**What do you like best about Waalaxy?**

I use Waalaxy for several years and had the opportunity of experiencing the evolution of the platform.

The UX/UI is fairly straightforward and easy to use, the capabilities and fuctions are clearly available and you can interact with the system with little or even no training.

Interaction between Waalaxy and LinkedIn via the Waalaxy Extension works well, with good performance and experience. In all these time I haven't experienced any disruption or malfunction that may affected my usage.

Pricing plans are fair. The free plan allows a good experience, but moving to paid plans allows user to get better value and possibilities from the sytem.

As the software seems to be well built, I honestly didn't need to access support. Available docs and videos serve well to address doubts and questions regarding to the platform.

**What do you dislike about Waalaxy?**

The thing I miss the most in Wallaxy is the possibility of creating a customised sequence, like it is possible in Apollo or Kontax. It is fair to say that they offer templates for a bunch of situations - but only to personalise.

**What problems is Waalaxy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enriching and extending my network and business opportunities. End of the day, this is the promise and it is effectively enabling me on pursuing that.

What I like most about Waalaxy is its balance between automation and control.

Ease of use: The interface is straightforward. Campaigns can be built quickly without technical setup, which reduces friction when launching outreach at scale.
Safe, human-like automation: It enforces sending limits and sequences that mimic manual behavior, lowering the risk of LinkedIn restrictions.

Analytics could be deeper: The reporting is useful, but more granular insights (e.g., detailed funnel breakdowns or A/B testing) would help optimize campaigns further.
Dependence on LinkedIn constraints: Like any tool in this space, it’s ultimately limited by LinkedIn’s rules, which can restrict volume and certain actions.
Learning curve for optimization: While it’s easy to start, getting the most out of sequences and timing requires some experimentation.

**What do you like best about Waalaxy?**

I use Waalaxy to fill sequences for sales outreach, and it's been really helpful in reaching potential prospects at a larger scale. I like the multi-touch sequences feature because it allows me to set up my own sequences to send connection requests and follow-up messages either immediately or after a few days. This capability to reach out with a specific plan and automatically follow up is massive for our team. The initial setup was very simple, making it easy to get started.

**What do you dislike about Waalaxy?**

The hardest part is operationally trying to figure out how to integrate with other tools like Apollo to streamline the sales process. It would be really helpful if Waalaxy could have a connector with Apollo to manage LinkedIn messages more efficiently. Right now, organizing and manually adding different contacts to ensure they are in line with my sales tool is a bit cumbersome.

**What do you like best about Waalaxy?**

What I particularly appreciate about Waalaxy is the automation, which saves me from doing everything manually. It's great that you can automatically connect with people and send messages including follow-ups. These features help me not to forget things, which often happened in the past. Additionally, it saves me a tremendous amount of time, at least 10 hours a week, which is really efficient.

**What do you dislike about Waalaxy?**

Of course, I also have a few suggestions, for example, that one could filter the target groups even better. What I miss is the ability to filter target groups by age or to use more filters when, for example, putting people into a list. Because currently, I have people aged between, well, 18 to 70, 80 years in my list, and that's obviously not my target group, so that more filtering can be done there. I hope that this will be improved in the future. Yes, and of course a few details. So my biggest thing is really these filters.

**What problems is Waalaxy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Waalaxy saves me a tremendous amount of time, at least 10 hours per week, as I can automate many processes. I manage well with it and no longer have to do everything manually.

So far, I haven’t encountered any major issues. If anything, I’d say there’s a bit of a learning curve at the beginning to fully understand all the features, but once you get the hang of it, it becomes very easy to use.

The best thing about Waalaxy is how clean and easy the interface is. It also connects really smoothly with other tools through its API, so you can push contacts straight from Sales Navigator into the platform and keep everything organized. Also, you can automatically send voice messages as part of your cadence, which adds a more personal touch without extra effort.

**What do you dislike about Waalaxy?**

The free plan is very limited, which makes it hard to get a good feel for the platform and how it works.

**What problems is Waalaxy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I need to reach a lot of leads with the same type of messaging, and Waalaxy makes that easy while keeping everything organized and simple to follow up, whether through an automated cadence or manually with leads that reply and stand out.

On top of that, being able to push lead data straight into the CRM through the API cuts out a lot of manual, repetitive work.

