"Mi traductor favorito"

What do you like best?

What do you dislike?

Me incomoda es que algunos idiomas solo se puede traducir texto, en ocasiones es un problema para mí porque debo acudir a otros programas para traducir, cuando se supone que ya tengo uno disponible... Me gusta ahorrar tiempo, sobre todo en el trabajo así que buscar y buscar otras opciones no es práctico para mí.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Es una aplicación excelente para comunicarse con personas que hablan distintos idiomas, recomendable para empresas con sucursales en varios países, para aprender un nuevo idioma o para cualquier persona que necesite comunicarse con alguien que habla un idioma distinto al suyo.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Esta aplicación me ha ayudado a dar soporte a otros usuarios que no hablan mi idioma, poder comunicarse hoy día es algo muy importante, así que esta aplicación me permite hacer eso.

Hoy estamos conectados al mundo entero así que es fácil toparse con personas que no hablan el mismo idioma, saber que tengo una herramienta que me permite comunicarme con otros me hace sentir segura.

"Microsoft Translator: Where language barrier doesn't exist"

What do you like best?

The things that I like best about Microsoft Translator is that it is very easy to use. It can be accessed either thru a website or thru a Windows 10 application. It can also be installed on a mobile device which is helpful for travelers like me that needs a quick translation when I'm in a country where English is not the primary language. I travel quite a lot and always try to master as much of the local tongue as I can. I tried a few phrases in the app's Voice translation mode in Arabic, French, German, Mandarin, Spanish, Turkish, and very little Polish.

What do you dislike?

The only thing that Microsoft Translator needs improvement on is on the sentence construction. There are times when you are translating long sentences, it will translate it word per word hence losing it's meaning or thought on the translated language. Aside from that Microsoft Translator lacks other languages/dialects that another translator provides. it has a Less-extensive language list than Google Translate, especially for photo translation. Has trouble with different syntaxes.

Recommendations to others considering the product

For travelers, students, or anyone who needs a quick foreign phrase, Microsoft Translator can be a life-saver. It has limitations, however, so professional human interpreters don't need to worry about being replaced just yet.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Since our job requires us to speak to different people across the globe, there are times that I would need to chat with a Spanish customer and my go-to-application is always Microsoft Translator. It really helped me a lot explaining things to customers in their own native language.

"Getting the world closer"

What do you like best?

unlike most translators MS translator allows people coming from different countries speaking different languages to be in a common chat room and everyone can chat in their own language. this helps to eliminate the feeling of being foreign or being leftout from a conversation. This helps in increasing the productivity and is a great tool to be used while brainstorming with people from different locations and languages.

This tool also helped me when i was travelling to shanghai, and i wanted to try street food. but with the dietary restrictions it was tough for me but the translators app version helped me a lot.

What do you dislike?

the translation is not 100% accurate. we sometimes have to guess based on the context what a person is trying to say. It sometimes ends up in hilarious conversations and gives us a break from serious talks.

Also, a few languages like Filipino is available in text only mode which is of inconvenience for some of our partners

Recommendations to others considering the product

Wonderful tool if you are in communicate with people from all over the world

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

With this translator we are able to use all our partners from various parts of the world to come together and solve a common problems. This helps us to clear out the language barriers while thinking

"Es la herramienta de traducción de mis trabajos académicos y papeles de trabajo de investigación"

What do you like best?

What do you dislike?

Lo que poco me gusta de este traductor es que hay que escoger muy bien como vas a traducir si por voz, texto o cámara, ya que en el proceso luego es difícil cambiar la decisión, en alguno casos traduce de forma muy rebotica se debe revisar un poco.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Excelente traductor para uso académico, recomendado para estudiantes de cualquier disciplina.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Mantenerme conectada con todos mis colegas de forma directa, ampliar los mecanismos de investigación sin que el idioma sea un obstáculo. Otro problema es que para la traducción de voz ambos usuarios deben tener su teléfono celular activo al mismo tiempo, sino no se puede

"Need to add unidirectional translation to translate a word in two languages"

What do you like best?

Its offline translation feature works well as compared to other translation tools. I like its clean UI and speed of translation. Importantly, it supports the offline translation of around 12 languages and after downloading them, one can translate anytime without connecting to the internet.

What do you dislike?

