**What do you like best about Waalaxy?**

I have been using Waalaxy for several years and it has become a very useful tool for me to better manage my activity on LinkedIn. It helps me automate processes that would otherwise take a lot of time, such as organizing contacts, following up, and expanding my network in a more consistent and orderly manner.

**What do you dislike about Waalaxy?**

Nothing to object; I like everything. It is very useful and really helps me a lot.

**What problems is Waalaxy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me automate processes that would otherwise take a long time, such as organizing contacts, tracking, and expanding my network in a more consistent and orderly manner.

**What do you like best about Waalaxy?**

I like that Waalaxy give you the ability to create a cadence of different options.  For example view, follow, connect then message (multiple).  There are different option based on your campaign type or choice.

**What do you dislike about Waalaxy?**

The pricing for the basic plan feels too high. Also, connecting my work email to Waalaxy could create an IT issue that I’d rather not deal with. I think a lower price point, with a smaller plan, would be a good entry point before moving up to the bigger plans.

My management didn’t see the value because they prefer personalized outreach for each prospect. Because of that, I can really only use Waalaxy for LinkedIn outreach, but the free version caps me at 7 per day. That leaves me stuck between management’s expectations and the limitations of the free plan.

If there were a lower-priced option, I could pay for it myself to test it and prove results. I’ve had a free trial before, but as we all know, internet cold outreach response rates are low, and one month wasn’t enough time to prove the concept.

**What problems is Waalaxy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s been a helpful way for me to supplement my outreach, but so far it has only led to connections without any responses.

  ### 3. A Huge Time Saver for LinkedIn Outreach

**What do you like best about Waalaxy?**

I've been using Waalaxy for a few years to optimize contacting people on LinkedIn or email. It's a huge time saver. Going from LinkedIn sales app to actually being able to contact people without going through super huge hurdles is really difficult, and Waalaxy handles everything from creating a list and the ICP to creating the actual outreach for the campaign. It's very easy to set up a campaign. I'm super appreciative for being able to use the software. I've made multiple sales and built my company basically on LinkedIn, and being able to reach out to as many people as possible within different types of ICPs or searches is absolutely huge. I was with Waalaxy when they just started and they had their lifetime packages, which my previous boss paid for, so we've been here since the start and we're still going strong. The setup is super easy, both as a single user and as a team user. I recommend it every week to someone already.

**What do you dislike about Waalaxy?**

Honestly, I couldn't think of much that doesn't work well. The one thing I'd add is being able to do the actual contact search within Waalaxy instead of having to use LinkedIn for it.

**What problems is Waalaxy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Going from LinkedIn Sales Nav to actually contacting people used to mean super huge hurdles. Waalaxy handles everything from creating the list to the actual outreach for the campaign, so it's a huge time saver. I've made multiple sales and built my company basically on LinkedIn, reaching out to as many people as possible.

I find it very pleasant that it is simple to log in to Waalaxy and that the portal is self-explanatory. The interface is also very user-friendly, and the integration with my systems was quickly established. Everything is neatly organized in one dashboard and it is very easy to scroll.

At first, I didn't realize that logging in was through LinkedIn, so I thought I had my own login and I couldn't find a forgot password button.

**What do you like best about Waalaxy?**

It's very easy to use. The app linking to LinkedIn is really easy to use and seamless, and we were very happy with the results. We have experience on development and product innovation, but what we lack is the link to actual customers, the actual marketing side, and that's what we like. Waalaxy serves as a valuable tool to bridge that gap and get our products and validation testing in front of actual customers. We also have new ideas for prospect searching, so we will definitely continue using Waalaxy. The setup took a little bit of a ramp up in learning, but after that it was easy to replicate.

I use Waalaxy for my outreach on LinkedIn, and it has been an absolute miracle help across different verticals. I appreciate that it helps me bring everybody relevant under the same list of prospects and really optimize against my particular objectives. The cascading capacity makes it extremely easy to use. The user interface is quite easy, and the add-on is really helpful. Whenever I like whatever, I can just put it on my prospects on the relevant list, so it really integrates well. I'm excited to try it as an addition to my co-working copilot AI setup. Also, the support team is amazing and always available to answer questions, which makes it quite easy. It's not a bot but a real person who responds quickly and wants me to succeed.

**What do you dislike about Waalaxy?**

I think a specific Waalaxy problem is if it was also associated with other social media on top of LinkedIn, this would be the perfect setup ever.