I find that Waalaxy helps me streamline the process, allowing me to set up outreach campaigns, automate flow, follow-up, and manage leads in a more structured way. What I like most is the time it saves me, so I can focus more on conversations and actual business opportunities instead of spending hours on little tasks. The ability to manage multiple prospects at the same time without losing traffic is also a plus. Additionally, the UI is pretty straightforward, making the setup easy.

I find it doesn't help me find much. Maybe adding AI could help me explore more and improve the outreach flow.

I use Waalaxy to create and manage campaigns for communication on LinkedIn. I like that it gathers all templates and sequences in one place and is directly linked with LinkedIn. I especially appreciate that I can use Waalaxy directly through LinkedIn without having to open the app, which saves me a lot of time. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Waalaxy?**

There are too few credits in the free version, and the full version is not really worth it at the beginning, as you are more occupied with experimenting and creating. It should offer more freedom in the free version and not always rely on credits.

Waalaxy collects all templates in one place and is directly linked with LinkedIn, which saves me a lot of time that I can invest in communication and creating templates.

**What do you like best about Waalaxy?**

Easy to use and really convenient, with clear, straightforward features that keep everything simple and intuitive to navigate. The dashboard helps me a lot in understanding where I need to focus. I also like how I can manage campaigns and contacts easily.

**What do you dislike about Waalaxy?**

The fact that it always needs a LinkedIn tab open to work (unless you have it in the cloud) is frustrating. It’s also not specified anywhere. On top of that, the LinkedIn tab keeps reopening when I close Chrome, which is very annoying—especially at the beginning, when you don’t know where it’s coming from. It makes you end up checking everything in your browser trying to figure it out.

**What problems is Waalaxy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me stay in touch with people even when I’m not on LinkedIn. That way, I can improve my sales without having to work on it all the time. It’s a great feature, because it means part of my pipeline can be partially automated.

**What do you like best about Waalaxy?**

Ease of use
I also love that it saves me a lot of time in my LinkedIn prospecting. I love that I can import entire contact lists, automate sending requests and messages, and that I can track everything in one place and respond to messages from there. I like that I can export the results. I like that I can clean the lists so that only the contacts who are truly in the position remain. It's super easy to implement on LinkedIn. They don't take long to provide support and are quick. I love that I can set templates to send them in the request or in follow-up messages and don't have to do it one by one. I like that it's in Spanish.

**What do you dislike about Waalaxy?**

I don't like the number of invitations I can send per month on the PRO plan, 300 seems too few to me, and paying for the ADVANCE is not worth it because LinkedIn only lets you send 100 invitations per week. 
I also don't like that, when duplicate cleaning is done, the filter is not done well; it ends up deleting people who are currently in the position I'm looking for.

**What problems is Waalaxy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The time it takes me to clean my lists, send requests and messages, and respond to them saves me more than half the time it would take to complete the entire process from choosing contacts to responding to messages. I can search the list, export it to Walaxy, and filter (clean) it so that only the contacts I am interested in remain.

However I do confirm that if you upgrade to the Avanced plan you will be able to send up to 200 weekly invite. It's LinkedIn real weekly limit, even though they do not advertise it on their website. 

Regarding the duplicate prevention feature Waalaxy simply does not import in Waalaxy a result from your import if that prospect is already in your Waalaxy account (or in your team member's account),  but I can guaranteed that it never deletes prospects from your Waalaxy account.

I use Waalaxy to capture and prospect leads. It can save days by finding and sending messages to all the leads, which saves days for my sales team. Additionally, it is great for precisely finding who I am looking for and offers me great filters. With these filters, I can search by location, profession, among many others, which greatly optimizes my team's time. The initial setup of Waalaxy was very easy.

**What do you like best about Waalaxy?**

I really appreciate the automation for follow-up messages, because when you do it yourself, you tend to forget when to send them. With Waalaxy, I save a lot of thinking time and operational time, which I can put toward more important activities.

**What do you dislike about Waalaxy?**

I don’t like that the quotas aren’t clearly defined. At one point, I thought the Inbox Plan would let me send 10 messages per day, but after a few days I realized it was only sending 3 per day, and I needed the campaign to move much faster.

I’d also suggest giving users the option to set an end date for a campaign, regardless of how many contacts have been reached. In my case, the system kept automatically inviting people to an event that had already taken place. If I could set an end date, I might end up inviting fewer people overall, but at least I wouldn’t be inviting anyone after the event date.

Waalaxy is saving me a lot of time in operational and smaller tasks such as recurring messages.

