What do you like best about Sprinklr Social?

The tool offers various possibilities for working with data obtained from social networks, whether through own pages or Social Listening. What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?

I don't like the fact that some AI data summary reading features are only available for Listening and not for the Care area. This makes data analysis difficult because, for example, when there are spikes in cases on certain days of the month, we can't get an AI summary of the comments to better understand what happened. I really like how Sprinklr Social centralizes everything in one place. The ability to monitor multiple social channels, schedule posts, and review engagement all from a single dashboard saves a lot of time. The interface feels professional and organized once you get used to it. The analytics and reporting tools are the most helpful. They make it easy to see what’s performing well across platforms and to share those results with other teams. What do you like best about Sprinklr Social?

I have used the Sprinklr tool and was quite impressed with how it has been built from scratch, keeping users requirements in mind. I appreciate the way they’ve integrated comprehensive information, authentication layers, responsive design, and rich graphics. The social media functionalities are well-executed, and I particularly liked how they’ve developed the Care and Personas sections. Most importantly, the platform’s fast loading speed enhances the overall user experience.

On the downside, for first-time users, Sprinklr can be quite frustrating. The customer support experience has been disappointing — they often shift the blame to the production team rather than resolving issues directly. There's a lack of proper access sharing, which delays onboarding and prevents teams from working smoothly. Additionally, their support team is reluctant to get on calls to help clarify issues, often taking 3–4 days to respond meaningfully. Their approach can feel illogical and disconnected from actual user needs. Copying and Pasting:

- Copying text from the properties or case overview page requires holding 'shift' to maintain the highlight for copying.

- Pasting text into the case overview page necessitates clicking a checkmark, which could be streamlined by automatic pasting.

Case Management:

- Post-merger, additional responses unexpectedly populate the "open new response" column, even after the conversation is closed.

Search Functionality:

- Searching is notably difficult across both front and back ends. All sections of a submission, including properties and summary, should be searchable.

- The frontend offers a comparatively easier search experience, as backend searching proves challenging even with specific number or phrase queries using parentheses.

I’ve been using Sprinklr Social for a while now, and honestly, it’s one of the most powerful tools out there for managing everything social—especially if you’re working with multiple platforms and large teams.

We get a single dashboard to plan, publish, listen, and report across all major platforms—Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube.

The listening and sentiment tracking features are super detailed. Great for catching real-time conversations and trends. Plus the recently added feature of Sprinklr AI makes analysis easier by generating quick summaries of the widgets. Plus the quick insights feature is also a time saver - delivering key highlights without the need to manually scroll through thousands of conversations

What do you like best about Sprinklr Social?

I appreciate that Instagram Story analytics are now recorded in the social media analytics reports. In the past I would have to generate a separate spreadsheet for that so now I have more accurate reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sprinklr Social?

I would love for Sprinklr to incorporate Instagram Threads API into the mix, since we also post there. Sprinklr can also improve on making sure certain accounts don't get unlinked from time to time - even though it's a quick fix, it's still inconvenient for our team to take care of that every now and again. I would also love for Sprinklr to clarify on whether the suggested times are based on the frequency of us posting at those times, or based on actual user activity and engagement on those respective platforms - that would help me better determine when to schedule without having to estimate from those platforms' analytics pages.
