I also love that it saves me a lot of time in my LinkedIn prospecting. I love that I can import entire contact lists, automate sending requests and messages, and that I can track everything in one place and respond to messages from there. I like that I can export the results. I like that I can clean the lists so that only the contacts who are truly in the position remain. It's super easy to implement on LinkedIn. They don't take long to provide support and are quick. I love that I can set templates to send them in the request or in follow-up messages and don't have to do it one by one. I don't like the number of invitations I can send per month on the PRO plan, 300 seems too few to me, and paying for the ADVANCE is not worth it because LinkedIn only lets you send 100 invitations per week.

I don’t like that the quotas aren’t clearly defined. At one point, I thought the Inbox Plan would let me send 10 messages per day, but after a few days I realized it was only sending 3 per day, and I needed the campaign to move much faster.

I’d also suggest giving users the option to set an end date for a campaign, regardless of how many contacts have been reached. In my case, the system kept automatically inviting people to an event that had already taken place. I simply put search email and it finds it most of the time, which makes it very easy for me to get things done. Well, I particularly think that one of the impacts that could be improved a bit would also be precisely what I use the most, the email issue, because sometimes it's like I leave it loading and come back and it hasn't loaded or sometimes I encounter an error. The pricing for the basic plan feels too high. Also, connecting my work email to Waalaxy could create an IT issue that I’d rather not deal with. I think a lower price point, with a smaller plan, would be a good entry point before moving up to the bigger plans.

My management didn’t see the value because they prefer personalized outreach for each prospect. Because of that, I can really only use Waalaxy for LinkedIn outreach, but the free version caps me at 7 per day. That leaves me stuck between management’s expectations and the limitations of the free plan.

I use Waalaxy to run quick outbound campaigns for potential clients. It allows me to quickly generate a database of potential clients and send many messages and emails via LinkedIn with fast automation. What I don't like is the rapid fluidity of the application. Right now, it could help a little more when drafting.
