Like any powerful platform, it can take a bit of time to fully unlock everything it offers, but once you’ve found your feet with it, that flexibility and depth quickly become one of its biggest strengths. What I find challenging about Salesforce Revenue Cloud is that it can be quite complex and often requires significant configuration or specialist support to get the most out of it. It can also be expensive when you layer CPQ, Billing, and Revenue Recognition together. The UI isn’t always intuitive for non-technical users, and customizing it can create technical debt if you’re not careful. I would prefer if our technicians could have more options on the app like other apps have where you can scan the VIN and then the information is already added in. One, everything manually has to be entered, which is quite difficult when they have gloves on, they have oil on their hands, and things like that. AutoLeap solves transparency and authorization issues by letting clients see everything we see and authorize work upfront. The DVIs should definitely be improved. I've had multiple clients say that they didn't know where to click to see photos or the DVIs. It should be easy for our clients to immediately open the text message with the estimate and see the photos right there next to the written estimate. One of the two major con that I faced while using xero software was that the monthly subscription plan is little expensive as compared to other similar financial management platforms also the support team of this tool is only email based and they takes a lot of time to reply, there is no calling support available for their users. One of the major business benefit that we Have got after using xero in our company is that It gets easily integrated with our bank accounts and all the transactions that happen through our account are easily stored in through statements. Stampli is doing a great job consolidating invoices into one clearly visible area for approval by the people who need to review and approve the invoices. No longer are pending invoices slipping through the cracks and possibly getting additional fees because of late payments. I can’t create an invoice on the go. If a client or even a non-client walks into the office needing a quick out-of-scope job like a copy of a report or something similar I can’t just generate an invoice without first creating an agreement. What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?

I’m in a small community where a lot of our clients talk among themselves, so consistency is really important. Anchor’s set pricing and the ability to apply discounts let me show the same retail pricing to everyone, which keeps things transparent and fair. Before Anchor, my pricing was all over the place. Now, each service includes its own scope of work, expectations, and benefits meaning my engagement letters practically write themselves. It’s streamlined, consistent, and saves me a ton of time. Although FreshBooks does a great job with ease of use, the reporting features could be more advanced for those who want deeper insights into financial trends. I’d also like a bit more flexibility when customizing invoices and dashboards. Additionally, the cost may feel high for freelancers or very small businesses on a tight budget. There’s a learning curve with any software, especially CPQ, so be ready to learn a lot in a short time and to help guide reps who have never used it before. MonetizeNow has sped up approvals, enabled reps to send contracts for signature without having to rely on dealdesk, and automated much of our deal data in Hubspot, including line items, ARR, TCV, and more. Most importantly, MonetizeNow has also helped us automate renewals and, at last, capture renewal data in Hubspot instead of tracking it manually in a Google Sheet. The biggest drawback we've had using Paystand is the amount of time it takes to notify us about a bounced ACH for insufficient funds or bad account number. For example, if a customer makes a payment on a Tuesday, we won't know if that payment truly clears until the following Tuesday. We will still get credited 1-2 days after the initial payment, but if it bounces, that payment is reversed. Then we're left to go back and try to recollect a week later. Our company experiences a high volume of bounced transactions, so being notified about them after 7 days is pain compared to the standard 2-3 days when depositing a check. Refrens requires an active internet connection or mobile data to function properly, which can be inconvenient in areas with poor connectivity. Refrens works really well on mobile, making it easy to manage invoices, expenses, and clients on the go without needing a laptop. It’s very cost-effective compared to other accounting software, especially for small businesses and freelancers. The interface is simple, clean, and user-friendly, so even non-accountants can use it comfortably. This company is fraudulent and a scam, and they do not answer the phone. I received two checks through email from America PAC for the Elon Musk petition referral program. Checkbook.io sent the checks.

I deposited the checks via mobile deposit and my bank flagged the checks and shut my account down saying the checks were fraudulent. When I tried to dispute this matter and explained that they are not fraud, Wells Fargo told me they require verification from Checkbook.io to prove the checks were legitimate. I sent over 30 detailed emails as well as attempted to call them. When you call them, it says “no support agents are available. Leave your number and email and someone will get back to you” and nobody ever calls you. I've called over 100 times.

All I needed them to do was call from a verified phone number and tell my bank the checks were legitimate. They couldn’t even do that.

What financial business does not operate using the phone? It makes no sense.

When I finally do get an email back, it isn’t helpful at all, and my support inquiry is closed and marked completed.

My bank is closing my account on 2/4/25 if I can’t get the checks verified by then. My funds are being held by bank, and I will have to have my long awaited checks recalled and then re-issued if I can’t get this done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It allowed my employer to pay me seamlessly through email. However they will not help you if a bank needs further verification. They do not have a working phone number. Zero Customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One challenge we have is that the message section doesn’t sync properly when using separate internal users. The messages appear as unread even when they’ve already been opened by someone else. Because of this, we currently have to share one internal user account.

Another limitation is that we can’t click directly on a user’s name within a message channel to go to their profile. Instead, we have to copy the name, switch to the CRM, paste it, and manually open the profile — which adds unnecessary steps.

It would also be helpful if the total message count showed the number of channels (users) instead of total messages, and if the counter didn’t stop at 99+ but displayed the actual number.

The calendar is buggy and it doesn't offer me the option of seeing all the calendars of the whole office at the same time. I coordinate the schedule and I need to see everyone's availability. We keep practice info at our fingertips and use it to track time. I also like the task tracking and the ability to set up task flows that trigger the next step on completion of the previous. What I dislike about Sequence is that while its simplicity is a strength, it can also mean that some advanced users may wish for deeper customization options or more granular controls. A few features feel early in their maturity, and depending on your workflow, you might notice occasional gaps that require workarounds.