**What do you like best about Waalaxy?**

I tried the competors, but the waalaxy UI is very simple and not overcomplicated. I like that you can use it as a CRM even without a CRM, but it can also function as a CRM without complicated API integrations. I’ve been using it for years.

**What do you dislike about Waalaxy?**

What I don’t like is that the chat function is separate — there could be a simpler version already included in the package. Also, a premium chat feature somewhat like Breakcold, where AI automatically moves your pipeline, would be really cool. Larger email-finding credits would also be great. Additionally, they sometimes overcomplicate the prebuilt campaigns, but simple also do the job. That’s the most important thing.

For network building, absolutely warm-up leads — these are already very useful when combined with good social media plan. And I’d also mention the transparent, easy-to-overview CRM side of it.

I also enjoy how Waalaxy facilitates connection, expanding my network of contacts on LinkedIn. The automation of repetitive processes is another valuable feature that I appreciate. Additionally, the initial setup was simple and hassle-free.

Waalaxy could improve by automatically recognizing LinkedIn limits. When it reaches 40 requests, the tool should recommend limiting them to 40 and not continue sending more.

I use Waalaxy to automate my prospecting on LinkedIn, which allows me to generate conversations every day in an organized manner. It solves the lack of consistency in prospecting, as it allows contacting prospects daily without having to do it manually. I like that it allows me to be consistent in my prospecting. The automation of sequences and follow-ups helps me not to miss opportunities and to keep conversations active without complications. I would recommend it for structuring prospecting on LinkedIn, because although it requires learning, once you understand how to use it, it is very powerful.

Definitely, there is a learning curve. At the beginning, it takes time to understand well how to structure campaigns and messages to achieve better results.

I like how easy it is to set up a campaign. It also helps ensure that LinkedIn isn’t harmed in any way, spreads messages out over time, offers plenty of different templates to choose from, and is very user-friendly overall. The pricing is definitely reasonable as well. AI helps you to write better messages and in general, it works very smoothly, sends messages as directed on time, etc.

**What do you dislike about Waalaxy?**

I’d love for it to offer more in-depth analysis of the results. Sometimes it’s a bit hard to see how many leads responded, exactly who responded, and what they messaged. Overall, the reporting could be improved.

**What do you like best about Waalaxy?**

I use Waalaxy to run quick outbound campaigns for potential clients. It allows me to quickly generate a database of potential clients and send many messages and emails via LinkedIn with fast automation. I enjoy programming outbound campaigns and the templates that make quick campaign planning easy. The initial setup was perfect, super fast and smooth. I would rate the likelihood of recommending Waalaxy to a friend or colleague a 10.

**What do you dislike about Waalaxy?**

What I don't like is the rapid fluidity of the application. Right now, it could help a little more when drafting. Drafting the texts to make them a bit more fluid or more attractive, to convince the clients who have a meeting, but other than that, it's perfect.

I use Waalaxy to quickly generate lists of potential clients and send automated messages via LinkedIn, thus streamlining my outbound campaigns.

I like that Waalaxy saves me time by automating my prospecting tasks on LinkedIn. It takes away the work of having to send requests and messages manually, as everything is done automatically. This is a key factor for me because it allows me to dedicate my time to other activities. The initial setup of Waalaxy was very easy, which makes it even more convenient to use.

**What do you dislike about Waalaxy?**

I remember that at the time I independently subscribed to LinkedIn's Sales Navigator to export lists and transfer them to Waalaxy. I don't remember if Waalaxy had the option to create lists for me, but I feel that would make it much easier.

It saves me time by automating the sending of requests and messages on LinkedIn. Without Waalaxy, I would have to do it manually, which would be very laborious.

What I like most about Waalaxy is that it automates my campaigns and sends messages to all my prospects, which frees up time for other tasks. Additionally, the messages sent via LinkedIn come across naturally and prospects don't realize they are automated. This improves the reach of the campaigns compared to other CRMs. The initial setup was very easy.

I use Waalaxy to create LinkedIn outreach campaigns. I like the automation of outreach. It's great for creating sequences and managing answers. I appreciate that I can upload a CSV with LinkedIn contacts for outreach, create message sequences easily, and Waalaxy sends it all automatically, transforming a daily routine task into just a 30-minute job. The initial setup was quick, taking just 20 seconds.

**What do you dislike about Waalaxy?**

I don't know, maybe I miss something, but contact parsing to make my outreach fully automatic. I'd like to define my ICP and let Waalaxy automatically search for these roles so I could reach out to them as well.