I like the way I can import contacts from LinkedIn using Waalaxy. Using the filters to find the right people and automatically saving the contact list to make the campaign is really helpful for me. It makes it valuable because I'm trying to find a job in my hometown, so I filter the companies I want to work in and search for people in HR or talent acquisition. The use of filters like city and others really helps a lot because it puts me in touch with the right people. The initial setup was actually very intuitive; I could use the interface with just five minutes of trying to understand it. It's all very easy and kind of obvious the way that it's planned.

I think that sometimes the interface is a little bit slow. And has some bugs. So I think that they would be better that they make a rehearsal in their coding and the service that they are giving on their web page.

The intuitive, easy-to-navigate UI has become an integral part of our processes due to its effectiveness and cleanliness. I find that our database and daily processes work perfectly with Waalaxy. I also appreciate that even though the initial setup was a bit disorienting, the easy-to-follow UI made it quick and effortless to get the hang of it. The amazing intuitive interface makes it stand out, and I find it easy to use with a Chrome extension for connecting with the main app. It allows me to create campaigns in advance, and since everything is cloud-based, I don't have to constantly log in to check what's going on. Waalaxy, being a cloud tool, is a big plus, and it has a much better interface compared to other tools. The initial setup was pretty easy - just connect and you're good to go.

Maybe a more transparent workflow timing. I couldn't find the exact numbers, so I had to try and test it. However, the timings are set well; it's just that I cannot check them anywhere. Some kind of info window with all the timings and pauses would be a great thing to start with.

What I like most about Waalaxy is the clarity and visibility it offers in campaigns. I can see exactly which campaigns I am working on, who is on the list, and how the campaign is progressing. This visibility, both in numbers and graphs, greatly facilitates understanding where I am and where I am going, helping to understand what I need to do to achieve the desired results within a set period of time. I also appreciate the speed and ease of setting up Waalaxy, which is completely intuitive. Even someone who has never worked with automation tools can set up and start a campaign in minutes. Another positive point is that the support, even though it is not in Brazil, is very punctual and immediate. And Waalaxy helps me reach a large volume of potential clients quickly, something I couldn't do manually.

I think what can be added or adjusted is the issue of the accompaniments, not all are unlocked even with the pro plan. This visibility would help more and could even encourage upgrading the plan. I think the outreach feature could be improved to feel a bit more human and get people a better response rate. The template or how you build messages and the suggestions for messages should be improved. That part puts you in the right direction, but I don't love it.

**What do you like best about Waalaxy?**

I find Waalaxy very easy to use and set up. You can get going in fifteen minutes if you have all your messaging ready. It's helpful because I can quickly find information on both the site and the extension. I think it's good because it's easy to set up the messages, and it guides you through the process. The visualization aspect is important and easy, and it helps with setting delays for messages after a connection, which I find very easy to handle. The tool also has a nice aspect where it almost holds your hand, which was good because I didn't have to think too much about it, just follow the prompts.

**What do you dislike about Waalaxy?**

Nothing really. I suppose if I was gonna be picky, I would say they could make it easier to tell you when you're about to run out of prospects, like in their lists. But it's a small thing, and it's easy to get around.

**What problems is Waalaxy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Waalaxy for lead generation and outreach, making it much easier to import lists and manage messaging. It helps avoid LinkedIn connection limits, preventing temporary suspensions.

**What do you like best about Waalaxy?**

I like the ease of setting up Waalaxy. The user experience and UI flow are very simple, which helps me get started faster and maintain simplicity in what I want to do. I find it really helpful that I can just upload a list of folks to do outreach for, and Waalaxy automatically reaches out to them and builds a sequence that works. It's great for automating my outreach and speeding up the process, allowing me to reach more people easily while maintaining consistency. I have used the trial version of Waalaxy and intend to use the pro and higher plans because of these features. Additionally, the integration with LinkedIn is a big plus for me, especially since my main campaign and outreach process is focused there.

**What do you dislike about Waalaxy?**

The AI feature of Waalaxy could use more capabilities. Right now, it asks for certain inputs like my value proposition for each person I reach out to, but I would really like to see more embedded intelligence. For example, if I upload a list of people to contact, the outreach or follow-up messages should be personalized to the individuals I'm targeting. This would really differentiate Waalaxy from other tools. Also, a simple integration between Apollo and Waalaxy would be great, so I wouldn't have to manually download and upload lists.

