  ### 1. It is not very intuitive and the reporting needs improving & more

**What do you like best about Mopinion?**

It works and that is really all I have to say, I see many improvements that could be made to optimise this tool.

**What do you dislike about Mopinion?**

It is not very intuitive and the reporting needs significant improving plus the duplication of forms should be easier to create new forms in diifferent languages.

When I want a form in English and French I cannot copy paste the form's values and just paste in the translations, I need to create a whole new form and with the 7 languages we work with this is really time consuming and inconvenient. 

It it not always easy as some 'conditions' are too restrictive to create a flow we want.

**What problems is Mopinion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

feedback from web users, but again the reporting is not easy & intuitive, the 'top' words will pick up le and la in french which doesnt mean anything so doesn't tell us any relevant information. 

I'd like a democratic data report that is easy to understand for anyone in my organisation, not an excel table that will puzzle some.

**What do you like best about Mopinion?**

There are a lot of options to ask for feedback from your user, also it gives you the possibility to measure real CX KPI's instead of just measuring NPS, which is not a real CX metric.

**What do you dislike about Mopinion?**

The possibilities to reduce feedback lazyness. Users are complaining about the number of pop-ups we show them. So alternatives then showing pop-ups or exit intens would be really great.

**Recommendations to others considering Mopinion:**

Don't look at the standard templates. Think about the things you actually want to measure or want to know what you want to do with the feedback.

Measuring CX kpi's and use it as a source to listen to the voice of our users.

**What do you like best about Mopinion?**

Being able to gather feedback on multiple platforms with custom styling.

**What do you dislike about Mopinion?**

The tool is not super easy to use. It requires a lot of try and error.

Some suggestions:
1) Allow users to copy previous forms, handy to reuse.
2) Auto translate would be a nice add-on for English speaking colleagues of mine
3) I think this is an interaction bug, but I think systems actions should reflect on the selection of the current page. So for example, when I check the checkboxes of some feedback of page 1 and I navigate to page 2 and press on delete, the delete action should only apply to whatever is selected on page 2 and not on page 1. I find this quite ennoying.
4) would be nice to be able to set a deploy date.

**Recommendations to others considering Mopinion:**

Mopinion is not the most straightforward tooling. If you are open to learn and dive into the tool, then it's a great choice.

Getting user-pain points sorted. Currently, we're able to see by using tags where the main user-pain point is.

**What do you like best about Mopinion?**

Amongst many feedback collection systems, only a few products including Mopinion has offered the screenshot feature. It was my favorite feature within this software, too. In comparison with its competitors, such as Usabilla, Mopinion offers much reasonable pricing - that's another good point of this. Also, the feedback form builder has intuitive input - we can put scales, buttons, text fields, and things we need to set up a simple feedback form for users.

**What do you dislike about Mopinion?**

Data collection dashboard's UI sometimes disorganized, slow response during exchanging messages on payment from outside of their country. Maybe their organization grows, such problems will disappear - will take time!

Mopinion gave us a cost-effective solution to gather feedback from users of our product documents. We realized the feedback feature on the site with the system so cheap and smoothly.

**What do you like best about Mopinion?**

Mopinion is relatively simple to implement on your website, especially if you have Google Tag Manager (GTM)  already set up on your website. Mopinion also has a decent set of form building options, however, some areas of the builder are limited.

**What do you dislike about Mopinion?**

The form building options are decent, but the drag and drop builder is limited and very rigid in places. For example, if you're trying to reduce the spacing between the questions displayed on your form there are no simple ways to do that.

Mopinion is useful for gathering insights and surveying customers who visit certain areas of your website. The option to also link to Mopinion surveys is good as it means you can include that link in an email to your customers etc.

- Ability to embed feedback forms directly into the site.
- Logic to control who sees the forms
- Ability to capture additional user data

- No ability to easily duplicate forms.
- The way the publishing of forms is handled has some limitations, in particular when it comes to updating an existing form with changes that require other people to review a form before it is published.
- Lack of CSS documentation

Mopinion is a great way to collect feedback and other information from customers and offers a lot of flexibility in how that feedback is collected. It has enabled us to tie UX outcomes more closely to business KPIs.

**What do you like best about Mopinion?**

Mopinion is so easy to use. As a designer, I have almost full control of how the feedback module should be displayed and implemented. I can monitor the feedback by building beautiful and easy-to-use dashboards.

**What do you dislike about Mopinion?**

Even though the options are great, I would like even more! The ability to customize icons and buttons further would help integrate the feedback forms even more naturally into our design language.

