disconnected workflow by serving as a single source of truth for our finances. By linking our Chargebee billing and Stripe payment gateways directly through its robust integrations, we have completely eliminated manual reconciliation and double-handling. The clean UI/UX allows our team to monitor outstanding invoices at a glance, which has dramatically accelerated our cash flow and yielded a fantastic ROI in terms of weekly admin hours saved. “One Place to Manage IT Requests with Clear Ticket Tracking”
What do you like best about Zendesk for Customer Service?

What I like most is that it gives me a single place to manage all my internal IT requests. Whether I’m reporting an issue with my laptop, requesting software access, or asking for new hardware while working from home, everything is tracked through a ticket, so I always know where things stand.

I also appreciate being able to check the status of my requests without having to follow up with the IT team over chat or email. If they need more information, they can leave a comment on the ticket and I can reply right there. Keeping the entire conversation in one place makes it much easier to follow.

The interface is simple and doesn’t take long to learn. Creating a ticket is straightforward, and I can easily look back at previous requests whenever I need to confirm what was done or when something was approved.

Overall, it has made working with the IT team much smoother. Instead of wondering whether a request was received or who is handling it, I can just open the ticket and see the latest update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zendesk for Customer Service?

I don’t have any major complaints, but there are a few small areas that could be improved. At times, it isn’t immediately clear who is currently handling a ticket or when I should expect the next update, especially if the request has been sitting for a while. In those situations, I usually end up waiting until someone from the IT team responds.

I’ve also noticed that when a ticket has several comments, it can take a bit of scrolling to find a specific update. It would be helpful if important status changes or the most recent updates were easier to spot at a glance.

Aside from that, the overall experience has been smooth. Submitting requests is straightforward, tracking progress is easy, and having everything in one place is a big improvement over managing requests through emails or chat messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zendesk for Customer Service solving and how is that benefiting you?

It’s made managing internal IT requests much easier, without having to rely on emails or chat messages. Whenever I have an issue with my laptop, need access to software, or want to request new hardware, I can raise a ticket and feel confident it’s been logged properly, rather than wondering whether someone has seen my message.

The biggest benefit for me is being able to track a request from start to finish. I can see when it’s assigned, whether the IT team needs more information, and when it’s resolved, all in one place. That visibility saves me from repeatedly following up just to get an update.

I also like having a clear history of my previous requests. If I need to refer back to an older issue or check when something was approved or completed, it’s easy to find. Overall, it’s made communication with the IT team more organized, reduced back-and-forth, and helped issues and requests get resolved in a more structured way. “Architecture, Integration, and Performance”
What do you like best about Microsoft SharePoint?

One of the newer things I appreciate is the continued improvement in modern SharePoint sites and their integration with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft Copilot. It has become easier to create collaborative workspaces, manage documents, and automate business processes using Power Automate. I also like the enhanced search capabilities, version control, and permission management, which help organizations collaborate securely while maintaining good governance over their content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft SharePoint?

SharePoint could improve the overall user experience by making advanced administration and site customization more intuitive. The platform can still be complex for new users, especially when managing permissions, navigation, and content structure. Better performance for large document libraries, simpler migration tools, more flexible page customization, and clearer guidance for governance and best practices would make the platform even easier to adopt and manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft SharePoint solving and how is that benefiting you?

Microsoft SharePoint has solved many business management challenges by centralizing documents and offering the ease of team collaboration, ensuring file control and organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about NetSuite?

