But I guess it's the price to pay if you want fit the vast majority of users on a well designed core product. Data management (Import/Export) is inexistant. The user-friendliness of the ATS has made our recruitment process a lot more smooth, easier to manage, and also to have a good overview of all that's happening and the candidates in our pipeline. It also has some aspects of gamification, for example, when you've marked a candidate as hired.
