Having used the platform to streamline operations, this reviewer appreciates its seamless integration with their ERP system and support for multiple sales channels. The setup was time-consuming and required extensive customization, and the interface needs improvement for better usability.

The thing that excites me most is that it provides a unified platform for commerce, retail and payments into one system. The two ESE tools are a major add on as they are not tied to any specific structure or group. AdEngine one of the ESE tool is integrated with Google Ads API which makes it easier to use. The output of Smarter Commerce is perfect as it is although it would be better if there can be some cost cutting on the premium segment of AdEngine as cheaper alternatives are available if one can adjust with customizations Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The folks from SmarterCommerce appeared and from the very first moment were speaking JDE with our JDE group. No one else who we acquired caused us to have that impression. The product runs in JDE's business application layer and calls local JDE occupations straightforwardly to achieve preparing steps.