Mopinion was a quick and easy way to implement direct user feedback for us. Since then, we have noticed an increased focus on user satisfaction and improving our digital enviroments to meet the expectations of our users.

**What do you like best about Mopinion?**

Easy to add into website and works almost instantly to collect feedback. The text analysis is one of the best features.I use it with Madcapflare. Its much better than other feedback software.

**What do you dislike about Mopinion?**

Only 3 users are allowed. If the dashboard is graphical, it will be better. All works perfectly. Add default email notifications. Allow at least 5 users for basic.

We are collecting content feedback to improve software help. Its more on customer satisfaction than financial benefits. Yes it helped improve productivity. Content usage enhanced as we worked on updating with consideration of feedback.

**What do you like best about Mopinion?**

Mopinion was one of few companies that agreed to sign a Data Protection Agreement with our company and quickly provided all other papers for the procurement procedure.  The tool itself is flexible, easy to integrate, easy to use. Never experienced downtime.

**What do you dislike about Mopinion?**

There were some minor issues, such as the lack of support for Latvian and Lithuanian mobile phone numbers for multi-factor authentication, which took too long to fix.

We are collecting feedback from users and running regular NPS surveys. They are easy to set up and localize in different languages.

Mopinion helps us to collect customer feedback. Using Mopinion has already saved us thousands of euros! When we switched to Mopinion, they ensured a good onboarding. Additionally, they are always ready to answer your questions. The team in Rotterdam consists of a great group of passionate people. All ingredients for a good relationship between Allianz and Mopinion.

**What do you dislike about Mopinion?**

You have many possibilities in Mopinion. That's great, but sometimes it might be a bit overwhelming. It's not really a downside, but something to keep in mind. You need to invest some time to get to know Mopinion well, but it's totally worth it!

Taste the raspberry (Mopinion) and you will be convinced! :-)

Mopinion helps us to collect feedback in a proactive and reactive way. Last week, we discovered through the feedback in Mopinion that there was an error in our forms when you filled them out via an iPhone. We were able to quickly solve the problem, which spared us a stream of complaints.

**What do you like best about Mopinion?**

Incredible flexibility. We surveyed 27 digital VoC programs, and Mopinion had the best suite and checked all of our boxes. We wanted something that could be rolled out easily site-wide, would require minimal-to-no ongoing internal dev effort to maintain, and had an easy-to-understand and feature-rich interface. The amount of integrations and the fact it doesn't break the bank cost-wise is gravy.

**What do you dislike about Mopinion?**

Some newly released features, like the text analysis, still need a little refinement, but I have full confidence in the frequency and ability of Mopinion's tech team to figure it out. No other complaints!

**What problems is Mopinion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are getting massive amounts of direct feedback from our users that influence everything from product development, to marketing and customer care. This feedback is relatively unbiased compared to feedback we receive from our contact center, or via email surveys. After set-up, this feedback collection and analysis is nigh-automatic with very low amounts of ongoing effort.

The amount of possible customizations, on all aspects of the feedback forms (triggers, design, setup, etc)
The dashboard, where you can keep a clear overview of what is happening in your feedback forms
Ease of analyzing thanks to text analytics

No downsides detected so far, have been using Mopinion for about 6 months now

Take the trial. Its a 5 min implementation and you can quickly figure out whether it is the right tool for you! Make sure to do a videocall with Mopinion to take you through the whole software, so that you understand how it works properly

Thanks to Mopinion we can analyze the results from the feedback forms much faster, using text analysis that groups together feedback items
With the endless possibilities to customization, we can create much more specific surveys than we were able to do when we were still using Hotjar

With Mopinion, we have a tool at our disposal that helps us steer our business based on customer feedback. From data to strategy, with Mopinion you gain those insights. Super smart software with fantastic customer support. Connecting and making it operational was quickly arranged. Very happy that we have connected this tool.

I can imagine that the number of features and the extent to which you can build a custom template might seem a bit complex.

**What do you like best about Mopinion?**

Most of all I like the flexibility of the solution, especially when designing feedback forms. I am completely able to maintain certain themes which can be applied to all forms to achieve a common look and feel. Another very positive aspect are the various deployment options which control which users will see which forms at which time, there is an awesome amount of options.

**What do you dislike about Mopinion?**

We've encountered some smaller problems within the first phase of usage, but the Mopinion support is very fast and responsive and helped us to deal with that in a great way. Although there is still great flexibility like written above,  there are still some limitations when designing forms.

