What do you like best about Waalaxy?

The best thing about Waalaxy is how clean and easy the interface is. It also connects really smoothly with other tools through its API, so you can push contacts straight from Sales Navigator into the platform and keep everything organized. What do you dislike about Waalaxy?

The free plan is very limited, which makes it hard to get a good feel for the platform and how it works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Waalaxy solving and how is that benefiting you?

I need to reach a lot of leads with the same type of messaging, and Waalaxy makes that easy while keeping everything organized and simple to follow up, whether through an automated cadence or manually with leads that reply and stand out.

"Effortless Automation, Instant Results"

What do you like best about Waalaxy?

I find Waalaxy really effective for automating my online contact campaigns and expanding my network without any technical hassle. The simple UI is straightforward, not overcomplicated, and it just works. I was able to start from scratch and have my campaigns up within minutes, which was super easy. I appreciate that there are no sales pitches or videos needed to get going. I also use Waalaxy with LinkedIn SN, and I'd definitely recommend it, scoring it a 10 on the recommendation scale. What do you like best about Waalaxy?

It’s very easy to use, and it integrates smoothly with other tools like a CRM and Sheets. The AI advice works well, and their support team responds quickly. It’s totally worth paying 20 USD per month if you’re trying to sell your product on LinkedIn. I also haven’t run into any performance issues or problems like bugs. "Practical and Agile, But Support Needs to Improve"

What do you like best about Waalaxy?

I think Waalaxy is the best tool in terms of practicality and agility for my company and my clients. I like the way I can set up my campaigns. The tool provides various ready-made flows, and when I choose one of them, it is very simple to continue and configure the campaign. What do you dislike about Waalaxy?

Support, I have an account where I can no longer open the conversation and chat directly with a human. Initially, there was the possibility to open a new conversation, but not anymore. I don't know if it's a bug or if this option disappears after a while. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are a small rural nonprofit (olive tree adoption and recovery in Teruel, Spain) with a very small team and no dedicated sales staff. We needed to reach companies, travel agencies, associations and educational groups for corporate sponsorships, oleotourism visits and group experiences, but doing LinkedIn outreach manually was slow and inconsistent. Waalaxy lets us build prospect lists and run structured connection and follow-up sequences, so outreach is now consistent and we spend our time only on people who reply.
