What do you like best about MSG91?

I like using MSG91 for creating IVR flows because it has a lot of features. I can create templates and choose from different voices available, which is really helpful. I also appreciate the team collaboration features, and I find setting conditions in the IVR flow very useful. The ability to set ring groups and forward calls to specific agents is very beneficial. What do you dislike about MSG91?

I haven't explored much, but the voice service can be upgraded a little bit. The dashboard is not clearly explained, and it can be tricky to configure it. You have to contact their support team because the documentation isn't very great right now. What do you like best about MSG91?

I like MSG91's simplicity and transparent pricing. The platform's integration of all communication channels is convenient, as I can sign up for MSG91, get their API key, and integrate the APIs into our apps without needing different providers for SMS, email, and WhatsApp. I also appreciate the startup credits they offer for six months, which is really helpful for early-stage startups like us. What do you dislike about MSG91?

I appreciate MSG91's support system as the team is always ready to help and find solutions for issues quickly, which means I don't have to wait long for resolving problems. Integrating MSG91 into multiple applications has been very easy, and I am satisfied with the process. The setup was pretty straightforward, despite minor issues that weren't noticeable at first. I use MSG91 for communications, engagement and conversion of my users and prospective users. It helps in increasing my funnel conversion and customer renewal. I like the Campaign and agentic AI workflow features of MSG91. Campaigns have helped me automate most of my customer communications by organizing and scheduling messages efficiently. The Agentic AI workflows in the Hello feature have reduced my customer support tickets significantly by handling most user queries. The initial setup was very easy, and I must complement the MSG91 support team, who was readily available throughout the process, especially Anchal and Nishant.
