"Better than Trello"

What do you like best?

I'm a teacher, so having integrations to my Chrome browser is handy. It's far more intuitive than Trello, and looks better, as well. I use it to seperate and manage incoming information that I use later during online lessons or sessions. You can use the integration as a browser app as well, if it's more convenient for you than the brower extension.

What do you dislike?

There really isn't anything to dislike. The system is flexible and has more customizable options than Trello, and I share it easily with my contracts.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Try it out, way better in all ways than Trello. If you work for yourself you can use the basic plan b/c it is licensed to one single user.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I use primarily as a task manager. I used a different system before and didn't like it as much. The system I used before Trello was discontinued.

"Its the same as going on the website"

What do you like best?

I like being able to track the progress of a certain project. The fact that you can tag other members of your team regarding an issue in great. By Tagging them in a post or comment to a task they will be notified

What do you dislike?

Message notifications are not set up by default. If someone doesn't know how to set up their account properly, they might miss out on messages or notifications leading to projects not getting done

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Make sure you have alerts set up. Employees all have different levels of computer knowledge. Be sure all staff is checking the calendar routinely, or items or tasks may be unresolved

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Keeping track of what other staff should be doing is a great advantage. It allows you to track the progress of company tasks as well as what other employees may be working on.

"Organize your life!"

What do you like best?

Able to make multiple categories and show your progress of things are need to work on, started working on, alomst done and complete.

What do you dislike?

Is there a mobile app? If so need to look into and if not they need one created now!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am a graphic designer but moving into the creative lead Position and there are a lot of task I do now and new tasks I will be doing.

"Great App Easy to Use"

What do you like best?

Attractive easy to accesss design. Concerts emails into tasks seamlessly.

What do you dislike?

I wish the add on had the same full function capabilities that the app itself does.

Perfectly marries email and task/project management assignments with no extra effort.