Waalaxy automates my outreach, speeding up the process and allowing me to reach more people easily while maintaining consistency. It offers ease of use with a simple UI and the ability to run LinkedIn campaigns.

**What do you like best about Waalaxy?**

I like the ease of the interface in Waalaxy. It's quite easy to configure, which is great. I enjoy that it makes it simple to mix and split between campaigns and lists of people. I like the integration into LinkedIn with the ability to just click a button there, which works quite nicely. It's a surprisingly easy tool to use, especially compared to other tools that can be overwhelming. Waalaxy finds the right spot between ease and complexity, making it valuable for automating tasks that would otherwise be tedious.

**What do you dislike about Waalaxy?**

The thing that I mentioned already is that at the start, when I started a campaign, it does not ask me how many connection requests I would want to send out per day. And it started with a 100, and that's, of course, something that you don't really want on LinkedIn if you're just starting with your account. So I had to go to the settings and set it to 20, 30, whatever you want to do per day, but this is something that could be put in the campaign thing when it asks you to start it, how many per day, that would be great.

I automate my LinkedIn connections with Waalaxy. It helps save money by allowing me to use a cheaper premium option while still reaching thousands of contacts. The interface is easy, and it automates tedious tasks, running campaigns efficiently throughout the week.

**What do you like best about Waalaxy?**

I like the automated messages and that Waalaxy is designed to be very simple and intuitive. This allows me to quickly and easily message people. Everything is self-explanatory, I don't need to watch tutorials beforehand and can just start using it. I also liked the ability to cluster our network very well according to different target groups and to address them personally in a targeted manner. This way, we were able to expand our network by several hundred contacts in the first month.

**What do you dislike about Waalaxy?**

Yes, sometimes it freezes and then suddenly there are folders where there were a lot of customers and many possible contacts. None are displayed there. You have to close the email address and restart, and only then does it work again.

**What problems is Waalaxy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Waalaxy to reach many contacts in a short time and quickly expand my network. The clustering and personalized addressing by target groups work well, which would otherwise take longer manually.

**What do you like best about Waalaxy?**

I like that Waalaxy give you the ability to create a cadence of different options.  For example view, follow, connect then message (multiple).  There are different option based on your campaign type or choice.

**What do you dislike about Waalaxy?**

The pricing for the basic plan feels too high. Also, connecting my work email to Waalaxy could create an IT issue that I’d rather not deal with. I think a lower price point, with a smaller plan, would be a good entry point before moving up to the bigger plans.

My management didn’t see the value because they prefer personalized outreach for each prospect. Because of that, I can really only use Waalaxy for LinkedIn outreach, but the free version caps me at 7 per day. That leaves me stuck between management’s expectations and the limitations of the free plan.

If there were a lower-priced option, I could pay for it myself to test it and prove results. I’ve had a free trial before, but as we all know, internet cold outreach response rates are low, and one month wasn’t enough time to prove the concept.

**What problems is Waalaxy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s been a helpful way for me to supplement my outreach, but so far it has only led to connections without any responses.

I use Waalaxy for my outreach on LinkedIn, and it has been an absolute miracle help across different verticals. I appreciate that it helps me bring everybody relevant under the same list of prospects and really optimize against my particular objectives. The cascading capacity makes it extremely easy to use. The user interface is quite easy, and the add-on is really helpful. Whenever I like whatever, I can just put it on my prospects on the relevant list, so it really integrates well. I'm excited to try it as an addition to my co-working copilot AI setup. Also, the support team is amazing and always available to answer questions, which makes it quite easy. It's not a bot but a real person who responds quickly and wants me to succeed.

I think a specific Waalaxy problem is if it was also associated with other social media on top of LinkedIn, this would be the perfect setup ever.

I tried the competors, but the waalaxy UI is very simple and not overcomplicated. I like that you can use it as a CRM even without a CRM, but it can also function as a CRM without complicated API integrations. I’ve been using it for years.

**What do you dislike about Waalaxy?**

What I don’t like is that the chat function is separate — there could be a simpler version already included in the package. Also, a premium chat feature somewhat like Breakcold, where AI automatically moves your pipeline, would be really cool. Larger email-finding credits would also be great. Additionally, they sometimes overcomplicate the prebuilt campaigns, but simple also do the job. That’s the most important thing.

**What problems is Waalaxy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For network building, absolutely warm-up leads — these are already very useful when combined with good social media plan. And I’d also mention the transparent, easy-to-overview CRM side of it.
