I really appreciate how easy it is to use waalaxy once you figure it out. It simplifies the process by taking the messages I would send and ensures they are sent consistently. I don’t have to worry about looking up people or figuring out what to say, waalaxy handles that for me. The best part is how it sends messages to my connections, including secondary and third connections if there’s no response, which saves me a lot of time. I haven't really found anything that doesn't work well. You're only with LinkedIn. What you could improve on is doing other social media platforms. That would be helpful. Because I have two platforms that I work with consistently. And I'm just getting one automated through Waalaxy, which is LinkedIn. And so I would like to get YouTube integrated in there and maybe trying to get away from Facebook, so maybe just YouTube. And I'm also getting away from Alignable. I've been using Waalaxy for about two weeks at our fashion wholesale agency, mainly for outreach to buyers at retailers and boutiques. What I like most is that I no longer have to write and send every message by hand. I set up a campaign once, and the platform handles the follow-ups for me. The interface was easy to pick up, so I got my first campaigns running quickly. So far I haven't run into any real problems. I haven't explored every feature yet, so it takes some time to learn what the platform can do beyond basic campaigns. I really enjoy Waalaxy, especially the prospect import/export feature. I also like the campaign tools, with plenty of templates for emails or LinkedIn messages, which makes it easy to get started quickly. The mail credits button is another plus, since it lets me add pro email linked to my LinkedIn prospects/leads. Finally, campaign automation is definitely the best part of Waalaxy for me.

If the Waalaxy Pro offer could start at 19 euros/month (without annual offer), that would be a big plus. Additionally, so far I haven’t experienced any issues with onboarding. I was also surprised to see that Waalaxy is a full application (I thought it was just a Chrome extension before using it). Sometimes I have problems with exporting data from Sales Navigator to Waalaxy. The import process gets stuck halfway, and I need to repeat it, which is a bit frustrating. I really like the simplicity of Waalaxy. The UI is straightforward, which makes creating campaigns pretty easy for me. The Unibox feature is amazing for managing multiple campaign responses in one window. The app sometimes feels a bit laggy and buggy, which can be frustrating. The UI seems outdated and could use improvement, even though it's still quite simple to use. I've also had issues with Wallaxy disconnecting from my LinkedIn profile at times. However, their support team was very helpful in providing a solution for this. I use Waalaxy for B2B lead generation, and it helps me set up automation campaigns on LinkedIn effectively. It's been great because I've already gained two clients in just two weeks. It's the best tool I've found for LinkedIn DM automation; it sends invites and follows up while letting me use more personalized custom fields thanks to recent updates. I think they can upgrade more by adding custom time delay for each campaign in minutes and importantly campaign wise scheduling feature - with timezone so that each campaign works in diff timezone and we can find business from all over the world by reaching prospects when they are awake.
