I really like how SmarterCommerce integrates directly with our ERP system (especially JD Edwards). It makes handling online sales, payments, and customer orders like a breeze to my business. The platform’s ability to support different sales channels, like web & mobile, all in one place has made things much simpler for us. ++ the built-in reporting tools give us valuable insights without much effort/enagagement. The setup took longer than we expected, and it required quite a lot of customization to fit our specific needs. The interface could use an update to make it feel more user-friendly. The thing that excites me most is that it provides a unified platform for commerce, retail and payments into one system.

The two ESE tools are a major add on as they are not tied to any specific structure or group.

The folks from SmarterCommerce appeared and from the very first moment were speaking JDE with our JDE group. No one else who we acquired caused us to have that impression. The product runs in JDE's business application layer and calls local JDE occupations straightforwardly to achieve preparing steps.