I find NetSuite to be a good system for maintaining our ERP needs. It efficiently records our financial data, supply chain data, and fixed assets and helps reconcile the books at the end of the month. I like how user-friendly it is, allowing us to focus on more important tasks. It's very easy to customise to fit our business needs, and I love the global search and reporting features. The global search is useful for finding almost anything, and I appreciate the ability to use multiple tabs for multitasking. The system's efficiency and ease of configuration are definite highlights, making it straightforward to use. With effective integration capabilities, it fits our global business needs perfectly. Overall, I would strongly recommend NetSuite as it's a very good system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

I think sometimes, NetSuite can be very slow. Also, customer service can be a bit frustrating because when you reach them, they ask you too many questions to get to the bottom of a problem. I expected them to have better knowledge since it feels like they're asking questions as if you're using NetSuite for the first time. So, having better customer support would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Live Dashboards and Flexible Stock Reporting Keep Teams Aligned”
What do you like best about Sage Intacct?

I really value the broad range of stock reports, and I like that I can also build more targeted, custom reports using the same underlying data. It’s especially useful that this information carries across different levels of the organization, so teams stay aligned and everyone is working from the same consistent view. On top of that, the dashboards update with live data, which makes it much easier to make decisions in the moment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sage Intacct?

While I like and appreciate the Budget repository, I wish the system were more intuitive when allocating an amount across 12 months in a way that reflects the total more accurately. Right now, that doesn’t happen because of rounding issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sage Intacct solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sage Intacct has been an immense benefit to our organization. Before we had the software, we relied on an outside accounting firm and were essentially at their mercy for data entry and financial reporting. Since implementing Sage Intacct, we’ve gone from a 4–6 week timeframe for receiving financials to closing our books and having financials within two weeks. The time savings and access to more immediate information have been our greatest benefits, especially when it comes to financial planning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“One Platform, Zero Missed Updates — Workvivo Keeps Our Distributed Team Aligned”
What do you like best about Workvivo?

What I appreciate most about Workvivo is how it consolidates all team communication into a single, accessible platform. As someone working in Selling Partner Support handling vendor interactions across shifts, having one place to check for process updates, SOP changes, and team announcements has been transformative. The social feed format makes it easy to scroll through updates without the formality of email, and the ability to react, comment, and engage with posts creates a sense of connection with colleagues I may never meet in person. The mobile experience means I can stay informed even before my shift starts, so I'm never caught off guard by a policy change mid-conversation with a vendor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workvivo?

While Workvivo excels at centralizing communication, the notification system can feel overwhelming at times — especially during high-activity periods when multiple teams post simultaneously. It can be difficult to filter out what's directly relevant to my role versus general organizational updates, which occasionally leads to notification fatigue. A more granular notification customization option would go a long way. Additionally, the search functionality could be more robust; finding a specific post or announcement from a few weeks back sometimes requires more scrolling than I'd like, particularly on mobile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Workvivo, our team relied on a patchwork of emails, chat groups, and internal wikis to stay informed about organizational updates, process changes, and team achievements. As a Selling Partner Support associate handling vendor interactions across multiple channels, missing a single SOP update could mean providing outdated guidance to a vendor — impacting both case quality and customer trust. Communication felt siloed, and there was no single source of truth for what was happening across the broader organization.

After implementing Workvivo, we now have a centralized platform where all critical updates land in one feed. We struggled with fragmented communication and delayed awareness of policy changes, but now we can access real-time announcements, engage with leadership posts, and celebrate peer achievements in one place, which has resulted in faster alignment across shifts and fewer quality errors caused by outdated information. I estimate saving 15–20 minutes per shift that I previously spent hunting for updates across platforms — time I now redirect toward resolving vendor cases. The sense of community has also improved noticeably; recognizing colleagues publicly has boosted morale in a way that private messages never could. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Intuit/Quickbooks Predatory Pricing model”
What do you like best about QuickBooks Online?

Its highly accessible because its a website. The interface is fine, though it changes constantly which isn't always great. The reliability has been mediocre. The real problem is customer service has steadily degraded over the years. In the beginning I could call somebody when things went wrong. But over the years that has gotten really bad. The banks integrations are mostly working, the pricing is not good. I do not like the AI features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QuickBooks Online?

