I find Waalaxy really helps with LinkedIn outreach by saving my time. It's simple and easy to use, which I appreciate a lot. The pre-made templates are especially valuable to me, making things much easier. I also like how the time to value is low, meaning it was quick to set up and provided value shortly after implementation.

I think Waalaxy could have better pricing. It should be lesser.

I use Waalaxy as a core engine for my lead generation. I love its ability to automate the hunt for C-level leads in the Robotics/Tech industry. Waalaxy safely bypasses LinkedIn limits, protecting my profile while scaling outreach. I appreciate the integrated multi-channel logic, as it allows prospecting not only via LinkedIn but also by email. This has completely eliminated the manual routine and freed up my time to focus on more important tasks. Additionally, it was easy for me to get started with Waalaxy.

I believe the tool could be improved by adding features that allow more human-like interaction with leads, like AI Icebreaker, Variable logic, and Manual approval steps.

**What do you like best about Waalaxy?**

I use Waalaxy for automating messages and promoting my activities. Networking becomes much more pleasant this way. It gives me the opportunity to share personalized messages in less time. I really enjoy the speed and ease of use. The vast applications that come with it make it valuable for me. Automation helps me find the right people who benefit from my services faster. It takes a lot of work off my hands and provides the necessary peace of mind. The installation was very smooth. I highly appreciate this, and I find it simply worth its weight in gold when used properly.

**What do you dislike about Waalaxy?**

I still need to figure out how to easily extract lists from LinkedIn. I have currently executed 1 automation, but I have been able to use the rest of the functions too little so far, which I find unfortunate. I want to invite my 2nd and 3rd network to get acquainted and thus expand my network, but I haven't succeeded in doing so yet. A tutorial on this is an interesting option, explained in my native language.

I like that Waalaxy is very user-friendly, making it easy for me to go through the menu and explore things I want to. I also appreciate being able to create different types of lists of people to connect with easily and the potential to import lists created outside of Waalaxy. The initial setup was very easy and straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Waalaxy?**

Not too manual. Maybe if I can have more segments when I connect and when I add prompts like 'hello' to the prospect or whatnot. Maybe more segments would be great.

**What do you like best about Waalaxy?**

I like how Waalaxy automates LinkedIn messaging and kinda bypasses LinkedIn's restrictions on how many connection requests I can send. It maximizes the number of LinkedIn connections, which helps me make the most of potential opportunities. Also, when someone accepts a LinkedIn connection request, Waalaxy starts the conversation automatically, so I don't need to manually check it. The support has also been good.

**What do you dislike about Waalaxy?**

The last time I used Waalaxy was about two years ago. I noticed if I were to upload a lead list, sometimes it wouldn't send connection requests to all of them, or it's very slow. It's slower than what the sequence is telling me. And, yeah, that's really about it.

The dashboard provides an overview of the campaign and the ability to follow up with people once they respond, which makes finding and expanding my network easy. I appreciate that the dashboard shows metrics for the campaign, such as the response and acceptance rate, so I can see how different angles and approaches work. The initial setup was easy.

It's expensive so you need to add enough people and have enough campaigns to make it worthwhile and keep adding more people. Maybe have a lower tier system since I don't have so much time to do this and update, or a better way to import specific contacts on LinkedIn and then automate, not just a blanket import from one search.

I really appreciate the automation of Waalaxy and the security that ensures I won't be banned from LinkedIn. Thanks to this, I can do other things in parallel while continuing to use my LinkedIn without worries. Moreover, the installation process was simple and I encountered no issues in setting up Waalaxy and connecting it immediately to LinkedIn.

**What do you dislike about Waalaxy?**

I think we could particularly improve the number of identities. I would have liked to be able to connect multiple LinkedIn accounts to increase the number of messages sent. This would allow for more leads and clients in the end.

Waalaxy saves me time by finding clients and sending LinkedIn messages efficiently. I appreciate the automation and security, as it allows me to do other things while continuing to use LinkedIn without fear of being banned.

