What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors?

There are noticeable performance issues with SAP SuccessFactors. We've experienced significant delays when loading the platform, especially when accessing employee profile pages that contain a lot of information or detailed fields—it can take an extremely long time to load. Additionally, the system crashes frequently, which disrupts our workflow. The licensing pricing is also a concern, as it feels too high and lacks transparency. What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?

I really like SAP SuccessFactors because it's a very good platform that does the right things I need. As a manager, it helps me a lot in tracking my team's leaves and attendance on time. It's great that I don't have to maintain any Excel sheets to manage the time. The functionalities are very up to the mark, making it convenient for both my team and myself to apply leaves in advance, get them approved, and easily track the status of leave requests. Plus, we can check profiles on SuccessFactors, which adds to its convenience. The initial setup was like a cakewalk, taking only a few days, and it resolved a lot of overheads and confusions we had before using it. What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?

I like that SAP SuccessFactors allows me to view and make edits to my employee information easily. I appreciate being able to process my performance data and metrics throughout the year and the ease of viewing my company’s organizational chart. It is valuable to have all this information in one place instead of searching in different locations. Plus, I can see the past history of my performance, which is very useful. What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors?

I don’t like that you aren’t able to hit the back button to get back to the previous page. Instead, you are kicked out and have to go back to the main menu again. That’s annoying. Navigation can be drastically improved. I should be able to hit the back button at the top of the browser as well as click the button that was created to go back, especially when that button isn’t available.
