Everything, which includes : 1. Rates are higher than others 2. Support services are poor 3. Interface is not user friendly and highly complicated. 4. They believe more on Robots rather than Humans. What problems is MSG91 solving and how is that benefiting you? Requirement was of Bulk Promotional and Transactional SMS & Bulk Voice Calls. They are just providing SMS services, nothing else. They don't have proper plugins to integrate with Wordpress Ecommerce Websites. So, actually not a beneficial deal. We are going to stop their services once, credits balance ends.
