One area for future improvement could be the addition of an integrated AI-powered chatbot trained on Hawksearch's full documentation and best practices. As the platform continues to invest in AI search capabilities, having an interactive way to ask questions, troubleshoot configurations, or even accessing our own reporting and rules in our environment would make their tool even more accessible and easy to use. Hawsearch is the best in class search engine provider for our B2B organization. Their platform delivers the best experience to our customers with a very user friendly interface, not to mention their AI driven features that is constantly fine tuning itself based off trending site searches makes it a very low maintenance solution for any organization. A few of the OOTB system features were not functioning but was due to restrictions interfacing with our ecommerce platform and 3rd party systems.
