What do you like best about DinMo?

What I prefer about DinMo is the simplicity of data activation without relying on technical teams. The native connection to the data warehouse and the turnkey connectors (Google Ads, Meta, Criteo, Braze...) allow for real-time segment synchronization, while the no-code interface makes analysis and personalization accessible to everyone. What do you dislike about DinMo?

DinMo already requires having a data infrastructure in place, which can be a hindrance for companies less mature on this subject. However, the team remains very responsive to feedback and the tool evolves very quickly. What do you like best about DinMo?

What impressed me the most about DinMo is how seamlessly it connects to our existing data warehouse (BigQuery), thanks to its composable architecture. The setup process was smooth and intuitive, and the platform itself is extremely user-friendly—even for those without a technical background. Their customer support during onboarding was outstanding; they were always available and truly helped us get everything up and running quickly. DinMo also offers all the necessary features for creating meaningful customer segments and activating data efficiently. What do you dislike about DinMo?

So far, I haven’t encountered any major drawbacks. If I had to mention something, it would be that since the tool is still evolving, there are occasional small UX quirks or features that could be enhanced—but the team is very responsive to feedback, and improvements are ongoing.
