I like how simple Waalaxy is to use, especially the campaigns. I can connect it with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or use a list of leads, write my script, and let it send messages for me instead of typing to clients all day. It also records my reply percentage, which is quite nice. Getting started was really easy, and I knew where I was going and what I was doing. I like Waalaxy’s UX and interface. It’s easy to handle, intuitive, and super fast to navigate. I like how the information is organized between menus, and how easy it is to make lists and manage campaigns. The prospect lists are useful because I can reuse them, see connections I already have, search on LinkedIn, and bring prospects into Waalaxy to manage different campaigns at the same time with different value propositions. I can separate invitation campaigns from outgoing messages. Waalaxy helps me automate outbound, manage a good quantity of outreach, increase my connections, and find prospects for different lines of business. I'm still on the trial, so I haven't explored every feature yet, but a few points stand out. Because of LinkedIn's weekly invitation limits, campaigns can move slower than I'd like. The paid plans may feel a bit expensive for a small team, so the trial period is important to validate the ROI. More flexible message personalization options would also be welcome. Honestly, there is very little to dislike about Waalaxy. I would appreciate more flexibility in pricing and campaign customization, as well as more detailed analytics. I appreciate that Waalaxy allows me to reconnect with contacts I haven't spoken to in a while, especially those who might be ready to reopen conversations now. What I really like about Waalaxy is that it runs in the background even when I'm offline. The importing of contacts from LinkedIn to Waalaxy. Sometimes it doesn't import all contacts and other times it takes long and doesn't convert properly. It was a bit difficult to navigate in the beginning, especially with the importing of contacts from LinkedIn, but overall, it wasn't too much of a difficulty. What I like most about Waalaxy is its attractive cost. Using the software is particularly simple when you want to launch prospecting campaigns on LinkedIn, it's really very easy. The decision tree for taking actions is very readable, allowing you to quickly choose actions with as few clicks as possible, you go straight to the point. Moreover, Waalaxy is really useful because it offers a significant economic advantage by being competitive compared to other much more expensive software. When I look at the competitors I have used in the past, they allow direct access to prospects, creating contact sheets, exporting data, which is not the case with Waalaxy. Automated prospecting campaigns are incredible. I think it just needs an AI profile analysis to further personalize the messages.

An MVP with Claude would be great.

The support in French is great and responsive, and the tool's performance is sufficient in my opinion.