**What problems is Mopinion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are heavily working on improving UX and especially application usability in our software. The challenge is to measure the success of this usability improvements, as usability in general is hard to measure. Capturing a) general user happiness with our software and b) providing forms related to new features especially can help us here. And indeed, there is already feedback coming in, our users are using the forms.

**What do you like best about Mopinion?**

Mopinion gives me the opportunity to quickly see valuable customer feedback, segmented per strategy or per campaign. Based on the feedback errors in the email/message can be fixed and campaigns optimized. Mopinion feedback is used as a part of our evaluation strategy, together with the basic email metrics, sales conversion and more long term results such as churn.

**What do you dislike about Mopinion?**

One of the things I would like to see improved is the use of filters. Sometimes I find it quite hard to find specific feedback of a campaign. This is especially the case when there are multiple feedback forms used in different campaigns.

**Recommendations to others considering Mopinion:**

Mopinion is a great tool when you want to see customer feedback, but the interface could be improved on some points for a more smooth user experience. Overall I can recommend this software, but of course everyone should consider multiple options of their own based on the company needs.

When accidentally targeting customers with a portfolio not matching the offer, when links in the email are missing or landingspages are not correct. Customers will let you know very fast when something is off.

**What do you like best about Mopinion?**

This tool has a lot more to offer then other tooling. We can use this for customer feedback, provide customers extra information and also conversion targeted campaigns. Also we can embed these forms inside our shop.

**What do you dislike about Mopinion?**

For a marketeer the tool is a bit technical and complex. For the more advanced forms you need a developer by your side. But the customisation options are great. At the start i would like to get a bit more help with setting up a few forms.

Better feedback after purchase on thank you page. And better feedback form on all pages. And better embedded feedback possibilities to create more information, feedback and revenue.

**What do you like best about Mopinion?**

Mopinion is one of the best customer feedback software on the market.  It is scalable, affordable and delivers valuable customer insights!

**What do you dislike about Mopinion?**

Almost no criticism. In every tooling there are always small bugs or improvements are needed, but they also tackle a lot of those problems.

Generating customer feedback for improving the website and app

**What do you like best about Mopinion?**

The easyness of setting up surveys, role based visual reporting and the quick support from Mopinions team.

**What do you dislike about Mopinion?**

No big dislikes, just think ahead about your set-up, it will safe time afterwards

**What problems is Mopinion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have used it for our web and callcenter surveys, as well as setting up smaller ad-hoc surveys for our customer experience department.

- Dashboard with the different types of graphs for a quick overview
- Possibility for customers to leave a screenshot - helps to solve errors
- Detailed technical information which helps to reproduce in case of errors

**What do you dislike about Mopinion?**

It is not possible to copy the text when in the Feedback results tab, you will always be directed into the feedback. Whereas most of the time I just need to copy the text to translate for the tagging. In that case I don't want to open every single message.

- Fast way to track down errors, customers tend to leave feedback when things are not functioning

- Because of the tagging having a generic overview of what subjects the feedback is about that we use to improve our website and customer service

**What do you like best about Mopinion?**

It is very easy to create and manage forms. What works perfect for us is the integration possibilities with injecting a div so we can place the form where we want without losing our styling.

**What do you dislike about Mopinion?**

The analyzing possibilities are somewhat limited. Therefore we often choose to export the results.

**What problems is Mopinion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it on behalve of our CRO (conversion rate optimization) program. With Mopinion we collect data from our users and get a clear image of how our site is performing and where we can improve it.

**What do you like best about Mopinion?**

The plugin installation and configuration is really simple.  For our site we need to know stats on numerous different pages and Mopinion is good for aggregating.

**What do you dislike about Mopinion?**

Very little.  The plugin just works and does everything we need.

**What problems is Mopinion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The benefits we have gained is getting granular information about our site pages.  We can involve all users and it also helps massively for bug reporting.

We are able to ask questions to users on specific touchpoints in the customer journey where other tooling fails.

**What do you dislike about Mopinion?**

The dashboarding is sometimes a bit buggy, I wish there was more onboard advise from within Mopinion. However self-study does the job also.

**Recommendations to others considering Mopinion:**

You can use cheap tooling to gather feedback. However most of this tooling isnt capable of saving more technical data from the user, also it isnt possible to target really specific users in a customer journey.

We are now able to measure the customer experience, this helps us to really optimize for the user instead of thinking what we should optimize.

We test, for example, emails where the customer can indicate whether they are positive or negative about this mailing. If there are many negative reactions, we adjust the email.
