Teamtailor Pricing Overview

We’ve been using Teamtailor for several months now, and it has completely transformed our recruitment process. I wasn’t asked to write this review, I’m doing it because I relied heavily on G2 reviews when choosing our ATS, so I want to help others the same way.

From the start, what stood out was how user-friendly and intuitive the platform is. That was incredibly important to us when rolling out a new process across the business. The AI co-pilot is a game-changer, it helps us draft job descriptions, summarise meetings, screen CVs based on keywords, and even source candidates more efficiently. The ability to export profiles directly from LinkedIn is also a huge plus.

The careers site builder is excellent, and we’ve had great feedback from candidates and internal stakeholders alike, even our CEO is impressed. Plus, the candidate engagement tools (like nurturing campaigns, automated surveys, and multi-channel advert promotion) add so much value.

And what truly deserves a shoutout is the support team! They are absolutely fantastic. The chat box is handled by real people, not AI, and they’ve always been incredibly helpful and responsive whenever we needed anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In terms of what I “dislike” - it’s not really a dislike, more a couple of areas where I see room for improvement. For example, the video chat feature is great, especially with the AI summaries, but it’s a bit limited in terms of customisation (like adding background images). Also, the analytics section can feel a bit confusing at first, but I think that’s more about me needing additional training rather than a system issue.

I’m writing this "section" because G2 asked me to reflect on areas for improvement, but honestly, Teamtailor has exceeded our expectations. I appreciate how Teamtailor takes away a lot of manual work, allowing us to manage recruitment efficiently without relying on cumbersome Excel sheets. The feature that stands out is how it allows us to visually track candidates through multiple stages, letting me see instantly what needs to be done for each candidate. This visualization makes the recruitment process organized and clearly laid out, improving our workflow significantly. I value the mass email functionality, which simplifies communication with candidates, and allows us to reuse message templates. I find the way Teamtailor sets up online interview meeting slots linked to our calendars particularly useful. I found it challenging to set up certain features initially, like the interview kits and automatic interview slots settings, as they required a bit of trial and error.