The pricing model is predatory. Once they have your data in their system they can simply increase the price at any time. They are doing that now by 40% for Quickbooks online plus. They know that customers won't like it but they also know that the cost of migrating all the data is higher than the price increase. Once they have you locked in they will abuse that position of trust. This is a company that treats you like prey, not a customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its bookkeeping, plain and simple. They integrate with banking platforms which is nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Modern, Intuitive ERP with Standout AI (Aura) and Close Management”
What do you like best about Rillet?

Rillet is a modern ERP with an intuitive interface that genuinely puts customers in the driver's seat. The AI capabilities are where it stands out, specially Aura, which handles the routine work like bank reconciliation, accruals, and flux analysis automatically. The close management tools are also a real differentiator: there's a built-in checklist, automated reconciliations, and prepaid expense tracking that used to require manual effort. The integrations with our existing tech stack were straightforward to set up, and the pace at which the platform keeps improving has been noticeable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rillet?

Rillet is clearly built for the modern finance stack, and it does that very well. If you're in GovCon and need a DCAA-approved accounting system, that's a specific niche it isn't yet designed for, which is worth knowing if you're in that space. For everything else, it covers the bases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rillet solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rillet has completely transformed what my team spends time on. What used to be data entry and manual reconciliation is now handled automatically, which has freed up real capacity to focus on more advanced, higher-value work. What do you dislike about Fin?

“Helpful Platform for Managing Educational Guidance and User Support Content”
What do you like best about UserGuiding?

What I like best about UserGuiding is that it helps me manage educational guidance and support content in a much more simple and organized way. I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist and also create health education content for social media, so I use it for preparing wellness guidance, onboarding information, hydration tips, patient awareness content, and knowledge base articles that people can easily understand and follow.

The interface feels clean and easy during daily work, and implementation was also smooth without needing much technical setup. I like that guides, checklists, hotspots, banners, resource centers, and knowledge base content can all be managed from one place. It is useful while creating step by step educational guidance and informational resources for patients, learners, or people who follow my health related content online. The knowledge base and AI support features are also helpful because they make articles and wellness information easier to search and access. Features like onboarding flows, resource centers, analytics, announcements, and article organization help a lot while managing larger educational and wellness related content regularly. Sometimes I also prepare learning material and guidance notes for students or learners, so keeping everything arranged properly saves time during regular workflow.

I also liked that updates and informational content can be edited quickly whenever I need to add new diet guidance, seasonal health tips, or follow up information. Customer support was also helpful during regular use, and integration with browser based work felt simple. Overall it helps me manage health education and knowledge related content in a more professional and organized way during daily work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UserGuiding?

Sometimes when managing larger guides or knowledge base content, finding specific settings or sections can take a little time in the beginning because there are many features available in the dashboard. I also noticed that a few pages may feel slightly slow while switching between different sections, but overall the platform works smoothly for regular educational and wellness content management work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is UserGuiding solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is helping me solve the problem of keeping educational guidance, onboarding information, and wellness related support content properly organized and easy to access in one place. Earlier, managing different health articles, patient instructions, seasonal wellness tips, and learning resources separately used to become confusing and time consuming during regular work.

Now it is much easier to create guides, knowledge base articles, checklists, and resource sections for educational health content and patient awareness information. Features like onboarding flows, AI support, searchable articles, and resource centers also help people find information more easily without needing repeated manual explanation every time.

It also helps while preparing educational material and guidance notes for students or learners because everything stays properly arranged and easy to update. Overall it saves time and makes health education and support related workflow more organized during daily work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“A Feature-Rich Platform for Managing Customer Service”
What do you like best about Freshdesk?

What I like most about Freshdesk is its intuitive interface and how it streamlines customer support management. Creating, assigning, and tracking support tickets feels simple and clear, which helps teams stay organized and respond to customers more efficiently.

Its automation tools—like ticket routing, SLA management, and canned responses—save time and boost productivity. Freshdesk also integrates smoothly with other business tools, making it easier to handle customer interactions from a single platform.

