I have not experienced anything that I felt needed to be improved on the software just if they could add little graphic photos and video with the context of the texts which are being translated on the app then it would become easy for users to also learn the language side by side. Microsoft Translator is a great app to work it helps a lot with languages but its one drawback is that it's not offline available to work and its get sometimes very hard to work in those areas where internet connectivity is low or not there. If it can work offline it will be remarkable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Microsoft Translator offers different features one them called "Live Transcribe," which can transcribe speech in real-time. This feature is being utilized to facilitate remote interpretation services, where an interpreter can join a video call and provide live translation for patients who don't speak the local language. This ensures that language differences do not hinder the provision of quality healthcare services, making our hospital more accessible to diverse populations. Although there is not anything that I think the developers should change about the app however if they can make it a little learning test and daily practice sessions on different languages then that would have increased its efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I use the in-built app on my Windows PC, and it's pretty accurate. The conversion is quick and has pronunciation, suggestions like commonly used phrases and the best part is that these features are specific to the language you choose. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Starting the translator in Windows OS is not so simple. You have to click on Start/Win Key, type translator, and then it appears in the results. I think there should be an Icon which can be used for a shortcut. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is nothing to dislike about Microsoft Translator it's a handy app I can use on my smartphone as well as on my laptop. But one problem I found with frequent traveling is that since it's a cloud-based software it does not work when I don't have internet, it could be really helpful if in the future some offline module will also be developed for it. While Microsoft Translator is a powerful tool for overcoming language barriers, there are a few areas that could be improved. One aspect that could be better is the accuracy of translations for complex or nuanced phrases. While it generally performs well, there are instances where idiomatic expressions or cultural nuances may not be accurately conveyed. Additionally, for certain language pairs or less common languages, the translation quality may not be as consistent or reliable. However, it's important to note that these limitations are common among machine translation tools, and Microsoft Translator continues to improve over time with ongoing updates and enhancements. There are not so many Microsoft translator qualities that I dislike but few of them are exists. first and foremost the biggest problem is a nuanced language sometimes it does not give the correct translation of a complex sentence or similar words. Some of the languages are very limited or not available in Microsoft but I hardly get to speak that language, overall it's a great application to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
