I really like that I can edit the recruitment process stages, add or delete them, and name them differently for each job. It's super easy to create jobs and design the assessment journey. I also appreciate Teamtailor's integration with LinkedIn Recruiter, which lets me see LinkedIn profiles within the ATS screen without needing to switch browsers, saving me a lot of time. I find this seamless integration a great benefit. Adding users and managing their visibility in the recruitment process is also straightforward, making both initial setup and continuous usage very easy. **What do you dislike about Teamtailor?** Sometimes there are some little bugs, especially when changing the sequencing of stages. When you save and go back to the job dashboard, it's not showing clearly. I need to go back and do it again for it to refresh properly. It's not super disturbing, but it requires some additional clicks. Also, there's no single dashboard to see overall candidate activity across all jobs, which would be useful for small organizations like ours. We can only see it per job, not a high-level overview of our recruiting efforts. **What problems is Teamtailor solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Teamtailor as our applicant tracking system.