**What do you like best about Waalaxy?**

I really like how easy Waalaxy is to use. It's a 'set and forget' kind of tool, which makes the whole process smooth and effortless. I was able to set it up in just about 2 minutes. The import feature is straightforward, and then it just runs by itself. It's super easy, and I'm super happy with the service! Waalaxy does exactly what it promises to do, which is great.

**What do you dislike about Waalaxy?**

The activity levels. It should just set immediately but it doesn't. It refreshes the next day, so even though I set it up, it fired 4 times the amount I chose on day one. Watch out for that. I told support, so hopefully, it's fixed already.

The AI guidelines for better messaging are also really helpful. Setting it up is easy, especially since it saves the messages you put in campaigns, allowing you to use them as templates.

The price is a bit too high for a solo operator, plus I don't like that in the usual subscription you can only send 11 connection requests per day.

I like how Waalaxy saves me so much time. Instead of manually outreaching to 100 or even 1,000 people a day, which feels almost impossible on my own, Waalaxy handles it for me. The AI does everything, from simplifying campaigns to following up if someone doesn't respond, making it easier for me to have actual conversations. The prospecting and outreach capabilities are amazing, especially being able to go through LinkedIn, search by specific job titles, companies, or experiences, then download and upload lists for email or LinkedIn campaigns. This has really improved my efficiency.

I would like Waalaxy to have more follow-up options, currently there's only one or two messages. I wish it offered an 8-12 message sequence for people who don't respond on LinkedIn. Also, I'd like the platform to combine LinkedIn operations with email outreach, so I can reach the same person through multiple channels until they respond. Additionally, the learning curve was a bit of a hassle; it took me an hour or two to figure it out. I would have appreciated an introduction or tutorial when signing up, as I had to search for a YouTube video to understand how to use it.

There should be more flexibility when customizing a campaign: if there were in the future the possibility of creating your own steps for the campaign, that would be a great differentiator. Another bug, at the signature, it's not possible to remove the -- lines, and there's so much space in between the last line of the email and the signature. I've tried to create the signature several times, but I'm still getting the same results.  Also, today I went to your 'Waalaxy Demo: every step to do outreach like a pro' at Zoom, and there were lots of questions from the audience, and the hosts only answered one of them, and they finished the call with 15 minutes left. I think they should be more respectful of people, and for people's time for two reasons:  First, many people put aside what they were doing to assist the demo.  Second, as a service provider, founder, and someone with extensive experience in sales, I know that products and people exist because of people. Basically, we owe everything to them.

I think my experience has been quite good working with Waalaxy because it offers a high volume of messages, visits, and follow-ups, allowing you to do a lot of things. I liked that you can activate several campaigns at once. Overall, it is a quite comprehensive tool and it has worked quite well for me. Additionally, the initial setup was simple and convenient.

Yes, it would be all about message personalization. In the end, you always have to work with templates and each person's message is not being personalized much. Then, the limits it has are also quite low, which could be broader for sending messages, and all that.

Waalaxy helps me mainly with manual prospecting, allowing me to activate several campaigns at once. This allows me to send many different messages and sequences, making it easier to reach more people.

Waalaxy is easy to use and affordably priced. The setup and connection with LinkedIn are straightforward and completed in a short time. The range of features also suits me perfectly: no unnecessary features that nobody needs, but clearly specialized for the task the tool is supposed to fulfill.

For automation, you need a running PC with Chrome. This can be seen positively because most of it runs locally on the PC. However, one can also view it negatively because the PC has to be permanently switched on for this.

It’s not just about sending more messages, it’s about structuring campaigns, testing different approaches, and managing follow-ups in a more systematic way.

I also like how intuitive it is to use, which makes it easy to iterate quickly and adjust based on what’s working. For me, it becomes less of a tool and more of a way to build a consistent and efficient outbound process.

Overall, it helps me stay organized, save time, and focus more on the quality of conversations rather than just the volume.

One limitation I’ve noticed with Waalaxy is that while it’s great for scaling outreach, it can sometimes make it easy to lean too much into automation. If you’re not careful, messages can start to feel less personal, which affects response rates.

It's a bit much for my computer/browser (on Google Chrome on a MacBook Pro) to handle. Maybe having a lite/low-data version to be toggled on and off may be helpful. The setup was a tad much due to the loading thing primarily.

customer service is terrible ..there is no effort being made in helping a client ..might as well just only have the AI as the company doesn't seem to provide the customer service agent with no discretion in decision making. Not great am considering changing back to Lemlist.