Another standout area is reporting and analytics, which offer helpful insights into team performance and customer satisfaction. The platform is easy to pick up, and the onboarding experience is straightforward, so new users can become productive quickly.

Overall, Freshdesk is a dependable, feature-rich help desk solution that strengthens support operations and helps deliver a better customer experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Freshdesk?

While Freshdesk is a capable customer support platform, there are a few areas where it could improve. Some advanced features—such as stronger automation, deeper analytics, and broader customization—are limited to higher-tier plans, which can drive up costs for growing teams.

For first-time users, the platform can also feel a bit overwhelming due to the sheer number of settings and configuration options. On top of that, certain reports and workflow customizations require additional setup before they fully align with specific business needs.

At times, the web interface may feel slightly slow when dealing with large ticket volumes or when loading more detailed reports. Expanding the AI capabilities and making more advanced features available in lower-tier plans would further improve the overall experience.

Even with these drawbacks, Freshdesk remains a reliable, user-friendly help desk solution that supports day-to-day customer service operations effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Freshdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?

Freshdesk addresses the challenge of managing customer support requests by bringing all customer interactions into one centralized platform. Rather than juggling emails, chats, and other support requests in separate places, everything is captured and organized as tickets, which makes it simpler to prioritize work, assign ownership, and track issues from start to finish.

For me, this translates into better productivity and more confidence that no customer request will slip through the cracks. Automation tools like ticket routing, SLA management, and canned responses cut down on repetitive manual tasks and help the team resolve issues faster. The reporting and analytics are also useful, offering clear visibility into response times, agent performance, and customer satisfaction so we can spot trends and keep improving.

Freshdesk’s integrations with other business tools help streamline day-to-day workflows, and the intuitive interface makes collaboration straightforward while also easing onboarding for new users. Overall, it supports faster, more organized, and higher-quality customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Scales with a growing distribution business”
What do you like best about Stok.ly - Inventory Management ERP with Built-In AI?

The multi-location inventory visibility and the warehouse stock app are the standout for us. Barcode scanning keeps our pick accuracy high and gets orders out the door quickly. The automation around purchasing and stock transfers saves real time, and having Shopify, courier and accounting integrations in one platform means we're not stitching tools together. As a distributor carrying several brands across more than one location, that single source of truth matters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stok.ly - Inventory Management ERP with Built-In AI?

The initial setup takes some care. Getting sales channels and customer/delivery records configured the right way isn't always obvious at first, and a few things are easier to do directly in the UI than via import. It's worth investing the time to get it right early, as once it's set up correctly it runs reliably. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Stok.ly - Inventory Management ERP with Built-In AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

It replaced a setup of spreadsheets and a couple of disconnected systems that couldn't scale with us. We now have accurate multi-location stock, faster order processing for our wholesale and trade accounts, and far less manual admin across dispatch and purchasing. We evaluated platforms like Brightpearl and Orderwise and chose Stok.ly for the flexibility and the integrated approach. It has given us proper inventory control and automation as we've grown. “Effortless Application Management with a Steep Learning Curve”
What do you like best about SAP LeanIX?

I like the ease of use and the user experience of SAP LeanIX. The ability to free draw my diagrams and dashboards really stands out for me. This makes managing my company's enterprise applications incredibly easy and allows me to keep everything organized by centrally locating all my applications and linking my business processes nicely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP LeanIX?

It does have a steep learning curve, like figuring out how to link the business capabilities to the applications. It wasn't very intuitive as a first time user; I needed to have hands-on training and learning to get it. I think that having more clear cut instructions and a step by step video on YouTube would be great to have! It was a little hard for me to get used to it, but accessing it was easy. The invoicing feature needs more search options to make it easier to locate specific invoices, and it would also help to have a way to link invoices to packing lists. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is helping scale our company by leveraging the knowledge of veterans and making that knowledge accessible. Fulcrum feels like a touchstone for developing future leaders in manufacturing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