I like the good cooperation with LinkedIn, and that Waalaxy is not recognized as a bot by LinkedIn. Additionally, I can import lists and use standard letters for acquisition, which are then sent on a timed schedule.

**What do you dislike about Waalaxy?**

Yes, in the free version I can no longer import lists on LinkedIn. That's a bit unfortunate. It was a bit cumbersome, unfortunately, because a confirmation code had to be entered via email four or five times.

**What problems is Waalaxy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Waalaxy to capture many messages or contacts in one tool and to import lists. Additionally, the automatic sending of standard letters helps with acquisition and good cooperation with LinkedIn, without being recognized as a bot.

I really like Waalaxy because it is visually very pleasant and intuitive, which makes it easy to access many tools. These tools help me keep my information organized and provide me with analytical values to make real-time decisions. In particular, I appreciate how I can see details on the dashboards that show me which sequences and messages are working best and which contacts are accepting me more. This allows me to make the most of the tool's potential from the very first moment. Additionally, the initial setup was very simple.

**What do you dislike about Waalaxy?**

I would like to improve the sequences so they can be a bit longer and allow for broader interaction. It would also be useful to be able to place people in a nurturing process to stay in contact with them. Additionally, the email addresses that Waalaxy has are not very up-to-date, and I think they should improve this. They also give very few credits; ideally, it would be 50 or 100 credits per month to better test the service.

Waalaxy helps me automate cold outreach, allowing me to reach more qualified clients in less time and improve the way I contact them. It eases the operational load by sending invitations and personalized messages efficiently.

One of the most helpful parts for me was the knowledge base. The guides were easy to follow and made getting set up straightforward. I also appreciated that there aren’t too many bells and whistles, so it doesn’t feel overwhelming. I was glad to see that I could use zapier to connect my CRM.

**What do you dislike about Waalaxy?**

I’m still new to the app so I don't have any in app dislikes. I love the app so far. I was a bit disappointed that when I ran into a technical issue on a Friday, I couldn’t speak with a real person until Monday. In the meantime, I was left trying to troubleshoot and figure out the problem on my own.

Doing my LinkedIn outreach. It's always a great things to be able to automate a business process, leaving me more time to focus on something else.

I really like the practicality of Waalaxy and the focus on automation. I value that Waalaxy helps me step by step with clarity and direction, since, being a small team, we prioritize what we can automate and Waalaxy does it very well in a few specific things. I also remember that the initial setup was very simple thanks to the numerous videos on YouTube and other available resources that helped us understand the platform quickly.

**What do you dislike about Waalaxy?**

More than anything, already proven concepts. This is a lot to ask, but if they can already place you in a certain branch that you are looking for, say, either logistics or eCommerce, it gives you much more segmented templates with a score that tells you, this is for such, and you can go much more focused without so many trials.

I use Waalaxy to prospect clients efficiently, discover the market size, refine my communication, and generate a database of prospects.

What I really like about Waalaxy is that it runs in the background even when I'm offline. It also saves me a lot of time and effort by enabling me to connect with new contacts and send them automated starter messages as part of a campaign.

The importing of contacts from LinkedIn to Waalaxy. Sometimes it doesn't import all contacts and other times it takes long and doesn't convert properly. It was a bit difficult to navigate in the beginning, especially with the importing of contacts from LinkedIn, but overall, it wasn't too much of a difficulty.

Waalaxy helps me recontact connections, reigniting conversations with those uninterested previously. It runs in the background if I'm offline and lets me connect with new people, sending automated messages which saves time.

So, right at the beginning, I once had the situation where I simply contacted too many contacts and then the system was just unavailable for a day or something. We should somehow better block out how many contacts can be contacted without LinkedIn blocking it. And another thing was that the LinkedIn conversations from contacts are not transferred to the CRM. It would of course be better if that were possible.