In my opinion, Microsoft Translate should add support to translation in two or more languages simultaneously. As I work in a media and technology company, I often feel the need to translate a sentence or word in more than two languages to publish media posts on social networks. Therefore, simultaneous language translation is a good option to save time.

Recommendations to others considering the product

If one needs fast and precise translation then Microsoft Translate is best for you. Likewise, it works offline and offers a very good user experience.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We mostly use Microsoft Translate for social media posts. We use it to translate sentences into different regional languages mainly for social media. We manage to save considerable translation time with Microsoft Translate's fast and easy processing. Moreover, we prefer the offline translation for quick translation but sometimes we need to use it online for complexities in sentences.

"Top-Notch Translator - Gives You the Best Result"

What do you like best?

It's an offline app. Which means, Without internet connectivity, I still make use of the Microsoft translator.

Apart from just being an offline app, the translated scripts, are very easy to read. It works virtually on any modern phone and there is no need for any custom AI chip.

What interest me most about this app is that, it does not only spell checks, and provides words that are similar, but it also pronounce the words in both languages. This is amazing.

What do you dislike?

Though it's an offline enabled app, the only downside of the Microsoft Translator, which I find not really an issue, is that, you must be connected to the internet to use many of its features.

I am also looking forward to Microsoft Cooperation integrating voice translation into the app. Which means, with this app, it will be able to translate any word that it hears through the voice recognition. This is my sugge

Recommendations to others considering the product

It's definitely a go. Highly recommended.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It typically helps to solve the barriers of communications. It bridge the gap in language misunderstanding.

"Excellent option to translate and understand other languages"

What do you like best?

What I certainly consider the best feature of this software is that it allows you to focus the translation from different contexts, ie it works specifically to translate well be texts, conversations and even applications, this little detail what It differs from the biggest competition you have on the market and allows you to provide better service to the users.

This is certainly a reliable program to understand and translate from unknown languages to the user, any kind of important information or interest, Microsoft Translator offers a good performance and in my opinion and experience is quite reliable.

What do you dislike?

Although I consider Microsoft translator a good program, I must say that there is always room for improvement, in my case, I use mostly to translate Spanish-English and vice versa and sometimes I noticed that there are failures to translate, so I always look to write Easy and simple way to be sure that the translation is true and express what I really want to say without further confusion.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

In the field of work, I use Microsoft Translator in most cases to translate texts from the English language to Spanish as it is usual in the professional world that much of the studies, reviews, articles and other documents of interest are only in English.

"Most accurate online translator"

What do you like best?

Working for a multinational company you will always find a need to translate texts from other languages. After comparing multiple translators I've found Microsoft Translator to be the most accurate for translating Chinese to English or Spanish to English. Find it to be truly accurate to context while other translators are more on the literal translation side.

What do you dislike?

Not much to dislike but would be good to have an easier way to find the tool from Bing.com

Would be good if there is an easier share tool.

Also would be good if the translation tool also gives the user the option to see the Literal vs Contextual translation. At times a Literal translation is required for work in terms of legal vs the contextual portion that relates more for the business sense.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Run a translation comparing Google Translate or others vs Microsoft Translator and you'll find that Microsoft Translator provides better context.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I tend to get a lot of emails that originally start in Chinese and would require to translate these to understand the context of the task at hand. Many times I've found the delegated task is not on par with what the original task or background information provided by colleague was about 70% accurate, or lost in translation. Context would have to be the most important feature as without context the literal translation of the texts do not make much sense, especially when translating from non-Latin based language.

"Easy to use app that solves all your translation issues"

What do you like best?

Ease of use, ease of setup, cost of procuring the initial tool as well as the support made available from Microsoft during and post implementation/integration of the Microsoft Translator app or API to your tech ecosystems are some of the key plus points of this software.

What do you dislike?

Honestly compared to some of the competition there is very little to dislike about Microsoft Translator. If you have concerns try downloading and using the app on your Apple or Android device to get a look and feel for what the app is really capable of and you can see that it will work wonders for your global business at the enterprise level

Recommendations to others considering the product

Would definitely recommend working with the Microsoft sales team to get a demo and ask them specifically to arrange for a use case or demo that closely resembles your use case. They have so many clients and users and will be happy to arrange for one

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

What do you like best?

Microsoft Translator is a useful translator. I absolutely like it because it is an offline translator so you do not have to be connected to the Internet to use this translator.
