What I like best is the sheer number of features and the excellent ease of integration between all the different HR modules. It truly covers everything in one place. Because it's our central platform, the frequency of use is daily for the HR team, and it's essential to have everything from recruiting to performance goals integrated seamlessly. What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors?

The main challenges are the poor ease of use and the difficult ease of implementation. The user interface is not intuitive for regular employees, which can make simple tasks frustrating and requires a lot of training. The initial implementation was a very long and expensive project that required significant external help. On top of that, getting effective customer support can be a slow process. What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?

I like the clean UI of SAP SuccessFactors. It's web-based, allowing me to use it both remotely and in the office without needing an app, which means I can just update things on the go. This flexibility is a very useful benefit. Additionally, the setup is straightforward and logical, and the UI is modern and easy to use. What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors?

I find the organization chart aspect of SAP SuccessFactors not particularly logical. It doesn't display everyone else in context, only showing my immediate chain. This limited view means I can’t see the bigger organizational structure or how people I work with fit within the larger company. What I dislike about SAP SuccessFactors is that modules can be complex to configure and require specialized knowledge, which can lead to longer implementation times. Lastly, customer support can occasionally be slow to respond, especially when dealing with more complex or urgent issues. What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?

I like that i can see my employment history, wage information, and other company related information all in one place. It is a user friendly website to use, and the ease of use is great. Have never needed customer support, but i imagine it is like anything else SAP related and good. I love the fact you can also change your address or make person updates on the website without having to go see HR. Thats a big plus as a team member! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors?

Down sides are very minimal if any. I have never used a more complete software that has everything in one place than Success Factors. I will say i do not like that for my company at least, i can not run it on Google Chrome, and have to open it on the app on my phone or on Microsoft Edge, which i dont like using Edge. What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?

HR platform that digitizes employee management: hiring, training, performance, and succession. It offers a personalized experience, advanced analytics, and global access. As a user, what I value most is the centralized access, as I can consult all my personal information as an employee and also that of my team in one place.

Regarding self-service, the platform allows managing personal data, requesting vacations, and checking payrolls. From a team management perspective, it facilitates the administration of requests, the development of the talent matrix, salary review, and the execution of the annual performance process, as well as the definition and evaluation of annual objectives. What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors?

The loading speed and the UX/UI design are the aspects I consider most important to improve. Navigating through the different menus is not intuitive, and on numerous occasions, progressing within the platform becomes complicated without resorting to technical support or the HR team (Administrators). The user interface and overall usability leave much to be desired, often making navigation and daily tasks cumbersome. Integration with other systems is not straightforward, adding to the overall difficulty. The compensation module is rather rigid, offering little room for adaptation. Additionally, security and audit governance present their own set of complexities. Managing access and maintaining comprehensive audit trails across different modules is particularly challenging, especially for organizations in highly regulated industries that demand strict compliance controls.