It's very precise, ergonomic, and even a beginner will know what to do within minutes. If there are some issues, Waalaxy's support solves it very fast. I also found the setup process very easy. Fetching leads is simple from several sources, including LinkedIn directly, and setting up the campaigns was straightforward.

Well, I would maybe add the opportunity to also send emails as part of the campaigns. So that's, if for instance, the invitation is accepted, the messages are sent, and there's no response, or if the invitation wasn't accepted, an email is sent. I really like the Waalaxy interface, it is very simple and its usability is really good overall, I think it is truly easy to use. Having a startup and a full-time job, I have very little time to spare, so I often need just a few minutes to manage campaigns during workdays, and Waalaxy is so simple that it allows me to handle these things with few and essential configurations, which I can manage with great ease on Sunday evening rather than in a 5-minute break. Moreover, the initial installation was extremely simple, and I really appreciate how easy it is.

**What do you dislike about Waalaxy?**

So first of all, it costs too much, that is, 40 euros a month is really too much money for this type of software. In fact, I have never used the full subscription. I don't consider it a sufficient value, so I think I will continue to use the free version until it reaches a price that I consider appropriate. In my opinion, this price is 19 euros a month. The second aspect I don't like about Waalaxy is that I often find inconsistencies at the analytics level.

I think the way of importing contact is really slow, and the overview of your campaign is not really proper. I don't really know if it's launching or if it's doing something. I think it could improve on that side.

I like Waalaxy for LinkedIn automation, especially for getting out a lot of connection requests and messages. Segmenting my list of LinkedIn targets for sales is a big plus. The UI is very simple and easy to use. I also appreciate being able to import from CSV. The different templates for LinkedIn and email integrations are really well done and help me a lot. The initial setup was super simple.

Maybe sometimes, connection requests may go into a portal and things don't always land correctly. I think they should put a limitation on the number of connection requests you can send out at a time to avoid them going into the void.

I use Waalaxy for LinkedIn automation, which helps me send out many connection requests and messages. It segments my list of LinkedIn targets for sales, offers a simple UI, allows CSV imports, and has useful templates for LinkedIn and email.

The initial setup of Waalaxy is also very easy, especially logging in, and I appreciate the good security, as you need to access LinkedIn first before signing in.

I think Waalaxy could improve by adding a feature for sending voice notes automatically. It would be great to have an AI voice that can be used for voice notes, where I just need to type the messages. Also, for the automated responses, once a lead responds back, it could automatically send the next response, integrating seamlessly into the workflow.

I like the automation in Waalaxy because it has helped me grow my network on LinkedIn significantly by connecting with more people, which in turn increases exposure to the content I share with my network. The time-saving aspect is what I like the most, allowing me to reach out to many more people than if I were doing it manually. Plus, Waalaxy randomizes behavior to mimic human actions, allowing more connection requests and messages to be sent and replied to without hitting LinkedIn's limitations. This makes it much more efficient and effective for my outreach efforts.

**What do you dislike about Waalaxy?**

I remember when I searched for emails, Waalaxy usually provides the personal email of the person, and sometimes I wanted to have access to the corporate email to send an mail to their work inbox and not their personal one. At least from the last time that I tried that feature, it was bringing the personal email.

I love the fact that Waalaxy is always iterating and improving the product. They're very quick to sort out any bugs, which is great. When LinkedIn makes changes to their platform, Waalaxy is very quick to adjust, ensuring that they can operate most effectively. I also appreciate its visibility feature, which makes it easier for me to understand exactly how the campaign is proceeding, probably more than any other platform that does a similar task. Additionally, the initial setup is incredibly easy, which is nice because it provides a low barrier to entry while having a high ceiling for success.

**What do you dislike about Waalaxy?**

I think the only thing that I possibly don't like is the fact that within their pricing structure, you have to buy features that you don't necessarily want to use. So the price goes up, and you have to have these features that you don't necessarily always want. Some more flexibility around buying the features that you want rather than the features that they force you, it will be better.
