I’ve had a generally positive experience using Expandi as a solution for outreach and campaign automation. The platform is intuitive, easy to use, and the automation capabilities are genuinely strong. It simplifies processes that would otherwise take a significant amount of manual effort, which is a big advantage for teams looking to scale outreach efficiently. When campaigns run smoothly, the results can be very impressive.

That said, there is one area that needs attention. We’ve experienced recurring issues with campaigns failing, which can be quite concerning, especially given the level of investment in the platform. When you’re paying a premium, consistency and reliability become critical, so this is something I believe should be prioritised and improved.

I also want to give a special shoutout to Neville. He has been outstanding throughout our experience, always responsive, helpful, and genuinely committed to supporting us. His level of professionalism and dedication does not go unnoticed, and quite frankly, he deserves recognition for the value he brings. He is a Ninja.

They are getting really close. It's almost there. I was impressed with their customer service each time we interacted. That part makes them a standout. I found the integration capabilities of Expandi.io lacking, as it often did not link as expected and had several errors with the APIs initially, causing issues both in their software and with LinkedIn. The user interface is incredibly opaque, and the volume settings make it impossibly slow to get any value out of the actions that it does. The initial setup is very difficult.
