I'm still on the trial, so I haven't explored every feature yet, but a few points stand out. Because of LinkedIn's weekly invitation limits, campaigns can move slower than I'd like. The paid plans may feel a bit expensive for a small team, so the trial period is important to validate the ROI. More flexible message personalization options would also be welcome. The decision tree for taking actions is very readable, allowing you to quickly choose actions with as few clicks as possible, you go straight to the point. Moreover, Waalaxy is really useful because it offers a significant economic advantage by being competitive compared to other much more expensive software. When I look at the competitors I have used in the past, they allow direct access to prospects, creating contact sheets, exporting data, which is not the case with Waalaxy. The support in French is great and responsive, and the tool's performance is sufficient in my opinion.
