Later we discovered a dynamic team, an excellent product for all 3 parties involved - candidates, recruiters and managers but most of all an ongoing development troughout the years with modern look and features available. Lately I would say they have a veryy good mix of analytics, recruitment marketing, UX and ease of innitial set up. If you will look how elegant they've embeded AI cat GPT solution, you will be surprised. Customer support always there no matter to role in the system. A large amount of features make the tool very useful for daily basis recruitment activity. **What do you dislike about Teamtailor?** I am a big fan of triggers and automation but I dislike when I cannot have an option to cancel the trigger for specific cases and candidates during the action. You need to cancel this trigger for that stage if you want it to disappear. Also, some features are missing such as being able to mark spam applicants out of the system & if I want to give my employees access to submit referrals, they're able to have insight into all of my open job reqs and the statuses of each (ie how many people are in phone screen stage, interview stage, offers made....) Also beware that the LinkedIn integration for promoting jobs only works if you have a LinkedIn Recruiter seat, but not if you only have LinkedIn recruiter Lite. **What problems is Teamtailor solving and how is that benefiting you?** Saving time by automating some of the recruiting process. We would benefit from an opportunity to name a recruitment team, but sometimes the only opportunity is to name an individual.
