The convenience of having triggers in different stages is particularly useful, as it automates things. For instance, you can just move the candidate, and either have automatic triggers or emails sent out, which helps to automate the whole process. I also believe there are many features we haven't utilized yet that could probably be very beneficial. **What do you dislike about Teamtailor?** I think the AI recommendations for candidates are usually not that spot on. It would be a big relief to have a limit on how long an application is considered relevant, so applications from five years ago aren't shown for current jobs. The data part is a little bit hard to understand sometimes, and we need team sales help to really get into it. **What problems is Teamtailor solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Teamtailor for recruitment. The ability to nurture candidates in a campaign that can do the heavy lifting of keeping a pipeline warm. But, most importantly the central location for all candidate information, interview notes, etc. **What do you dislike about Teamtailor?** One thing that I think is a bit clunky are the bug defects within the system platform. Things break relatively often; and the onboarding for implementation is very heavily DIY, which is incredible for tech savvy pros but for the average joe, setting things up manually at scale, it's not for the faint of heart. This has NOTHING to do with our rep, Camille, she was wonderful and thoughtful, but the system has some hiccups that disrupt the flow of candidates at the beginning. **What problems is Teamtailor solving and how is that benefiting you?** I used to spend a ton of time on manual scheduling, emailing, and constantly toggling between systems, which really took precious time away from interviewing. Now that we have TT, I’m getting more administrative time back, although we’re still ironing out a few scheduling mishaps. I also cannot edit attendees in an interview without canceling and rescheduling the entire thing. We tend to use the ATS on a very frequent basis and definitely have to say that the quality and agility of our seletion processes have improved since we implemented it. CV's are now harder to view than before, which makes the CV filtering process more tedious. Additionally, I feel that the current Analytics & Reporting system could be a bit more complete. The implementation team/process has been structured, which is great. The seperate stages of an application is helpful in keeping our candidates organized, which was our greatest bottleneck before. Being able to have your own profile, rather than a shared group profile is also helpful. **What do you dislike about Teamtailor?** Creating the application has not been what we expected. Teamtailor seems to want to rely on cover letters and resumes, which is not how we operated, and this was expressed during meetings with the TT team. And in building a more standard application, it has not been very user friendly formats. However, we are still figuring it out and learning. **What problems is Teamtailor solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves our two major bottlenecks: allowing multiple users at a time (our previous ATS only allowed 3 at a time), and organizing the candidates into stages (our previous ATS did not help us organize the many applications and re-applications we recieved). **Official Response from Valentina Behrouzi:** > Thank you for sharing and letting us know the system is helping solve some of your bigger bottlenecks!
