What do you like best about Mopinion?

It works and that is really all I have to say, I see many improvements that could be made to optimise this tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mopinion?

It is not very intuitive and the reporting needs significant improving plus the duplication of forms should be easier to create new forms in diifferent languages.

When I want a form in English and French I cannot copy paste the form's values and just paste in the translations, I need to create a whole new form and with the 7 languages we work with this is really time consuming and inconvenient.

It it not always easy as some 'conditions' are too restrictive to create a flow we want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mopinion?

There are a lot of options to ask for feedback from your user, also it gives you the possibility to measure real CX KPI's instead of just measuring NPS, which is not a real CX metric. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mopinion?

The possibilities to reduce feedback lazyness. Users are complaining about the number of pop-ups we show them. So alternatives then showing pop-ups or exit intens would be really great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mopinion?

Being able to gather feedback on multiple platforms with custom styling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mopinion?

The tool is not super easy to use. It requires a lot of try and error.

Some suggestions:

1) Allow users to copy previous forms, handy to reuse.

2) Auto translate would be a nice add-on for English speaking colleagues of mine

3) I think this is an interaction bug, but I think systems actions should reflect on the selection of the current page. So for example, when I check the checkboxes of some feedback of page 1 and I navigate to page 2 and press on delete, the delete action should only apply to whatever is selected on page 2 and not on page 1. I find this quite ennoying.

4) would be nice to be able to set a deploy date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mopinion?

Amongst many feedback collection systems, only a few products including Mopinion has offered the screenshot feature. It was my favorite feature within this software, too. In comparison with its competitors, such as Usabilla, Mopinion offers much reasonable pricing - that's another good point of this. Also, the feedback form builder has intuitive input - we can put scales, buttons, text fields, and things we need to set up a simple feedback form for users. What do you dislike about Mopinion?

Data collection dashboard's UI sometimes disorganized, slow response during exchanging messages on payment from outside of their country. Maybe their organization grows, such problems will disappear - will take time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mopinion?

Mopinion is relatively simple to implement on your website, especially if you have Google Tag Manager (GTM) already set up on your website. Mopinion also has a decent set of form building options, however, some areas of the builder are limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mopinion?

The form building options are decent, but the drag and drop builder is limited and very rigid in places. For example, if you're trying to reduce the spacing between the questions displayed on your form there are no simple ways to do that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mopinion?

Easy to add into website and works almost instantly to collect feedback. The text analysis is one of the best features.I use it with Madcapflare. Its much better than other feedback software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mopinion?

Only 3 users are allowed. If the dashboard is graphical, it will be better. All works perfectly. Add default email notifications. Allow at least 5 users for basic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mopinion?

Mopinion was one of few companies that agreed to sign a Data Protection Agreement with our company and quickly provided all other papers for the procurement procedure. The tool itself is flexible, easy to integrate, easy to use. Never experienced downtime. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There were some minor issues, such as the lack of support for Latvian and Lithuanian mobile phone numbers for multi-factor authentication, which took too long to fix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
