Terrible Experience – Unethical and Unprofessional Company
I have had the worst experience with this company and feel compelled to share my concerns so others can avoid falling into the same trap.
1. Customer Support: The so-called "customer support" is a complete joke. From the start, I encountered a lack of empathy, professionalism, and any genuine effort to address my concerns. Their responses were dismissive and condescending, making the entire process unnecessarily exasperating.
2. Compliance & Ethics: This company’s ethical standards are highly questionable. Their approach to GDPR compliance and personal data handling is concerning, to say the least. Additionally, it appears they’ve created fake LinkedIn accounts under their company name to make themselves look larger and more credible than they actually are. This behavior is deceptive and unprofessional—truly a red flag.
3. Refund Policy: I canceled my subscription, yet they continued to charge me for seven months without my consent. When I finally confronted them, they only refunded me for the last month. This is outright theft. Their refusal to provide proper refunds—citing arbitrary and unfair terms and conditions—is exploitative and predatory. Many other customers have reported the same issue, as seen in their reviews. Bugs, technical issues, and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction are rampant, yet they hide behind shady policies to avoid accountability.
4. General Professionalism: Their overall behavior is appalling. At times, they were outright offensive, showing zero respect for their clients or any willingness to understand their concerns. Their strategy seems to be intimidation and exploiting geographically distant clients who have limited legal recourse.
If you’re considering doing business with this company, don’t. They are dishonest, unethical, and prioritize profit over integrity. Charging customers after cancellation and refusing fair refunds is theft, plain and simple. I hope others think twice before trusting this company with their money or data.
