The biggest downside for me is the complexity of some sales workflows. In our configuration, certain status changes cannot be reversed, and revisiting a lead marked for future follow-up can require copying the record. That adds extra steps and makes maintaining a clear customer history more difficult.

NetSuite helps us keep track of sales activity across multiple people and accounts. By keeping customer records, opportunities, and quotes connected, it gives us a shared view of each deal and its progress.

For me, the main benefit is being able to identify opportunities that need follow-up, see where deals are getting stuck, and give management a clearer picture of the pipeline. Our sales statuses and saved searches help focus attention on records that need action.

For me, it’s the phone integration. I’m not always able to be at my computer or even near a phone, so the integration with Ring central lets me answer calls, send texts, and check voicemails even when I’m away from my shop for whatever reason. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are no real issues on my end. As a reviewer and approver, I find just seeing the complete invoice sometimes a little confusing, but it just takes a little moving around to review all the information I want to see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The biggest benefit I have found is prior to my approval as a first level supervisor, the invoices would be approved, and the work was not done to my satisfaction. They would pay and the job was not done or done well. Now if I'm not happy, I can deny the invoice and have the biller come back and make the necessary changes before getting paid. Honestly, there is nothing I dislike about Anchor. I needed a bulk proposal feature and they were able to send me a spreadsheet tailored to my needs with instructions and they would take care of uploading it and adding all the proposals to our account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For some reason, Bill disallowed the use of certain symbols in their Memo section. They used to allow me to use the @ symbol and additional symbols like that, and now they don't. I found it quite helpful to use those and unnecessarily restrictive. I imagine there's a coding reason for it or something like that, but I wished they didn't change that. I also find the Approval process can be confusing at times, because the steps aren't specifically guided as seamlessly as they are in the iPhone app. The app moves me through the approval process really easily and smoothly. The initial API integration required some adjustments on our side and a good understanding of the Monetization data model. We use Tridens Monetization to calculate transaction fees when pricing depends on cumulative volume within a billing cycle and on additional attributes, including source, destination, and account type. Automating these calculations removes a significant amount of manual work, applies the same rules consistently, and makes it easier to introduce or change rate plans. A few things that could use some polish: we've run into occasional outages, which doesn't happen too often but could potentially be an issue if I needed to get an urgent invoice out. I'd also love the ability to export just my search results rather than being forced to export every invoice each time - a small thing, but it'd save a lot of time. Lastly, because of how tightly Tabs integrates with our other systems, there are some restrictions on making manual updates or edits, which can be a bit limiting when we need to make a quick fix on the fly. Our first day implementing Bill360 we had a customer use the "pay now" options and that is already a one time customer that we will not have to reach out to in order to get paid. One area where Fynite could improve is by offering deeper integrations with creative production, media review, and asset management tools commonly used in trailer and entertainment marketing workflows. During fast-paced campaign cycles with multiple rounds of client feedback and revisions, switching between external review platforms and collaboration spaces can occasionally slow down the creative process. Fynite has been an incredibly useful collaboration platform for our creative workflow at Jump Cut. As a trailer and print agency working across film campaigns, creative reviews, client feedback, and fast-moving production timelines, keeping ideas, revisions, and decisions organized is essential. Fynite helped our team centralize communication, creative discussions, and project updates in one workspace, making collaboration across editors, designers, producers, and creative leads far more efficient. The calendar is buggy and it doesn't offer me the option of seeing all the calendars of the whole office at the same time. I coordinate the schedule and I need to see everyone's availability. We keep practice info at our fingertips and use it to track time. I also like the task tracking and the ability to set up task flows that trigger the next step on completion of the previous. They were fine for a number of years but things dramatically changed this year. With one day notice they changed their processing timelines from 1 day to 3 days. They then had a series of errors that extended the 3 day fund hold to 6 days. They have done a terrible job of communicating, have been combative, and have turned into an awful partner. They are also, with no notice, instituting burdensome rules that I have not seen from other processors and offering no justification for those rules. My guess is that they had a major fraud incident. The dispute and fraud support process has been extremely poor. We had 20 unauthorized card transactions totaling $475.35, reported them immediately, and Mercury still concluded they were “authorized” without explaining what evidence supported that decision.

Over 34 days, we dealt with 3 support tickets, repeated email follow-ups, and multiple requests for help through X/Twitter. We were repeatedly told the case had been escalated, but substantive responses did not come.

What concerns me most is not simply that the dispute was denied. It is that Mercury would not answer basic questions about how the transactions were authenticated, such as whether the physical card, digital wallet, PIN, CVV, or 3-D Secure was used.

Mercury helps us centralize business banking, manage company cards, control team spending, and handle day-to-day payments in one place.

For a growing remote company, the main benefit is convenience. It is much easier to issue and manage cards, monitor transactions, and keep company banking organized than with many traditional banks.

No language translation in the client portal except for a few. All languages should be available for customers to see their language, since this is a client-facing portal. Not everyone speaks English well or understands it. In addition, Serbian Latinica is not an available language for translation and should be added in the client portal and in the software translation options. I am currently paying for something that my customers cannot use. This is causing me to have to look for another program elsewhere (even though I love ARI and would like to continue using it).
