I like that Waalaxy is very intuitive to use and has a Dashboard where I can quickly and graphically see the results of each campaign. I can also take a quick look at the graphs, and if I need to see the details, I can Zoom In from the same graph, making it even more intuitive. Additionally, it was easy to set up Waalaxy initially. The message inbox, I feel it takes a long time to retrieve messages and often does not retrieve them completely. There are messages that my contacts leave me on LinkedIn that I cannot see in the Waalaxy message inbox. I feel that this needs to improve significantly. I think it should synchronize messages with LinkedIn in the background from the moment you enter the Waalaxy portal so that when you go to the message inbox, it feels like it doesn't take long to retrieve messages and appears updated. I find it great that with Waalaxy I can map entire funnels that not only take one step but also automatically initiate follow-up steps. It helps me reach many contacts without spending half the workday requesting and messaging LinkedIn profiles. Waalaxy sends out connection requests, writes a predefined initial message upon acceptance, waits, and sends another message if no response comes. If all imported contacts have been requested and none are left, there is no warning. This means the funnel is no longer running, and I don't necessarily notice it. In the Waalaxy overview, I see a number of contacts in my ongoing campaigns, e.g., 300, and I think that 300 people are still receiving a connection request from me. However, in reality, 300 people are in an intermediate state because we are waiting for a response, and new contacts have been empty for a week.
