There are also some basic things like finding all unsubscribed that has to be done in reports rather than in the groups. **What problems is Thryv solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keap helps us maintain different groups we serve and communicate with them. We have been able to simplify multiple systems by moving to Keap. We were told just to call customer service which each rep was friendly, but we really didn't know how to maxium or company goals thru their plateform. While it takes some practice, the Thryv support and staff are incredibly helpful. The onboarding process was extensive and personalized. As I said, you are given ALL of the tools – not all are necessary. For our painting business, there were some features we simply did not need. For example, we did not want to run all of oyr billing through Thryv. Not because it is a bad system, but because the way we run our business does not need it. The moral of the story is I love how you have all the tools, but the system doesn't make things more difficult if you choose not to use one. **What do you dislike about Thryv?** While it has not been my main focus, the social media tab could be better. I love being able to schedule post all in one spot, but it doesn't always integrate well within the apps. For example, some limit multiple pictures and more apps could be listed. Not a deal breaker at all! Having all of the tools at once can be intimidating... it is a great system and the onboarding process is extremely helpful; however, I think businesses have to come into Thryv knowing their pain points and what they NEED first. This issue is not on Thryv directly. If businesses have a better idea on what they need from the software as opposed to setting up ALL the features during onboarding, then I think it will be easier for the users. I was able to dedicate my full time to this – not all people who need Thryv will have that luxary. Focusing on immediate results in important areas first would increase efficiency, engagement and retention. Layer on more learning sessions after that point. Again nothing negative about my experience – this is just an idea that I hope helps get people that are on the fence fully on board! **What problems is Thryv solving and how is that benefiting you?** Thryv's biggest strenght for us is the website. Specifically, the websites ease of use. Having the Thryv team build the site is great, but what is even better is being able to go in and edit things myself. The unlimited package also includes excellent services, including website design, social media posts, and (most impressively) a package of professionally produced videos for posting on your website and social media. All of this for a very affordable monthly price. I also like the integration with several payment platforms, including their own (ThryvPay), which worked well for me after some initial configuration issues. Finally, the online support feature has been great. Any time of the day or night, I have gotten excellent support through the built-in chat feature. In fact, all of the staff I've met through Thryv have been extremely professional and supportive. Highly recommended! **What do you dislike about Thryv?** While I think Thryv is great overall, I do think that there are some missing features that prevent me from considering this a "true" CRM solution. The main things that I think are missing are: customizable reports (especially for tracking the sales pipeline), a strong email marketing component (I still need to use Mailchimp for direct email campaigns), and lack of a deep set of stock photos (I still need a Canva account). **What problems is Thryv solving and how is that benefiting you?** Thryv gives me one platform to manage all of my client-related issues, from initial lead generation to closing to managing clients to billing and accepting payments.
