What platform provides workflow automation for recruitment teams?

I’m helping a few recruitment teams evaluate platforms that can streamline repetitive hiring tasks, things like candidate outreach, status updates, interview scheduling, and compliance workflows. Instead of patching together different tools, they’re looking for end-to-end workflow automation built into their recruiting platform.

I’m sharing what I found on G2 to help the community and would love to get your opinion on these tools as well:

  • LinkedIn Recruiter: At 89% on Integration APIs and 92% on user-role management, LinkedIn Recruiter isn’t an ATS, but it excels at automating sourcing workflows and pushing data into ATS systems.
  • Ceipal ATS: Scores 93% on Integration APIs, 94% on user-role and access management, and 94% on performance. Ceipal ATS acts as both an ATS and automation engine, letting recruiters trigger automated workflows for outreach, resume parsing, and candidate communications.
  • Zoho Recruit: Scores 88% on user-role and 88% on performance. It’s a good fit for SMB teams that need customizable workflows at a lower cost.
  • Indeed Hiring Platform: With 89% on user-role and 91% on performance, Indeed Hiring Platform offers workflow automation for high-volume screening, scheduling, and communication.
  • JobDiva: With 92% on Integration APIs, 95% on user/role management, 94% on performance, and 94% on reporting, JobDiva is designed for large recruitment teams that want to automate the full hiring lifecycle. Its workflows cover sourcing, onboarding, and compliance.

For anyone using these tools, how much of your recruiting workflow have you been able to fully automate? Are there areas (like onboarding or background checks) where manual steps still creep in?
